We must evaluate the knowledge, preferences, and the real-world setting where these
skills will eventually be applied. This ensures our instruction matches the learner's

We draft specific statements that define three things: the learner's Action, the
Environmental Conditions, and the Criteria for Success.

We need proof of learning. To do this, we create tools like objective tests, live
demonstrations, or portfolios that match our outcomes. This moves us from mere goals

Step 6: Craft the Instructional Strategy.

feedback.
Step 7: Material Development and Selection.
Finally, we produce our resources. This is flexible; you can produce original materials or
select readily available resources from an existing curriculum."
