Posture Correction Daily Routine

1. Chin Tucks (3×10 reps)

Fixes forward head posture.

How: Stand tall, gently tuck your chin back without tilting down. Hold for 2 seconds. Repeat.

2. Wall Angels (3×10 reps)

Fixes rounded shoulders.

How: Stand against a wall, arms up like a goalpost. Slide arms up and down slowly, keeping contact

with the wall.

3. Chest Stretch (2×30 sec)

Opens tight chest muscles.

How: Stand in a doorway, place arms at 90° on the frame and lean forward slightly. Hold and switch

sides.

4. Hip Flexor Stretch (2×30 sec/leg)

Releases tight hip flexors.

How: In a lunge position, squeeze glutes and push hips forward. Raise same-side arm overhead.

Switch legs.

5. Glute Bridges (3×15 reps)

Strengthens glutes and core.

How: Lie on your back, knees bent. Lift hips while squeezing glutes. Hold for 1-2 sec. Lower and

repeat.

6. Bird-Dog (2×8 reps/side)

Improves core and spine stability.

How: On all fours, extend one arm and opposite leg. Hold for 2 sec. Return and switch sides.

7. Bonus: Dead Bug (2×10 reps)

Advanced core control.

How: Lie on back, arms and legs up. Lower opposite arm and leg slowly, then return. Keep core

tight.
