Session 1: Now, It’s Personal
This session introduces evangelism as a lifestyle rather than an event. Students learn that
God works through everyday habits and personal faithfulness. Based on Acts 8 (Philip and
the Ethiopian), the lesson emphasizes sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, obedience, and daily
choices. Adventist philosophy highlights character development, practical godliness, and
Christ’s method of mingling with people before inviting them to follow Him.
Session 2: My Story
This session focuses on personal testimony. Students learn to share their faith story using
three parts: Before Christ (BC), Meeting Christ (MC), and After Christ (AC). Using Daniel 4
and Acts 26, the lesson teaches that testimonies are selective, honest, and Christ-centered.
Adventists emphasize humility, transformation, and letting God be glorified rather than self.
Session 3: His Story
Here the focus shifts to Jesus as the center of all truth. Scripture reveals Christ as Creator,
Redeemer, and Sustainer. Students learn that Adventist beliefs are meaningful only when
Christ is central. The plan of salvation, grace, law, Sabbath, and hope are all understood
through Jesus.
Session 4: Our Story
This session explains the Adventist movement within God’s larger story. Key pillars include
the Second Coming, Sabbath, sanctuary, state of the dead, and gift of prophecy. Students
learn to explain Adventist beliefs clearly, avoiding clichés, and presenting truth with love,
balance, and relevance to human needs.
Session 5: Small Group Bible Study
Students learn the value of small groups for spiritual growth and evangelism. Small groups
promote community, accountability, and deeper learning. The session introduces a simple
Bible study method: Open, Discovery, and Application, aligned with Adventist emphasis on
Bible-centered, participatory learning.
Session 6: Small Groups — Prayer
This session highlights prayer as the foundation of evangelism. Using the sanctuary model,
students learn structured and meaningful prayer. Prayer changes both the one praying and
those prayed for. Adventist teaching emphasizes dependence on God, intercession, and
cooperation between the divine and human.
Session 7: Action Small Groups
Faith must be expressed through action. This session focuses on service-oriented
evangelism. Using Revelation 2–3 and examples like Dorcas, students learn that deeds
strengthen witness. The three P’s—Personal, Practical, Provable—guide meaningful
Christian service.
Session 8: Going Public
This session introduces public evangelism as part of a broader process. Personal contact,
small groups, and public meetings all work together. Based on Acts 1:8, students learn to
witness in their immediate context and beyond. Adventist philosophy emphasizes
teamwork, humility, and reliance on God for results.
Session 9: Preaching, Teaching, and Beseeching
The final session explores different ways of publicly sharing the gospel. Students learn that
preaching is proclamation, teaching is explanation, and beseeching is invitation. All methods
must uplift Christ, respect free choice, and be guided by the Holy Spirit, reflecting Adventist
commitment to truth shared in love.
