TITLE: A Second Time Around

CHARACTERS

Ashianna Elyse Ledezma - A fearless and cheerful woman who has been working in a syndicate

for five years. She live by herself and doesn't value human's life. She's the one who tried to steal

Louisse relic in the museum. She lives as Louisse Natasha Valeria in the year 2020.

Akihiro Leonel Juarez - The active class president who is very loving and cheerful. He is very

intellegent and an outstanding student.

Louisse Natasha Valeria - The lovely woman in the relic entitled "Filipina Hero of COVID-19"

who exactly look alike Ashianna. She is a high school teacher on Maxwell Catholic School.

Luna Nathalie Valeria - The younger sister of Louisse who loves to complain about school and

has a crush on Akihiro.

Mr. and Mrs. Valeria - The sweet and caring parents of Louisse who are both teachers.

Kierra - The timid school nurse.

Students - The active and sweet students of Louisse.

Mr. Valdez – Louisse’s co-teacher who is in his mid-40s.

PO3 Tuquero – The police officer who is in charge of Akihiro’s case with the gang.

DESCRIPTION

The drama script depicts the perspective and struggles of both of the side of students and

teachers in the new normal education. It shows the traditional face-to-face classes which enables

the students to celebrate events until the pandemic came which caused the shut down of the

school. The changes that happened in education because of the pandemic became a way to show

the struggles of the students, as well as the teachers. The story utilized the topic "new normal

education" to not only raise awareness about the problems that are constantly araising in online

class which affects the well-being of the students and teachers, but also the value of life.

DIALOGUE

SCENE 1

Narrator: Ashianna is getting ready to head to the Museo de 2020 where she is instructed by the

"Supremo" to steal one of the relics there. No trace of nervousness is evident in her because she

has been doing this job for five years. From theft to taking of human life. Ashianna smiled when

she was finally able to enter the Museo de 2020 without any difficulty. She immediately
searched for the relic entitled "The Filipina Hero of COVID-19." Ashianna was surprised when

she finally saw what the relics looked like because the person in the relic look exactly like her.

Ashianna: Louisse Natasha Valeria. The Filipina Hero of...C-COVID-19? 2020? What?

Narrator: Ashianna just ignored what she read and just continued her work. She slowly

deactivated the relic alarm then slowly removed it from its place.

Ashianna: Why am I the only one they sent her? What do they think of me? A body builder? Tss.

Narrator: Ashianna squeal when the heavy relic suddenly fell on her that’s why her head hit the

floor which made her faint.

SCENE 2

Narrator: Ashianna woke up with a heavy head because of the bright light that surround the

place. She gaze hovered all over the place but she could not see anything, but only the bright

light. She struggled to remember the last thing that happened to her until she suddenly realized

that the relic had fallen on her which made her faint.

Ashianna: Am I dead?

Narrator: She grabbed her head as her eyes widened because of what she thought.

Ashianna: But that is impossible, right? I just stumbled and then fainted. And shouldn't I have

gone to hell, but why does it looks like I'm in heaven? Satan are you the-

Narrator: Ashianna was not able to finish what she was going to say because she saw a human

shadown approaching her.

Ashianna: Anybody there?!!

Narrator: Ashianna was able to gradually see the face of the person walking towards her. She

was very surprised when she realized that the woman who is now standing in front of her exactly

look like her.

Louisse: I am Louisse Natasha Valeria.

Ashianna: Y-you are the one inside the r-relic, right?

Narrator: Ashianna looked at Louisse from head to toe and covered her mouth in shock.

Ashianna: By the way, why are you in my dreams? Are you haunting me because…because...

OMG! Because I'm stealing your relic??? Hmm but sorry to dissapoint you, but I'm not afraid of

you duhh

Louisse: This is not a dream Ashianna.

Ashianna: You even know my name???? But how? Do you have magic? Because look at us, we

exactly look alike.

Louisse: Can I speak now?

Ashianna: Okay. Go! It's your turn to make chika.

Louisse: (sigh) I have been waiting for this moment for a long time. It is to finally meet the

person who is destined to rewrite his story for a second time because I was not able to save him.

Ashianna: His story? Who? What?

Narrator: Ashianna was very confused about what Louisse was telling her.
Louisse: I know that you are very confused at the moment. But trust me, everything will be clear

when you get back. We've been waiting for a long time. Please, make sure to save him and

successfuly accomplish your mission. Remember that you are our only hope.

Narrator: The last thing that Ashianna saw is the sweet smile rested on Louisse's rosy lips before

she fainted again.

Scene 3

Narrator: Ashianna woke up with a severe headache. The nurse quicly walk over to her and

checked her condition.

Nurse Kierra: Miss Valeria, are you okay?

Narrator: Ashianna confusedly looked at the nurse who looks very worried.

Ashianna/Louisse: Who are you? Where am I?

Nurse Kierra: Hmm.. I am K-Kierra. The nurse in our school clinic. Don’t you remember me?

Ashianna/Louisse: What are you talking about?! First of all, I don’t know anyone with a name

Kierra. And second, where are we?

Narrator: The nurse was surprised because of Ashianna’s sudden behavior.

Nurse Kierra: W-we are in the s-school c-clinic.

Ashianna/Louisse: Are you crazy?!

Narrator: Ashianna forced to stand up and walk straight even though her head is very heavy as if

a hammer had hit her on the head. The nurse quickly chased and pulled her in the arm to stop

her.
Nurse Kierra: M-Miss V-Valeria, you are no-

Narrator: Ashianna looked sharply at the nurse down to her hand holding her arm. As a result,

the nurse immediately released her arm.

Nurse Kierra: I-I’m s-sorry.

Ashianna/Louisse: What is happening? How did I get here if I came from the museum?

Nurse Kierra: Museum? W-We saw you lying on the filed so we immediately rush you here in

the clinic, M-Miss Valeria.

Narrator: Ashianna was even more confused when she realized that the nurse repeatedly called

her "Miss Valeria"

Ashianna/Louisse: You seem to be mistaken because I am not Miss Valeria. I'm Ashianna Elyse

Ledezma.

Narrator: Ashianna hurried out of the clinic which left the nurse confused about what happened.

She passed by a comfort room so she immediately went there. But she was shocked when she

realized that she was wearing a teacher's uniform.

Ashianna/Louisse: What am I wearing?!

Narrator: Ashianna was confused by everything that was going on until she noticed the ID worn

around her neck. She immediately looked at it which made her shocked.

Ashianna/Louisse: L-Louisse Natasha V-Valeria?

Narrator: Ashianna suddenly remembered when she encountered Louisse in her dream and the

last words she uttered.

Ashianna/Louisse: Mission? Him? What is happening??

Narrator: Ashianna was stunned by her reflection in the mirror because of too much confusion.

She did not know what she was going to do. She does not have an idea why she was here as

Louisse Natasha Valeria. Many questions troubled her mind. She only realized that she was

standing there for a long time until she heard a loud ring of the school bell.

Ashianna/Louisse: (sigh) You have to succeed Ashianna. You need to find answers to all of your

questions. Fighting!

Narrator: It seems like her headache suddenly dissapeared because of all the questions running

through his mind. She washed her face and put some lipstick she found in her pocket before

going out of the comfort room. She walked formally even though she had no idea where she

should go.

Ashianna/Louisse: Faculty. Right I should go to the faculty.

Narrator: As she gazed over the school, a bittersweet smile flashed on her lips as she

remembered the days when she was just an ordinary student who only worry about attending

school and passing requirements.

Scene 4

Narrator: Fortunately, Ashianna read Louisse's ID which shown that she is a senior high school

teacher in Maxwell Catholic School. She did not have a hard time finding the senior high school

faculty where she found some teachers who seems to be very busy of their work.

Mr. Valdez: Ohh Miss Valeria. How are you feeling?

Ashianna/Louisse: I-I’m f-fine.

Narrator: Ashianna did not grow up with an environment that is full of respectful and educated

people. Because she was used to the chaotic life within the syndicate. Ever since she lost her

parents, she has been influenced by her father's friend to join the syndicate. She just accepted his

offer because she also needed money and she felt like her life was meaningless. As a result, she

lived her life hiding from the police and never graduated from school. She has been working for

five years in one of the biggest and most feared syndicates in Manila. Since she joined the group,

she learned how to take human life and steal from others.

Ashianna/Louisse: Hmm s-sir, can I ask?

Mr. Valdez: What is that?

Ashianna/Louisse: W-Where is m-my d-desk?

Narrator: Despite of confusion, Mr. Valdez pointed the desk of Ms. Valeria. Ashianna

immediately walk towards it and immediately look at Louisse’s things, hoping that there is

something there that can give her a clue. She looked at all the papers in the desk as well as the

files in Louisse’s laptop which is left open. However, none of these gave her an idea, except the

small calendar that has a “Year 0f 2020” written on it.

Ashianna/Louisse: Today is January 6, 2020 which means that I came back to 30 years from the

pres-

Narrator: Ashianna did not finish what she was saying when a student suddenly approached her.

Student 1: Miss? Miss Valeria?

Ashianna/Louisse: W-What is the problem?

Student 1: Miss, Melvin and Jared is fighting again in the classroom.

Ashianna/Louisse: Ahh I see hmm. What am I- wait. Ahh let’s go to your room.

Scene 5

Narrator: Ashianna was stunned by the blast that came from the party poppers while the students

sang "Happy Birthday" at the same time. She then realized that it was also her birthday today.

Students: Happy birthday to youuuuuu!! Happy 25th birthday ma'am!! We love you po!

Narrator: The students gradually bring the cake closer to Ashianna.

Students: Ma'am make a wish!

Narrator: Ashianna smiled and immediately closed her eyes. She wished that her mission would

be successful.

Akihiro: Ohh ma'am! ma'am! The party does not end there.

Narrator: The students suddenly put a blindfold on Ashianna’s eyes.

Ashianna/Louisse: (giggling) What kind of surprise is this?

Narrator: Ashianna finally realized what is going on when a slow music played which widened

smile. They removed the blindfold and the boys danced with Ashianna one by one. Each one of

them brought gifts and flowers.

Student 3: Ang last but not the least, the most handsome president in the world, Mr. Akihiro

Leonel Juarez.

Akihiro: Ma'am can I be your last dance?

Narrator: Akihiro offers his hand Ashianna and bows like a prince. Ashianna immediately

accepted it.
Akihiro: Akihiro offers Ashianna his hand and bows like a prince. Ashianna immediately

accepted it.

Akihiro: Ma'am we know that we will leave you soon because we will have another adviser next

school year but always remember that we will never forget you. We know that you are also

struggling and you are going through a lot of unexpected happenings in your life but remember

that we are always here beside you ma'am and we will give you warmth and love because you

deserve to be treated as a queen.

Narrator: The tears that Ashianna had been holding back kept on falling. Even though she only

met them on that day, she felt the warm welcome from them even though they all thought she

was Louisse. For a very long time, she felt love and appreciation again. She finally celebrated

her birthday again even though all of this is not really for her, but she still felt the genuine

happiness that she has been longing for a very long time.

Scene 6

Narrator: Her day ended with a big smile plastered on her face. She is now walking in the

hallway together with some of her students who are carrying her gifts while they are telling

stories and joking around. In fact, she was just about the same age as them because Ashianna just

turned nineteen today.

Student 4: Ma’am did you know that your sister, Luna, from STEM has a crush on Akihiro?

Narrator: Ashianna realizes that she doesn't even know much about Louisse's family that’s why

she kept on talking to her students, hoping that she will get information from them.
Akihiro: Ma'am, how does it feel to be the eldest daughter of teachers? Perhaps, it is a great

pressure right?

Luna: Hey! Akihiro Leonel Juarez! You are really talkative!

Akihiro: But you still have a crush on me hah?

Luna: Duhhh! Sis! Let's go home, Papa is waiting for us.

Narrator: Luna pulled her sister towards the parking lot of their school. Ashianna immediately

saw their "father" who immediately greeted them with a hug and a kiss on the forehead. She got

in the shotgun seat.

Mr. Valeria: How was the day of my beautiful daughters?

Luna: Pa! School is very stressful! We always have loads of things to do.

Mr. Valeria: You can do it my Luna!

Luna: I’m very tired papa

Mr. Valeria: Oh Louisse! You’re too quiet. Is there a problem? You can tell me anything. How

about your head? Are you okay?

Narrator: Ashianna just nodded and tried to hold back the tears that were trying to escape from

her eyes. She missed her real father who passed away seven years ago.

Scene 7

Narrator: Ashianna immediately wiped her tears when Mr. Valeria stopped their car in front of a

simple house which seems to be their home. They got out of the car and went inside the house

where they were greeted with a kiss and a hug from Mrs. Valeria.
Mrs. Valeria: I prepared some snacks for you. Just get some in the kitchen.

Luna: Okay mama. I’ll just take a bath.

Ashianna/Louisse: T-Thank y-you m-ma.

Mrs. Valeria: Louisse! How are you? Is nothing wrong with your head?

Ashianna/Louisse: I-I’m f-fine m-ma.

Mrs. Valeria: Okay, that’s good. Just tell me if you feel something weird, okay? Come, I’ll take

you in your room so you could take sa rest. You make us very worried about you Louisse.

Ashianna/Louisse: S-sorry m-ma.

Narrator: When Ashianna finally entered the room, she could not stop crying until she fell

asleep.

Scene 8

Narrator: Hours, weeks, and months passed quickly. She has been staying for more than a month

in the year 2020. As the days pass by, she gets closer to the people who is close to Louisse, but

until now she still does not have any idea about her mission. She gets used to learning while

teaching which she really enjoyed. Her stay in 2020 was filled with joy because of her students.

Until one day someone called him with the caller ID registered as “Dr. Li Wenliang”. She

immediately answered it out of her curiousity.

Dr. Li Wenliang: Hello! Louisse my friend.

Ashianna/Louisse: Hello? Who is this?

Dr. Li Wenliang: Hey! Don’t you remember me? I’m your childhood friend. Hmmm…do you

still have a grudge on me because I chose to move back to China?

Ashianna/Louisse: Why did you call?

Narrator: Ashianna could not understand why she felt like something bad was going to happen.

Dr. Li Wenliang: Listen! You are the only friend that I can trust with this. Everyone in Wuhan,

China is already in a chaos due to the spread of a unknown disease. The government continues to

hide it from other countries and I want you to inform the Philippine government about this so

that they can take immediate action and spread the news elsewhere as some of the residents in

Wuhan, China are moving out of the country out of fear and they may be carriers of that disease.

Ashianna/Louisse: What???!!!

Dr. Li Wenliang: Please be aware that many people may be affected by this disease. I’m asking

for a favor Ash-

Ashianna/Louisse: Hello? Dr. Li? Are you still there? Hello? Hey?

Narrator: The doctor just disappeared from the line, which made Ashianna even more nervous.

Ashianna/Louisse: What should I do? Is that COVID-19? Is this the reason why Louisse became

the Filipino Hero of Covid? Because she spread news about COVID-19? But how?!!

Scene 9

Narrator: Ashianna does not know how she will start spreading the news about COVID-19

because she is afraid that people will not believe her.

Luna: Sis! I'm very tired of making interviews for our research. They said that it is for evidence

and all that bu-

Ashianna/Louisse: Right!! Interview!!!

Narrator: Luna was startled by her sister's sudden scream. Louisse, on the other hand, was

running on her laptop and immediately looked for an OFW from Wuhan who she could

interview and be the evidence to spread the news.

Scene 10

Ashianna/Louisse: CLICK! WAHHHHH!

Narrator: Ashianna jumped into her bed after she posted her documentary about COVID-19. She

did not sleep for two days just to finish this documentary. She tried to finish it as soon as

possible so that it could be sent immediately to government officials and the public. It took a few

days before his hard work paid off because it was fortunately noticed by the government and the

public. As a result, the hidden secret of Wuhan, China has also been revealed. Schools as well as

establishments were closed to prevent the spread of the virus.

Akihiro/Louisse: (sad) Ma’am when will we meet again?

Student 1: Yes ma’am. What about the activities that will be submitted if the school closes due to

COVID-19?

Student 2: Ma’am how about the events that were canceled? Foundation day, prom, fun run.

Ashianna/Louisse: Everything will be fine. As long as no one gives up, is that okay? No matter

how difficult the adjustments will be, I know you can handle it. For the dream!

Students: For the dream!

Scene 11

Narrator: The school year 2020-2021 was moved to September due to the adjustments that need

to be made for the "new normal education" wherein online and modular learning will be the

alternative for the usual traditional face-to-face classes because the number of COVID-19

positive cases in the country continues to rise every single day. Ashianna became the adviser of

her students from last school year.

Ashianna/Louisse: Open your cameras! Students!

Narrator: The students opened their cameras at the same time. Some of them just nod their heads

as if they are listening on the discussion, some just stare at the screen, some looks very sleeps,

and stressed.

Ashianna/Louisse: Your performance task for this quarter is an essay regarding your perception

about online and modular learning. One thousand words minimum. I will post the format in your

google classroom. Understood?

Students: Yessss ma’am!

Ashianna/Louisse: Okay. Akihiro please lead the prayer.

Narrator: Ashianna repeatedly calls for Akihiro who is just staring on the screen and seems to be

thinking about a lot of things.

Ashianna/Louisse: Akihiro are you okay?

Akihiro: Ahh..ehh..hmm..ma’am? What? Is there a problem ma'am? I'm sorry.

Narrator: Since the beginning of the online class, almost all the students have changed. Most of

them no longer attend and actively participate in school. Others just attend for attendance. Since

then, the meaning of true learning seems to have disappeared.

Scene 12

Narrator: The numbers of students attending in online class decreases every single day. It is sad

to think about it, but it is probably just hard for everyone to cope up with the "new normal

education." Every single day, all you can hear from the news is the increasing number of positive

cases and those who lose their lives because of the COVID-19.

Ashianna/Louisse: It was very easy for me to take other people's life back then, but why is it so

hard for me to see someone losing their life at this unfortunate time.

Narrator: The mighty Akihiro Leonel Juarez, who used to be the most active, intelligent, and

jolly student, also stopped on attending online class for unknown reasons.

Ashianna/Louisse: (angry) What happened to you Akihiro? You are aware that you can be

removed from the rankings because of what you are doing! You are being too irresponsible!

Remember that you are the top one of the whole batch of grade 12!! You are graduating soon as

a valedictorian! Don’t disappoint us and fix yourself Mr. Juarez!

*Akihiro suddenly leaves the meeting *

Ashianna/Louisse: See? He is very rude! What happened to him? He changed!

Student 1: Ma'am have you not heard about the news? His father who is a frontliner died a few

days ago because of COVID-19.

Narrator: Ashianna was very surprised because of what she heard and immediately regretted

what she had said.

Scene 13

Narrator: A few days later had passed, but Akihiro did not attend any of his classes. Ashianna

also tried to call Akihiro's mother but only heard that she had passed away a long time ago.

Ashianna/Louisse: He is my mission. He should not end up like me.

Narrator: Ashianna looked for Akihiro, but did not succeed until one day he received a call from

an unknown number.

Ashianna/Louisse: Who is this?

Police/PO3 Tuquero: Ma’am, are you Ms. Valeria?

Ashianna/Louisse: Yes. Who is this?

Police/PO3 Tuquero: This is PO3 Tuquero ma’am. Can you please come here to Sampaloc

Police Station as a guardian of Akihiro Leonel Juarez?

Narrator: Ashianna immediately went to the police station where she found Akihiro who is full

of bruises and scratches.

Ashianna/Louisse: Sir, I’m Ms. Valeria. Akihiro’s class adviser. Can I ask what happened to my

student?

Police/PO3 Tuquero: That boy was with the gang and tried to admit the crime made by his

friends. Fortunately, there was a CCTV where the victim was stabbed and Akihiro was found
innocent. He even helped the victim and his friends ordered him to admit the gang's guilt

otherwise the lives of his friends at school would be ruined.

Scene 14

Narrator: Akihiro stayed at Ashianna's house and their family also plans to adopt him. Akihiro

seems to be fine, but sadness and grief can be seen in his eyes.

Akihiro: Ma’am! One day I want to be a star.

Ashianna/Louisse: You are one of the brightest stars Akihiro as long as you don't give up and

continue to fight.

Akihiro: I miss them so much. I am also very tired of this new normal education. If it hadn't been

for this COVID-19, i would still be with my dad, but he is gone. My life has become

meaningless.

Ashianna/Louisse: I'm sure your dad is happy with your mom in heaven. Remember that they are

watching over you and guiding you every step you take. So never give up no matter what

happens.

Narrator: The next day Akihiro suddenly left Ashianna's house and only left a thank you letter.

Ashianna/Louisse: Why does it feels like something is wrong?

Narrator: Ashianna calls everyone she think that may know where is Akihiro. She also searched

all the places where Akihiro might have been but she did not succeed.

Ashianna/Louisse: Louisse help me! I need to save Akihiro!

Narrator: A strong wind passed by which seemed to whispher "The Garden of Sorrows."

Ashianna immediately searched for the place. When she arrived, she quickly ran into the garden.

Ashianna/Louisse: AKIHIRO?!!!

Narrator: Ashianna ran quickly and pushed Akihiro from the chair before he finally commited

suicide.

Akihiro: OUCH!

Ashianna/Louisse: WHAT ARE YOU DOING AKIHIRO? DON'T YOU KNOW HOW

IMPORTANT A PERSON'S LIFE IS?! THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE IN THE HOSPITAL

WHO ARE CONTINUING TO FIGHT NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT THEIR

SITUTATION! THEN YOU ARE JUST GOING TO END THE LIFE THAT GOD GAVE

YOU???! DO YOU THINK THIS IS WHAT YOUR PARENTS WANT YOU TO DO?! I

UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS DIFFICULT FOR YOU! I ALSO GONE THROUGH THE

SAME SITUATION AS YOU AKIHIRO! I RUINED MY LIFE! AND DID YOU KNOW

THAT I REGRET ALL OF IT! BUT LIFE? WE ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE IN LIFE

AKIHIRO! THE MOMENT YOU ENDED SOMETHING, IT WILL NEVER GO BACK TO

WHAT IT WAS BEFORE. REMEMBER, AS LONG AS YOU ARE ALIVE, THERE IS A

Akihiro: IT IS VERY EASY FOR YOU TO SAY THAT BECAUSE YOU HAVE A FAMILY

THAT IS ALWAYS THERE TO LOVE YOU! BUT HOW ABOUT ME? MY LIFE IS

MEANINGLESS! I AM ALONE! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO DEAL WITH

PRESSURE BECAUSE OF THIS NEW NORMAL EDUCATION. YOU ARE NOT THE ONE

WHO IS TIRED OF ANSWERING OUR MODULES! YOU ARE NOT THE ONE WHO IS
SUFFRING SO IT IS VERY EASY FOR YOU TO TELL US NOT TO GIVE UP! I CAN'T DO

THAT MA'AM! I'M ALREADY A DISSAPOINTMENT! I HAVE NOTHING LEFT! I'M

VERY TIRED OF THIS CRUEL WORLD. MY DREAM? PASSION? IT IS ALL GONE!

BECAUSE ONLINE LEARNING WILL NEVER BE EFFECTIVE FOR US. IT SEEMS LIKE

THIS SCHOOL YEAR WAS ALL ABOUT ACCOMPLISHING TASK AND NOT ABOUT

LEARNING ANYMORE! WE ARE ONLY HUMANS! WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST BUT

WHY DOES IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYTHING IS STILL NOT ENOUGH?! WHY?!

BECAUSE OF THOSE HIGH STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS?! WE NEVER

EXPECTED TEACHERS TO BE PERFECT. BUT WHY DOES IT SEEMS LIKE YOU

EXPECT YOUR STUDENTS TO NEVER GET TIRED AND MEET ALL OF YOUR

EXPECTATIONS. EDUCATION MUST BE OUR STEPPING STONE TO REACH OUR

DREAMS BUT IT IS MORE LIKELY THAT IT WILL END OUR LIVES. I'M TIRED

MA'AM. I GIVE UP!

Ashianna/Louisse: We understand our students. We give every inch of considerations we have.

Akihiro, students are not the only one who's struggling, it is also difficult for teachers to teach

despite of everything that's happening in the world. It is very hard for us that we are doing

everything, but the students have no interest. We prepare all the learning materials and make it as

easy as we can. We also get tired, but we need to be strong for our students because when we

give up, how about our students who strives to learn every single day? Yes, I know that students

think that we only do this because we are getting paid, but no. We do this for you. For you to

learn something and make worthy of all the efforts of your parents to send you to school. I hope

that you also understand that teachers are also human, and all of this is for our students. You are

all lucky because you have the chance to finish your studies. But there are a lot of children out
there who want to study but is deprived of education. Remember that everything will pay off in

the end. So do not give up. For the dream?

Narrator: Akihiro was suddenly hit with realization. He ran towards Ashianna and gave her a

tight hug.

Akihiro: For the dream! Ma’am thank you so much for saving me. I will never waste the

sacrifices of the teachers. Thank you very much ma'am.

GRADUATION DAY

Ashianna/Louisse: CONGRATULATIONS STUDENTS! I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU!

Students: Thank you ma’am!

Narrator: Akihiro walk towards Ashianna and hug her tight.

Akihiro: Thank you for being my real hero! I promise you that I will reach my dreams and be an

inspiration for many students.

Narrator: Those were the last words Ashianna heard before her vision darkened. Ashianna came

back to the present with another story. Akihiro Leonel Juarez became her foster father which

made her realize that her mission was not only to save Akihiro, but also to save herself in order

to write their story for the second time around. Ashianna proved that she is indeed a gift from

God.

Narrator: There are a lot of unexpected events that enter our lives. These events often are the

blessings from the heaven to change our path and lead us to our destiny, Like, Ashianna Elyse

Ledezma and Akihiro Leonel Juarez, we all go through series of obstacles that may push us to
surrender. For Ashianna, it was very easy to take someone's life before, but because of

everything that happened she learned the real value of human's life. She realized that we are only

blessed by God to live one life and we should cherish it even in the most difficult point of our

life. For students like Akihiro, we often do not understand why our teachers give us loads of task,

but we must not forget to appreciate their efforts, and remember that they are also humans who

struggles. In life, we should appreciate every blessings while they still exist in the same world

and time with us, because life is full of surprises.
