1. What is meant by personality?

Ans :- Personality means how a person thinks, feels, and acts. It makes everyone different.

2. What is motivation?

Ans :- Motivation is the push inside us to do something. It makes us work.

3. What do you understand by teamwork?

Ans :- Teamwork means people working together to do a job.

4. Write one difference between Type A and Type B personality.

Ans :- Type A people work fast and get angry quickly. Type B people are calm and do not hurry.

5. What is a leader?

Ans :- A leader is someone who guides others and helps them do their work.

6. What are values?

Ans :- Values are things we believe are right or wrong. Like honesty and kindness.

Ans :-It means how people act and work together in an office or company.

1. Maslow’s Need Pyramid ?


Ans :-

Maslow said people have 5 types of needs:

Food and Water – We need to eat and sleep.


Safety – We want to feel safe and have a job or home.
Love – We want friends and family.
Respect – We want to feel proud and be respected.
Growth – We want to learn and do what makes us happy.

2 . Big Personality Traits ?


Ans :-

Openness – Likes new ideas and learning.


Conscientiousness – Works carefully and does not forget things.
Extraversion – Likes talking and being with people.
Agreeableness – Is kind and friendly.
Neuroticism – Gets worried or sad easily.

3. What is emotional intelligence? Why is it important at work?

Ans :-
It means knowing your feelings and others’ feelings.

It helps you stay calm, talk nicely, and work better with people.

4. Things That Make a Good Leader ?

Ans :-

Talks clearly
Listens to the team
Helps everyone
Makes good choices
Is fair and kind

5. Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory


Ans :- There are 2 types of things at work:

Motivators – Make people happy like praise or learning.


Hygiene factors – Do not make people happy, but if missing, they feel bad (like low
pay or bad rules).

6. What is a team? Why is it good?

Ans :-
A team is a group of people who work together.

Teams are good because:

People help each other.


Work is finished faster.
It feels nice to work with others.

7. Difference between Democratic and Autocratic Leader ?

Ans :-
Democratic Leader – Listens to others and works with the team.
Autocratic Leader – Gives orders and wants only their way.

9. What is Organizational Change? Types?

Ans :-

Organizational change means when a company changes something big.

Types ; -
Small Change – Like giving training.
Big Change – Like changing all teams or rules.

Ans :-

Robots and computers will do easy jobs.


People will need to learn new skills.
New jobs will come.
People and machines will work together.

11. Theory X and Theory Y

Ans :-

Theory X – Thinks people are lazy and don’t want to work.


Theory Y – Thinks people like to work if they are trusted.

12. What is Perception? Example?

Ans :-
Perception means how you see or understand something.

Example: You think your teacher is nice, but someone else may think she is strict.
13. What are Team Norms? Why are They Useful?

Ans :-

Team norms are team rules.

They help people work together nicely, talk kindly, and finish work on time.

1 :- What is Motivation?
Ans :-

Motivation means the energy or push inside us to do something.

It makes us want to work, study, or reach our goals.

2 Maslow’s Theory (Needs Pyramid)

Maslow said people have 5 levels of needs. We try to finish the lower needs first, then go
up.
1. Basic Needs – Food, water, sleep.
2. Safety Needs – House, job, no danger.
3. Love and Belonging – Family, friends, feeling loved.
4. Respect (Esteem) – Feeling proud, others like you.
5. Growth (Self-fulfilment) – Doing what makes you happy, like your dream job.

3 Herzberg’s Theory
There are two types of things at work:

Motivators – These make people happy and work better (like learning new things,
getting praise, doing good work).
Hygiene Factors – These do not make people happy, but if they are missing, people
feel bad (like no salary, bad rules, or no break time).

4 Why Motivation is Needed at Work


People work harder and better.
They feel happy and stay longer.
There is less fighting and fewer complaints.
Work gets done faster.
Workers enjoy their job more.

1 What is Leadership?
Ans :- Leadership means guiding others.

A leader shows the way, helps the team, and makes decisions.

1. Autocratic Leader – Gives orders and wants things their way.

3. Charismatic Leader – Inspires others with their strong personality.
4. Creative Leader – Brings new ideas and helps people think differently.
5. Transformational Leader – Brings big changes and teaches others to grow.
