Installation Requirements
To enable SAP Fiori, ensure that the relevant back-end and front-end components are available in your system landscape.
According to the SAP Fiori apps that you want to use, different components must be available on the front-end server and on
the back-end server.

Database
Some SAP Fiori products containing transactional apps can be installed based on anyDB, other SAP Fiori products require an
SAP HANA database as an installation basis. The database requirement of an SAP Fiori product depends on the database
requirements of the corresponding SAP Business Suite product.

ABAP Back-End Server
On your back-end server, you require an SAP Business Suite product corresponding to your SAP Fiori app. The SAP Business
Suite product determines the required SAP NetWeaver stack and the underlying database version. Some SAP Fiori apps require
additional ABAP software components that need to be installed on the back-end server. These software components are
delivered with the SAP Fiori UI products in separate instances.
