Q1 Steps to Find Total, Average and Percentage in MS Excel
1. Open Microsoft Excel.
2. Create a new workbook.
3. Enter the headings: Roll No, Name, MOB, AFM, MM, Elective-I, Elective-II, Total,
Average, Percentage.
4. Enter the given student marks data below the headings.
5. Click on the Total column first cell and apply SUM formula to add all subject marks.
6. Copy the Total formula for all students using fill handle.
7. Click on the Average column first cell and apply AVERAGE formula.
8. Copy the Average formula for all students.
9. Click on the Percentage column first cell and calculate percentage using total marks.
10. Copy the Percentage formula for all students and save the file.

Aim:

Requirement:
Replace the word “Sales” with “Marketing”.
Steps
1. Open Microsoft Excel.
2. Enter the above data in a worksheet.
3. Press Ctrl + H on the keyboard.
4. The Find and Replace dialog box opens.
5. In the Find what box, type Sales.
6. In the Replace with box, type Marketing.
7. Click on Replace All.
8. Click OK and then Close the dialog box.

Result:
The word Sales is replaced with Marketing wherever it appears in the worksheet.

1. Open the required Excel sheet.
2. Select the complete data.
3. Click on Page Layout tab.
4. Set Orientation → Landscape.
5. Set Paper Size → A4 and Margins → Normal.
6. Set Scale to Fit → 1 page.
7. Click Print Area → Set Print Area.
8. Click Print Titles and select heading row.
9. Go to File → Print.
10. Check Print Preview and click Print.
