Problem & Solution Validation

Validation basically means that this problem & solution combo is strong enough of a problem
to build a business on and achieve financial freedom.
Steps
1. List all the problems you’ve found during interviews and research
^ conduct at least 10 interviews and 10 hours of research before doing this.
List your discovered problems below (should find 3-10)

2. Validate each problem using the following 4 criteria
More than 5 people talk about it at length on your interviews
When people are talking about this problem, there is pain associated with it
This problem keeps jumping out at you during your content / social research
This problem is an obstacle to a common goal
3. Ask these questions about each problem that ticks all 4 validation boxes
Do the people in this niche really care about it?
Does everyone in this niche suffer from this problem?
Will they pay thousands of dollars to have this problem solved?
Is it a big problem? Does it truly keep them up at night?
Is this problem really causing the market serious, genuine pain/distress?
Is this an obstacle getting in the way of their dreams and goals?
Is this thing really a groundbreaking problem for them, or just a little nuisance?

4. Validate Solution (is this thing actually possible to solve?)
There are people in your niche who have solved this problem
^ demonstrated if there are a minority of people in the niche who have achieved the
transformation / goal the majority of the niche wants to achieve, because the minority
wouldn’t have been able to achieve it if this problem could not be solved.
(if not above) - There are people in similar niches who have solved this problem
There are businesses that solve this problem (in your niche or a similar niche)
The information required to solve this problem is probably find-able
5. Pick your problem and solution!
- Rank the problems according to the validation technique.
- Write down the problem and ‘solution’ you’re going to pick.
