Community Development Agreement
For the Applicant to apply for Community Development Agreement e- Application, after logging into the
portal with valid credentials. From the Dashboard page, he/she has to perform the following steps, which
are:-
Step 1: Click on the “View More” link on the “Mines Environmental Compliance” tab to view the possible
applications as shown in Figure 1 below;

Step 2: Click on “Apply Now” in the section corresponding to “Community Development Agreement” to
proceed as shown in Figure 2 below;

Step 3: The system displays the Guidelines page, review the page and click on “Next” to proceed with the
Application as shown in Figure 3 below;

Step 4: The system displays the Mining Title page, select the mining title and click the “Next” button to
proceed with the application as shown in Figure 4 below;

Step 5: The system saved the mining title and displays Representative Page. Select the Representative by
clicking the checkbox in front of the existing members or add new staff by clicking the Add New Staff
button, fill in the details, and click the “Next” button as shown in Figure 5 below;

Step 6: The system saved the Representative details successfully and displays the Documents upload page.
Attach the required supporting documents and click the “Upload” button to upload the supporting as
shown in Figure 6 below;

Step 7: The system uploaded the supporting documents successfully, click the “Save & Continue” button as
shown in Figure 7 below;

Step 8: The system displays the Confirmation page to preview the Application details and click the “Submit
Application” button to continue as shown in Figure 8 below;

NOTE: The Applicant can also print the Confirmation Page of the Application by clicking the Print button
at the right top of the Confirmation page.

Step 9: The system displays the Feedback page and click the “Finish” button to finish the application as
shown in Figure 9 below;

Step 10: The system redirects to Application Dashboard, clicking on the “Mines Environmental Compliance”
tab shows the completed application as shown below. The Application’s status changed to “Processing” as
shown in Figure 10 below;
