Synopsis
Introduction
This project provides an overview of the proposed system and explains its purpose, scope, and
objectives. The main goal is to develop a structured and efficient system that reduces manual work,
improves accuracy, and ensures better data management through automation.
Feasibility Study
The feasibility study analyzes whether the project is practically possible and beneficial. It includes
technical feasibility, economic feasibility, and operational feasibility to ensure smooth
implementation.
Hardware and Software Requirements
This section describes the minimum hardware and software required to run the system efficiently,
including processor, memory, operating system, programming language, database, and
development tools.
ER Diagram
The Entity Relationship diagram represents the logical structure of the database. It shows entities,
attributes, and relationships between different components of the system.
DFD (Data Flow Diagram)
The Data Flow Diagram illustrates how data moves through the system, showing input, processing,
storage, and output at various levels.
Data Dictionary
The data dictionary defines all data elements used in the system, including data type, size, and
description to maintain consistency.
Screen Layout
Screen layouts represent the design of user interfaces and help users understand system
interaction and navigation.
1-Tier Architecture
In the 1-tier architecture, user interface, business logic, and database are combined into a single
system. This architecture is simple and suitable for small-scale applications.
6 Layout Screens
This section includes six different screen layouts representing various functional modules of the
system, ensuring a user-friendly design.
