You tube automation tips and tricks

1. It is not a quick way to get rich


 Ai generated video se you won’t get rich. maybe
 People create videos they wouldn’t even watch themselves.
 Make engaging content videos even you would watch too.
 Effort for faceless and face-based channels is pretty much the same.
 Invest at least one whole year consistently because growth does not happen
overnight.

2. Focus on quantity first and quality later


 Don’t put too much time on your first video or first 10 videos.
 The more videos, you create the faster you learn what works and what
doesn’t.
 Don’t aim for perfection from the very, start aim for progress.

3. Pick your niche right


 Your niche depends on:
a. How many people will be interested in your content?
b. How much revenue can you generate from it?
 Choose one niche and stick to it.
 To pick a right niche:
a) Market demand – if there is a large audience for that particular niche.
Larger the audience = quicker your channel grows
b) Feasibility – some niche naturally work well without showing face for
eg – comedy content, while other work well without showing face for
eg – make money, AI, self-help, business or crime documentaries can
thrive on automated yt videos because the focus is more on
information and storytelling.
c) Earning potential – certain niche have better monetization
opportunities than others. Choose a niche where advertisers are willing
to pay more so that you earn higher revenue per thousand views. For
eg – finance and tech have high rpm.

4. Imitate first, innovate later


 Analyze your competitor
 Make a list of 5-10 successful channels of your niche
 Now see what are their most popular videos in the past 6-12 months.
 Doing this reveals what your target audience cares for right now and is
actually searching for.
 Your goal is now to make videos that address these problems in a fresh
and actionable way

5. Authenticity
 Fulfill the gap
 Basically, do what your viewers demands for the most
 Analyze their comments, and address your audience’s problems
instead of targeting to get new subscribers.
 This will make your audience stay loyal to your channel
 Eventually results into channel’s long-term success.
 Focus on solving real problems for your audience
 More value = faster your channel will grow

6. Start with packaging


 Title and the thumbnail are the first thing a viewer sees
 So, decide title and thumbnail before you start scripting

7. Get your script right


 Matching the expectations set by your title and thumbnail in your intro.
This proves that your video is not just a clickbait and it reinforces why
people clicked on the video in the first place
 Building an emotional connect with your audience.
 Search for the topic you’re making your video on and click on top 10
videos by view count. Now you will identify 5-6 common points that
they all mention. These are points that clearly resonates with the
audience more but you need to add more information on the top of it.
Also look at the comments on those videos to identify the gaps that
those you tubers might not have covered.

8. Do your branding
 Eg – if I say technology, you probably think of apple, if I say sports, nike
automatically comes to your mind
 Same goes with yt channel, if I say finance, magnetsmedia comes to my
mind.
 Branding helps you build a strong recall.
 Basically, tumhara niche ke baare me if a person is thinking then they
automatically write your channel’s name instead of searching your
niche’s name.
 Follow 2 steps:
a) Decide the tone of your videos – consistent tone makes your
channel instantly recognizable and keeps your audience
connected
b) Develop signature elements – for eg blue screen and white
font, or any logo that makes your channel look different and
unique

9. Be consistent
 It takes months to gain traction because you tube algorithm takes at
least 20-25 videos to fully understand the kind of topics your cover and
who your target audience is.
 Upload at least once per week in the starting time and if its not possible
then create a schedule that you can maintain. For eg if its two videos a
month, stick to make 2 videos a month.
 Consistency helps your channel grow because it signals to the you tube
that you are a trustworthy creator.

10. Learn how to actually make money from the start


 Affiliate marketing
 Affiliate links in the description
 Can earn commissions from those sales that can sustain your you tube
channel till you hit monetization.
