Project Scope Statement

Project name: Willmont’s pharmacy drone service with dronetech. Revision No:0

The project is meant to establish a drone system together with an online platform for delivery of
mails, confirmation of delivery, placing the online order and registration of people who would like
to have the delivery.

Purpose:
As Wilmont continue to be the leading retail pharmacy across United States, it seeks to pattern
with DroneTech technologies.
The purpose of this is to establish and run a project that would even extend the services of Wilmont
closer to customers a part from having stores established already across all the states of America.
Extending the drone services closer to customers would establish even more benefits of both
customers, Wilmont and DroneTech technologies as we will describe it sections of goals as the
project unfolds.

Project Goals:
1. To produce a prototype of drones to deliver items to customers.

2. The drones should serve four pharmacies of Wilmont’s.
3. Design and paint the drones so that they emulate the Wilmont’s pharmacy.
4. The drone services would provide delivery services up-to to door step of people seeking for
the services of Wilmont’s pharmacy.
5. Reduce the need for customers to move to pharmacy hence saving their time and money for
travelling to the pharmacies.

Project Scope Description:


Product Scope.
The product to be provided in this project is a drone service and information technology that is
intended to connect Wilmont’s pharmacy and its customer remotely. The drone is a technol0gy
that is designed to be operated remotely as it flies from one area to another.
The information systems deal with registration of customers who agrees to the drone technology,
confirmation of reception of services or goods from the pharmacy, order duty and mobile apps.
Services Scope.
The is meant to deliver both goods and services to individuals at different times. So we shall need
a dynamic working system.
The first activity is to establish management team that will oversee the development of this project.
