1. Integration & Attendance Logging


 Integration with biometric attendance machine
o Fetch real-time logs (check-in/out times).
 Manual employee details entry
o Form to input personal and professional data (name, ID, department, etc.).

2. User Activity Monitoring
 Inactivity detection
o Monitor system idle time (e.g., no mouse/keyboard input for 10–15 mins).
o Mark idle time as "Break".
 Periodic screenshots
o Capture screenshots every 30 or 60 minutes.
o Automatically send them to admin (configurable recipient).
3. Clock-in/out Reminders
 Popup on login if not clocked in
o Customizable message.
 Popup on next-day login if not clocked out
o Notify and prompt user to contact admin.

4. Leave Management
 Leave types: Casual, Sick, Work from Home.
 Leave tracking (used vs. remaining).
 Late/leave request submission flow:
o Submitted → Supervisor approval → HOD/COO final approval.
o User can track the current approval stage.
