K: Everyone please be settled for we are to start the program.
C: Ladies and gentlemen let us fix our attention to the procession. (Wait for music to start)
Let’s give them a welcoming applause.
K: Entering first is the faculty and staff of Luca High School the teachers together with
our School Head Marife L. Alba.
C: Let us acknowledge our Barangay Official Honorable _____________________________________
K: And now the most important people of today’s ceremony, let’s give a hand to the awardees with
their parents and guardians.
C: To lead the singing of the National Anthem, may I please call over our ______________. This will
be followed by a prayer and the school and division hymn.

K: Good afternoon everyone and welcome to…
K/C: Bahi-an High School’s “FIRST CONVOCATION DAY” for the SCHOOL YEAR K: 2025! C: 2026!
C: To formally welcome you to today’s ceremony, help me give a hand to Maam Marife L. Alba our
School Head for her opening remarks.
K: Thank you Maam, your message is indeed a good energy to begin with today’s ceremony.
C: To give us their intermission number, let’s give it up to the Grade 12 Mabini.
K: What an entertainment! Thank you classmates.
Now to give us his most inspiring message, let us put our hands together for our School Head,
no other than Maam Monavic O. Torres.
C: A big big thank you Maam Monavic for that heartfelt message. We are truly moved.
III. RECOGNITION AND AWARDING OF HONOREES
C: And now for the most awaited part, the awarding and giving recognition to all honorees
and awardees.
To start off, let us give honor to the Grade 7 honorees and awardees, may I please call over
the Grade 7 Makabansa Class Adviser, Maam Geneva Mae G. Ambos.
K: Congratulations freshmen. Let us continue to fly high and make our parents proud.
C: And now to distribute the certificates of Recognition to the honor students, may we please
call over the Class Adviser of Grade 8 Makakalikasan,
Ma’am. Rizza C. Trende. A resounding applause please.
K: Keep up the good work Sophomores!
C: Thank you Grade 12! That was really fun!.
It is now time to give recognition to all the Grade 9 honorees ad awardees.
Please come over for the distribution of certificates, around of applause to their Class Adviser,
Sir Cliff Francis Mananquil.
K: Congratulations Grade 9 Makatao! Continue to do your best and make your momma proud!
C: At this point, may I please call in Sir Charles Joseph Canaveral the Grade 10
Magalang Adviser for the distribution of the certificates. A round of applause please.
K: Once again, Congratulations Grade 10!
C: It is now time to give the same recognition to the Senior High School students.
Let us begin with the Grade 11 – Maka-Diyos. Please help me welcome their Class Adviser,
Maam Pechina Petolan.
K: Congratulations to all Grade 11 awardees. You deserve it well.
K: Congratulations everyone.
At last but not least are the Grade 12 – Marangal. Let us give the recognition they deserve,
let’s give a hand to their Class Adviser Sir Christopher Zerna.
C: Congratulations Grade 12! You really set the bar high!
Before we formally close the ceremony, please climb up on stage Miss Dane Khierstine Gaudiano
for the acknowledgement. let’s give her a round of applause.
