This theme reflects both the opportunities and the challenges facing our
region today. At a time of global uncertainty and rapid change, ASEAN’s
unity, centrality, and commitment to cooperation remain essential.
Today’s program is intended to provide a platform for dialogue, reflection,
and the exchange of perspectives, consistent with the ASEAN spirit of
consensus-building and mutual respect.
I look forward to the constructive participation of all delegations and thank
you for your presence and engagement.
