Adding A Welcome Message

To add a Welcome Message in the Bot Elements, select the Welcome Node, enter your desired greeting, and save it as the first trigger in the conversation flow. After configuration, preview the bot in Bot Builder to ensure the message functions correctly. Additional bot elements can be added later for enhanced interactions.

Adding a Welcome Message

1. In the General section of Bot Elements, select Welcome Node.


2. Enter the greeting you want users to see first.
Example: “Hello! I’m here to help you with any questions about our services. How can I
assist you today?”
3. Save the element.
4. Ensure the Welcome Message is set as the first trigger in the conversation flow.
5. Click Save or Publish to update the bot.

Post-Configuration Actions
You can preview the bot within Bot Builder to confirm the Welcome Message works as
intended.
Later, you can add more bot elements from the General, Advance, or Integration
sections for richer interactions
