As part of our routine management schedule and commitment to proactive property care, we
would conduct a quarterly inspection to assess the general condition of the properties, ensure
tenant compliance and identify any maintenance issues that requires attention.

A comprehensive Bi-Annual property report shall be made available to you which will include:

- General Condition of the Property


- Status of Utilities and essential systems installation
- Notable maintenance issues (if any)
- Photographic evidence (where necessary)
- Recommendations and next steps (if applicable)
