DBA 801 - Assignment

Overview of the Research Problem

- Write a paragraph providing an overview of the refined research problem identified in


DBA 800, the purpose of the study, and the research question/hypothesis identified
from the research problem. Set the context for a quantitative study.

Research Question and Hypothesis

- Draft the quantitative research questions/hypotheses for your proposed topic.(Use


the same research topic identified in DBA 800, and convert it into a quantitative
research question)
- List the constructs for your proposed research topic and their operational definitions.

Variables and Logical Model

- Define dependent and independent variables, and explain possible relationships


between the variables in your research.
- Draw the conceptual logic model using SmartPLS, MS Word, SmartArt, etc. keeping
your research topic in mind.

Creating or Replicating a Questionnaire

● Provide a description and justification of the research design used. The


research design can be described at two levels:
a. Descriptive/Predictive/Prescriptive/Causal
b. Experimental/Quasi-experimental/Non-experimental
● Explain the components of the questionnaire and their alignment with the
constructs of the study.
● Elaborate on the choice/design of the measurement scale. Explain all the
points with appropriate justifications.
● Replicate or create a questionnaire using an online survey tool
(Qualtrics/Google Forms/SurveyMonkey). Follow APA 7 citation guidelines to
create the questionnaire. Add at least three questions for each variable to test
the reliability of the questionnaire.
