■ Morning Routine (4:45 AM – 12:00 PM)


4:45 – 4:50 AM Wake up, say Alhamdulillah, drink water
4:50 – 5:15 AM Shower, brush teeth, skincare
5:15 – 5:30 AM Light snack / coffee
5:30 AM Fajr Salah
5:40 – 5:55 AM Qur’an / Dhikr
6:00 – 12:00 PM Study Block 1 (Patho / Eye / ENT) – Deep focus

■■ Midday Routine (12:00 PM – 6:10 PM)


12:00 – 12:10 PM Dhuhr Salah
12:10 – 12:40 PM Lunch – protein + veggies + rice/roti
12:40 – 1:10 PM Power nap / rest
1:10 – 6:10 PM Study Block 2 – Community Med / system-based topics
3:30 PM Water + light snack
5:00 PM Asr Salah

■ Evening Routine (6:10 PM – 10:45 PM)


6:10 – 6:20 PM Maghrib Salah
6:25 – 7:25 PM Walk (1 hr) – includes commute
7:25 – 7:40 PM Water + wash face
7:40 – 8:00 PM Dinner – light & balanced
8:00 PM Isha Salah
8:10 – 10:40 PM Study Block 3 – Calm night focus / light topics
10:40 – 10:45 PM Skincare, brush teeth, dua
10:45 PM – 4:45 AM Sleep (6 hrs)

■ Daily Essentials
■ Water goal: 6–7 glasses/day ■ Coffee: Max 2 cups/day (avoid after 3 PM) ■ Eat whole foods –
fruits, veggies, proteins ■ Qur’an: Read a small portion daily ■ Study: Use 50+10 Pomodoro for
focus ■ Avoid phone during first & last hour of the day
