Self introduction:

My name is Apparala Krishna,Iam from Wanaparrhy. I Recently completed my master of


computer applications from Osmania University,while my background is in techinical field.
My studies taught me how to analyse complex problems,managing time to meet striict
deadlines and work effectively within a team.
During my time in University,I was particurlarly proud of my academic group project .This
taught me hoe to coordinate with others and ensure that tasks were completed accurately and
on [Link] now looking to transition into professional environment where I can apply my
organizational skills and strong work ethic.

What is content moderation:


Content moderation is a process or reviewing,monitoring and managing the user generated
content like Images,vedios,files,comments etc,… on online platform to make sure that it
follows the rules,laws and community guidelines,
For example, If someone is posts a abusive comment on social media platform ,content
moderator check it and either remove it ,warn the user.

Why do you want to work as a Content Moderator?


I want this role because I believe online spaces should be safe for everyone. I’m good at
observing details and making decisions based on rules rather than emotions.
I’m also interested in how social media platforms manage large amounts of content, and this
role gives me a chance to contribute while learning about digital safety.

What are your salary expectations?


I’m flexible on salary and more interested in learning and growing in this role. I’m open to
discussing what’s fair based on the job’s responsibilities.

How would you handle disturbing or offensive content?


I understand that the job may involve exposure to sensitive content. I would handle it
professionally by focusing on the task and following guidelines strictly.
