TASK PERFORMANCE
Manufacturing and Distribution Sector
Distribution management is an important part of the business cycle for distributors and wholesalers. The
profit margins of businesses depend on how quickly they can turn over their goods. The more they sell,
the more they earn—hence, a better future for the business (Kenton, 2019). Manufacturing companies
such as Universal Robina Corporation (URC), Proctor & Gamble (P&G), and Coca-Cola Company are
examples of businesses that engage in high distribution. Most of these companies’ products come from a
central manufacturing plant, which are distributed to a massive number of conglomerates, retail stores,
and partners across the country or even abroad.

Below is the suggested outline for completing the output:


I. Company Description
a. A brief and concise narrative of the history, nature of business, the current mission, vision,
and objectives of your chosen organization.
b. A summary of the company’s existing corporate environmental initiatives/programs may
also be included in this part, if data is available.
II. Stakeholder Review
a. A detailed assessment of the company’s stakeholders that covers stakeholders’
expectations from the organization and the possible results/impacts to environmental
management once the identified expectations were met.
