Apply Online EC Procedure

Access the Registration Portal:


• Visit the official

Navigate to Online
Encumbrance Certificate:
• Click on the “Online
Encumbrance Certificate” option on
the homepage.

New Registration.

• Use your newly created credentials to log in to the portal.

• Select Apply New EC to start a new application.

forwarded to respective head clerk for necessary verification, The respective Head clerk verifies the details of the EC
application along with the payment details.
