Practical Business Learning Through Online Selling Among ABM Students

Education in business and management becomes more meaningful when students are given
opportunities to apply knowledge in real-life contexts. This research explores how online selling
serves as a practical learning experience for ABM students.

Online selling allows students to experience the realities of operating a business, including
handling finances, communicating with customers, and promoting products. These experiences
strengthen essential business skills such as negotiation, marketing, and financial literacy.
Students learn from both successes and failures, which contributes to continuous improvement.

However, students also face difficulties such as inconsistent sales, customer complaints, and
academic pressure. Overcoming these challenges encourages adaptability and resilience. The
study concludes that online selling enhances experiential learning and strengthens the business
competence of ABM students.
