learned, and succeeded.
We’re also super excited to have a very special guest star joining us later — but first, let’s get
started!
First Speaker Introduction:
MC:
Thank you once again, everyone, for being here.
Now, it’s time to move our first session.
Today, we’ll hear real stories from people who dared to start something new. Some faced
failure, learned important lessons, and turned those experiences into success.
Our first speaker is someone who truly represents that journey.
"He’ll be talking about ‘The Beginning of Success,’ where he shares the story of his first big
failure, how he got through it, and how that moment shaped his journey as a founder.
Trust me — his story is so inspiring, it’ll leave your jaw on the floor."
He’ll be giving a talk titled “The Beginning of Success,” where he’ll share the story of his
first failure, how he overcame it, and how that experience shaped his journey as a founder.
It’s a truly inspiring story—so trust me, you’ll want to take notes!
Now, without any further a do please give a big hand to Mr. Beril the founder of Xendit
Innovations—one of the biggest payment gateway companies in Southeast Asia.
Now, without further ado, let’s give a warm applause to Mr. Beril!
Mr. Beril:
Good morning, everyone.
First of all, thank you for having me here—it’s a real pleasure to be at the State Polytechnic
of Malang.
Today, I want to share a bit about the early days of my journey.
It wasn’t always smooth. In fact, my first real challenge almost made me give up.
But looking back, it was that failure that taught me the most—and it helped shape Xendit into
what it is today.
I hope my story can give you some insights, and maybe even some motivation, for your own
path forward.
Let’s get started. (OPTIONAL)
Transition After First Talk:
Wow! Thank you, Mr. Beril, for keeping it real and
showing us, that failure is just a stepping stone.
Now, let's move on to our second speaker.
Second Speaker Introduction:
Now, let’s move on to our next speaker—someone whose story is truly inspiring for young
people who want to start their first business.
Please welcome Mr. Hilmi Amirul Huda, one of the youngest entrepreneurs in the industry.
He’s the founder of Burger Queen, which now has over 100 outlets across Europe— what an
incredible achievement at such a young age.
Today, Mr. Hilmi will be sharing how his journey began—with hard work, patience, and
consistency, and how a simple daily habit can grow into something truly impactful.
This is a great chance to learn how small steps can lead to big success.
So, let’s give a warm round of applause to Mr/ Hilmi Amirul Huda!
Hilmi Amirul Huda:
Good morning, everyone.
Thank you for the warm welcome—it's an honor to be here with all of you today.
In this session, I’d like to share how I started my journey, not with something big, but with a
small daily habit that slowly grew into a real business.
I hope my story can encourage you to stay patient, consistent, and to never underestimate the
small things you do every day.
Let’s begin. (OPTIONAL)

Alright, everyone—I think this is the perfect time for a coffee break!
Go ahead and grab some refreshments, and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee.

and it’s also gentle on the stomach.
While you're at it, feel free to chat and make a new friend or two!
And hey—try not to spill anything on your neighbor’s white shirt! (Wink)
We’ll be right back in 15 minutes, so don’t wander too far—because we’ve got something

Beril and Mr. Hilmi! 👏👏👏
