A Long and Healthy Life ( Topic 1)

"Good morning everyone. Today I want to talk about living a long and healthy life. In Vietnam,
some habits are reducing people’s longevity. These include smoking, drinking too much alcohol,
eating too much salty or oily food, and not getting enough sleep or exercise.

On the other hand, diet and exercise play a very important role in helping us live longer. A
balanced diet with more vegetables, fruits, and less processed food keeps our body strong.
Regular exercise, even simple activities like walking or cycling, helps our heart and mind stay
healthy.

So, if we avoid harmful habits and focus on good nutrition and daily exercise, we can enjoy a
longer, healthier, and happier life. Thank you."

A Long and Healthy Life ( Topic 1 ver 2)

"Hello everyone. Let’s talk about how to live a long and healthy life. In Vietnam, some habits
make people live shorter lives. These include smoking, drinking too much alcohol, eating too
much salty or oily food, and not exercising enough. Stress and lack of sleep also hurt our health.

To live longer, diet and exercise are very important. Eating more vegetables, fruits, and fresh
food gives our body strength. Avoiding fast food and sugary drinks helps prevent disease.
Exercise does not have to be hard. Walking, cycling, or even simple stretching every day can
keep our heart and body strong.

A long life comes from small choices we make every day. If we avoid bad habits, eat healthy
food, and stay active, we can enjoy more years with our family and friends. Thank you."

A Long and Healthy Life ( topic 1 ver 3)

"Good morning everyone. Today I want to share some ideas about living a long and healthy life.
In Vietnam, many people face health problems that reduce their longevity. Some common habits
include smoking, drinking too much alcohol, eating too much salty, oily, or processed food, and
spending long hours sitting without exercise. Lack of sleep and stress also play a big role in
shortening life expectancy.

But the good news is that we can change these habits. Diet and exercise are two of the most
powerful tools for a longer life. A healthy diet means eating more vegetables, fruits, beans, and
fish, while cutting down on fast food and sugary drinks. This gives our body the vitamins and
energy it needs. Exercise is equally important. Simple activities like walking, cycling, or even
gardening can strengthen our heart, improve our mood, and help us avoid diseases.

Living a long life is not about big changes—it’s about small, daily choices. If we avoid harmful
habits, eat wisely, and stay active, we can enjoy more years with our family and friends, and live
not only longer but also happier. Thank you."
The Generation Gap ( topic 2)

"Hello everyone. Today I want to talk about the generation gap. Technology is one of the main
reasons why the gap between young people and older people is getting bigger. Young people use
smartphones, social media, and new apps every day, while many parents and grandparents find it
difficult to keep up. This difference in habits and knowledge sometimes makes communication
harder.

However, the generation gap does not mean parents and children cannot be close. In fact, it is
possible for them to be friends. Friendship between parents and children comes from respect,
understanding, and sharing. If parents listen to their children’s ideas and children respect their
parents’ experiences, they can build a strong bond.

So, even though technology may make the gap bigger, love and communication can bridge it.
Parents and children can not only be family but also good friends. Thank you."

The Generation Gap ( topic 2 ver 2)

"Good morning everyone. The generation gap is the difference in thinking and lifestyle between
young people and older people. Today, technology makes this gap bigger. Young people quickly
learn new apps, games, and social media, while many parents and grandparents find it hard to
follow. This sometimes causes misunderstanding and distance.

But the generation gap does not mean we cannot be close. Parents and children can be friends if
they respect each other. Parents can share their life experience, and children can share their new
ideas. When both sides listen and support each other, the gap becomes smaller.

So, even though technology creates differences, love and respect can connect generations.
Parents and children can be not only family but also good friends. Thank you."

The Generation Gap ( topic 2 ver 3)

"Hello everyone. The generation gap means the differences between young people and older
people. Today, technology makes this gap wider. Young people spend a lot of time on phones,
social media, and new apps, while many parents and grandparents prefer traditional ways of
living. This difference can sometimes cause misunderstanding.

But the gap does not have to be a wall. Parents and children can still be friends. Friendship is
possible when both sides listen and respect each other. Parents can learn about new technology
from their children, and children can learn valuable lessons from their parents’ experience.

So, even though technology creates differences, love, respect, and communication can connect
generations. Parents and children can be family and also good friends. Thank you."
