service & handling charge to THE ENGLISH BOSS in addition to the mandatory de-
ductions as per refund policy of the institution in Australia / New Zealand / Canada /
Singapore/UK.

I am aware that the tuition fee paid to the College/University may not be refundable
once the visa is granted. Still If I decide not to proceed abroad after receiving my
student visa or after paying the tuition fee, I am aware that a refund of the tuition fee
can only be made as per the refund policy of the University/College. After getting visa
my agent is not responsible to apply University fees refund if you change your
university.
7. I undertake that if my visa gets rejected because of wrong, false or fraudulent
documents/ information or for any reason whatsoever and the University/
College / Institute / Education provider refuses to refund my fees, I myself shall be
fully responsible for all consequences & I shall not hold “THE ENGLISH BOSS”
responsible for the refund of my fees.
8. I state that I have not suppressed any vital information and have not concealed any
fact including information about rejection of previous visa of any country; which can
lead to rejection of my current visa. If I do so I shall be fully responsible for all its
consequences.
9. I state that my all documents are genuine and the educational certificates and mark
sheets are awarded to me by the respective Board / College / University. I state and
declare that the documents with regard to my educational qualifications submitted by
me are the same and provided to me by the respective Board/College & University.
10. I, authorize “THE ENGLISH BOSS” to submit my documents &educational certificate
for visa processing to the concerned High Commission on my behalf for study in New
Zealand / Australia / Canada/ Singapore / UK. I authorize THE ENGLISH BOSS to
collect Information / Passport on my behalf regarding my student visa case from
concerned High commission (if required)
11. That I have gone through carefully all the terms &conditions and the refund policy of
the concerned Institute where I will undertake my study course. Also I understood
terms and conditions of “THE ENGLISH BOSS” very well and the suitability of the
course so chosen by me. That I got no legal rights nor shall file any case against “THE
ENGLISH BOSS” or Institute in case of the failure of my visa.

12. I understand that neither I nor any member of my family can claim any amount
regarding fee refund from THE ENGLISH BOSS due to rate difference in currency in
case of failure of visa.
13. I further declare that in the event of any dispute with regard to any of the
certificate/documents submitted by me is found to be false/ forged; I shall be
solely responsible for the same.
14. I understand that it is my responsibility to submit complete documents for VISA
processing and I undertake to submit the same at the given time. I undertake that in
the event of my failure to submit the required documents in time, I shall be solely
responsible and no other person/Institution shall be responsible for the same.
15. I also declare and undertake to pay any differential fee for not submitting the
documents in time. THE ENGLISH BOSS is not responsible for the visa grant delay or
the university intake date. Hence if required my intake may be shifted to the next intake
if available. There is no guarantee of a placement. I agree to pay the difference in fee
and the deferment fee should it be required.
16. I understand, this college/university course is of _______ year’s duration and 3 years
work permit/has no work permit. Later I won’t claim/blame anything to my consultant
‘The English Boss’.
17. THE ENGLISH BOSS has no authority to grant a Visa of any kind. THE ENGLISH
BOSS can only assist and advice students who want to study abroad. The final
decision on all Visa applications rests with the respective High Commission/Embassy.
18. I shall not hold THE ENGLISH BOSS responsible for anything relating to my VISA and
admission and shall not claim any compensation/damages before any Court of
Law/Authorities.
19. I also undertake that the IELTS Examination booking, Medical, visa submission, Air
ticket booking, airport Pickup and Accommodation search shall be my responsibility at
my costs only. However, on my request, THE ENGLISH BOSS may at its discretion
provide me necessary help in arranging the above. I shall be responsible for payment
of all charge, as above.
20. I also undertake that I shall be responsible for payment of all fees, govt. taxes and
additional fees, if any, charged by the University at the time of VISA.
21. I accept that THE ENGLISH BOSS is assisting me in obtaining a STUDENT VISA. I
shall be bound by the rules and regulations relating to the student VISA of the
respective Country. I state and declare that I alone, and no other person, shall be
responsible for any violation of condition relating to grant of VISA. Searching
part-time/full-time job is the sole responsibility of the student. THE ENGLISH BOSS is
not responsible for changes in the visa regulations.

25. If after receipt of my VISA or AIP/VISA GRANT NOTICE with reference to my
application, I refuse to go, I undertake to pay THE ENGLISH BOSS Rs. 1,00,000/- (1
lac Only) as processing fees and services fee. Unless normally consultancy charges
are Rs. 25,000.
