Instructions – To Be Strictly Followed:

1) Please ensure you carry the following documents with you to the Test Center, on the day of exam:
a) Printed copy of Admit Card (Note- A copy of the physical / hard copy of your Admit card is mandatory for admission into the examination
venue). You must carry one passport size photo and paste the same on the Admit Card at the exam venue.
b) Original Government issued Photo Identity proof for verification, such as Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID / PAN Card
only (no digital copy).
c) ID card with incomplete Date of Birth (DOB) details will not be considered valid (Note: The ID card must have the complete DOB details,
including date, month, and year mentioned).
d) College ID card will not be considered as a valid ID proof.
2) Report to the test centre well before the gate closure time, otherwise entry will NOT be permitted.
3) Prohibited Items: No personal items, including jewellery, bags, mobile phones, or any other electronic gadgets such as Smart watches, Digital
Key, calculators, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination hall. There is no facility for safekeeping of your personal
belongings outside the test hall and we are not responsible for any loss / theft. Only Admit Card, original Photo ID Card & Photo will be allowed
inside the test hall.
4) Unfair Means: Adoption of any unfair means in the examination hall will result in disqualification from the TCS selection process.
5) Request for change of test centre will NOT be entertained.
6) Friends and relatives accompanying the candidate will NOT be allowed inside the test centre.

You will NOT be permitted to appear for the Exam if you fail to carry the Admit Card, photo and the mandatory Government issued
Photo Identity Card.

I hereby certify that I meet the eligibility criteria as specified by TCS to take this test and the information furnished by me to TCS
is factually correct and subject to verification by TCS. Please note that meeting TCS eligibility criteria is mandatory and at any point in time, if I am
found ineligible, or data shared by me is found discrepant / misrepresented, I understand that this will lead to disqualification of my candidature.
