1. The office would like to inform the “CONDUCT OF 1ST QUARTER HOMEROOM
PTA MEETING this coming August 16, 2024. The Following schedule shall be
observed:
8:00 – 10:00 Kindergarten, Grade 6
10:00 – 12 :00 Grade 1 and 2
1:00 – 3:00 Grade 3, 4 and 5
2. Submit Letter Request and Agenda of the said meeting a day before of the
scheduled date.

3. Furthermore, the hardcopy of List of PTA officer, attendance, minutes and


pictures of the above mention activity shall be submitted on or before September
18, 2023
