Learning programs must be relevant to all learners
by being appropriate, achievable, and aligned with their
diverse needs and learning competencies. This means
considering individual differences in learning styles,
cultural backgrounds, and prior knowledge, and adjusting
teaching strategies and materials accordingly. Effectively
addressing learning needs fosters student engagement,
motivation, and ultimately, deeper learning.
ANNOTATION
I was able to prove that I identified and utilized personal
professional strengths to uphold the dignity of teaching
profession to help build a positive teaching and learning
culture within the school by inspiring unity in responding
to potential threats and risk to the school community. I
also adopted practices that uphold the dignity of teaching
as a profession by exhibiting qualities such as caring
attitude, respect and integrity as evidenced by a
documented feedback from my parents and other
stakeholers.
ANNOTATION
The LAC Session conducted was a very good refresher to
us teachers who are already in the service for a couple of
years. We greatly need this for our professional growth.
This will serve as a tool for promotion, we will not be
promoted unless we reach the qualification standard for a
higher position.
Lasty, we must apply what we have learned in this LAC
Session for us to be successful teachers. For us to
become successful teachers, we must apply appropriate
teaching strategies that is best suited to our learners’
needs.
