■ Sleep Schedule
- Best target: Sleep by 10:15–10:30 PM (latest 11:00 PM).
- Body repair for skin, hair & cortisol happens between 10 PM – 2 AM.
- Aim for 7.5–8 hrs of sleep → Wake at 6:10–6:30 AM refreshed.
■ Morning Routine (Optimized)
Option 1 (Wake at 6:40 AM, tight schedule):
- 6:40 – 6:45: Wake + hot water with spice mix.
- 6:45 – 7:15: Toilet break (30 min).
- 7:15 – 7:35: Quick 20 min workout.
- 7:35 – 7:50: Shower + get ready.
- 7:50 – 8:20: Breakfast.
- 8:20 – 8:30: Final prep (hair, packing, skincare).

Option 2 (Wake at 6:10 AM, relaxed schedule):


- 6:10 – 6:15: Hot water with spice mix.
- 6:15 – 6:45: Toilet break (30 min).
- 6:45 – 7:15: Full 30 min workout.

■ Breakfast (8–9 AM):
