Playful Tone

**Key to mastering Tonality comes down to thing, Knowing what’s good and
then matching it**

Best practice No.1 - Focus on how you want the prospect to respond to you
in which tone typically if you ask the question in the same tone you will get
the response you are looking for.
Best Practice No.2 - Look online to some sales calls that you like

For Ex ample I used to look at jeremy miners Videos look at how he used to
ask questions

And I would then record myself saying the same question and compare it.

Best Practice No.3 - Your face is your remote control to your body language
make the face = how you want to come across & your tone will follow

Best Practice No.4 - Your Body language is also the same, If you come
across concerned while asking a concerned question.

They will open up to you!!
