TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL GUIDELINES
● Rentees must fill out the official Google Form to confirm their rental request.
● A valid government-issued ID is required for identity verification.
● For minor rentees, a parent or legal guardian must handle the entire transaction.
● Please be transparent about where and how the rented costume will be used.
PAYMENTS
● Kindly wait for our confirmation message before sending any payment.
● A clear screenshot of your payment receipt is required as proof of transaction.
● To reserve your slot, a non-refundable down payment of at least 50% of the total
rental fee is required.
● Additional charges of ₱100 per day will apply for extensions beyond the agreed
rental period.
CANCELLATIONS
● Cancellations are strictly prohibited once the form has been submitted.
● If a rentee cancels, 50% of the total amount must still be paid.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled
rental date.
● Please understand that time and effort are spent preparing each costume—your
cooperation and understanding are appreciated.
● Any cancellation after submitting this form may incur a cancellation fee.
SHIPMENTS
● Strictly no meet-ups or walk-ins.
● Shipping fees (both ways) are to be shouldered by the rentee.
● For non-same-day delivery (non-SDD) rentees, please inform us 3–7 days prior to
your rental date.
● Costumes must be shipped back on the third (3rd) day of the rental period (e.g., July
19–21 → return by July 21).
● Please return the costume in the same condition you received it, including all
packaging materials (ziplocks, boxes, eco bags, hangers, etc.). Failure to do so may
result in additional or replacement fees.
● Non-SDD couriers are not accepted during typhoons or severe weather to prevent
delays and potential item loss.
● For SDD shipments, wait for confirmation before shipping and specify the exact
time and date of delivery.
ASSURANCE FEE
● Assurance fees are as follows:
• ₱1,000 – High-quality/branded costumes
• ₱500 – Mid-tier/unbranded costumes
● The assurance fee will be fully refunded once the costume and inclusions are
returned without any damage or loss.
The assurance fee may be waived for rentees with:
a. Previous successful transactions with us, or
b. 3–5 verified transactions with other rental shops (proof required).
However, damages caused to the costume will still incur corresponding charges.
ALTERING & WASHING
● Rentees may wash the costume only with prior notice and approval.
● Do not alter, modify, or sew any part of the costume without permission.
● Avoid spraying perfume directly onto the fabric.
● Do not cut or trim wigs. Any cut wig will be considered sold to the rentee.
● Wig-friendly hairspray may be used, but no wax or sticky products are allowed.
HYGIENE POLICY
● Rentees must use their own wig caps.
● If the rentee has a contagious illness (e.g., COVID-19, chickenpox, sore eyes), renting
is strictly prohibited.
● Failure to comply will result in the costume and wig being considered sold to the
rentee to prevent contamination.
● If infestation (lice, etc.) occurs, the wig will also be considered sold, including the
styling and sanitation fees.
● Costumes returned with unsanitary stains (e.g., blood, stool, urine, vomit, saliva,
semen, discharge, etc.) will automatically be considered sold to the rentee.
● Always wear undergarments (panty liner or sanitary pad) to maintain hygiene,
especially with bodysuits or NSFW designs.
DAMAGES
● Rentees must take photos of the costume upon receiving and before returning it.
● Report any damages immediately before use. Failure to do so will transfer
responsibility to the rentee.
● Additional charges apply for any damages, missing parts, or tangled wigs.
● Costumes with permanent stains, irreparable damage, or missing accessories will be
considered sold.
● For minor damages, rentees may pay replacement and hassle fees.
● Handle branded and metal accessories carefully.
● If lost or irreparably damaged, rentee must pay the full value of the costume (non-
negotiable).
ADDITIONAL FEES
● Newbie or non-cosplayer rentees: 60–70% additional fee
● Character change: ₱50
● Rescheduling: ₱100 (may reschedule once within one month)
● Rush renting (within 24 hours): starts at ₱100
● Returned set with foul odor or discoloration: starts at ₱100
● Styling fee for wigs: starts at ₱400
● Unauthorized lending to another person: full costume price
● Long-distance shipment (outside Luzon): additional 50% of rental fee
● Other special conditions may incur additional charges
OTHER POLICIES
● Please message the admin if you are uncertain about any procedure or costume care.
● We do not entertain dummy or suspicious accounts. Only verified personal or cosplay
accounts will be accepted.
● Fold and pack costumes properly before returning to prevent velcro or pin damage.
● NSFW or revealing costumes are not allowed for minors.
● We prioritize the safety and dignity of our younger rentees.
● Stealing, ghosting, or failure to return the costume within three (3) days after rental
● will result in a formal police report and public posting.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply
with all terms and conditions stated above.
