3. Medium/Channel: The way messages are sent (e.g., phone


call, letter).

4. Receiver: Person who gets the message.

5. Feedback: Response from receiver to sender.

6. Noise: Anything that disturbs communication (e.g.,


background noise, poor signal).

Active: The subject performs the action.

A group of sentences about one main idea.

Structure:

Tips: Keep it focused, use linking words like “therefore”,


“however”, “also”.
