Title of Activity: SMEA

Venue: Guinsay ES
Participants: Teachers, PTA Officers
Attendance: 100 % of the participants were present ( see attached copy)
Objectives: a. Provide immediate feedback on the efficacy and
weaknesses of program implementation at the school level
b. To resolve the issues/concerns/gaps/problems of the
participants
c. To monitor and track quarterly the progress of the program.
Narrative Report
It is the responsibility of the School Head to disseminate the
accomplishment in every school. Last October 24, 2024 the School
MEA was held in our school, Guinsay Elementary School. Participated
by all teaching staff of the said school and general Parents Teachers
Association (PTA) officers. The presence of the barangay chairman in
education and the school district supervisor was recognized on that
day.
The SMEA presentation was successfully delivered by the
school Guidance Coordinator, Mrs. Imelda P. Conde. The School
District Supervisor Represented by Mr. Freddie Lavador address his
technical assistance to the school head and the participants
regarding the gaps issues and concerns of the school. The barangay
chairman also gives her message and commits whatever support
she can offer.
The Presentation ended with a very smooth rapport between
the participants and the presenter.

School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment is the best
feedbacking on what is the result of the programs implemented. Last
January 13, 2025 the School MEA was held in our school, Guinsay
Elementary School. Participated by all teaching staff of the said
school and general Parents Teachers Association (PTA) officers. The
presence of the barangay chairman in education and the school
district supervisor was recognized on that day.
The SMEA presentation was successfully delivered by the
school Principal, Mrs. Ma. Lucia B. Lavador. The School District
Supervisor Represented by Mr. Freddie Lavador give her technical
assistance regarding the gaps issues and concerns of the school.
The general Parents Teachers Association president also gives her
message and commits whatever support she can offer.
Indeed the participants were very much satisfied with satisfied
the presentation as well as the technical assistance being shared.
