Nowadays, during the recruitment process for several jobs, the human resources ask in the job officer

different skills: Technical skills and soft skills. In Soft skills, we have “Team work” and it’s very important
in company. In this text, I will present the advantages of team work.

Team work is a capacity of coworkers or partners to collaborate in work environment to reach an


objective. There are many advantages:

At first, Team work permit Good productivity and efficiency. It permits to share the tasks between
Coworkers to finish the activity.

At second, the resolution of different problems. When we work, the different skills and analyze
experiences permit to see the problems in different views and to find the different solutions.

Generally, in my Job, when we have the production stop, everybody search the defaults to find the
problems and correct it.

At third, a good environment work. Team work can create a well atmosphere in work and it’s very
important to produce a good result.

In conclusion, Team is a good soft skill in a company and such as we say “Union makes the strength”
