PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION and MANAGEMENT


In project implementation there should be a direct management also on a
project to ensure that it will meet its objective outline in the planning phase.
However, project implementation and management have its own
procedure to end up on success of the project.

A. Steps in Project Implementation and Management:

1st Step:
Is to communicate/hold meeting with participating members regarding
the goals and objectives why there is such chosen project as agreed during the
discussions. To make it more concise and understandable minutes are to be
prepared so it will be more of legality.
(Minutes of meeting attached).

2nd step:
In project implementation there should always be assigned
team/personnel that understand its function or responsibilities.

3rd Step:
Establish the success criteria for deliverable whether it is tangible or
intangible.

4th Step:
Schedule of work on a Project Time Line (Start date and end Date)

5th Step:
Monitor Cost, Time, and Performance (execution phase)

Cost – refers to budget; time-refers to performance schedule and


performance both quality; matrix – refers to make adjustments to stay on
schedule and budget.

6th Step: Report to Project Stakeholders (Keep them updated)

The Chairman and its member are to set the agenda; lead, the meeting;
maintain order at the meeting to ensure the conventions of the meeting
are being followed; ensure fairness and quality at the meeting; represent
the group to the public and to approve the formal minutes of the meeting
after they have been formatted to.

an ongoing basis. Its main focus is on risk management
compliance and governance. Depending on the area to be
investigated, internal audit is called financial, operational,
compliance or ethical.
2. Does the inspection of delivered materials with the BOD –
Members and over – all chairman of services.

C. Other Teams/Personnel to handle the transport services: The over-


all project implementation manager take charge of monitoring the
services.

Functions /Responsibilities of “Chairman”
 To run meetings in a way that encourages decisions
 Allows fair and open discussion of matters and stick to the
agenda so that decisions can be made
 Cannot have decision – making powers unless delegated in
writing by the owners in coop or committee
 Has delegated powers recorded in minutes and set out in an
instrument of delegation
 Can prepare or supervise preparation of notices, agenda, ballot
papers and minutes.
 Act honestly and in good faith
 Exercise due care and diligence and not make improper use of
his or her position
 Make rules or set clear, mutually agreeable guidelines for
conduct before the meeting

Functions of Members
 Assist the chairman as required
 Focused on assigned task for service needed
 Heartly accepts any suggestions/recommendations initiated
 Solve project objectives
 Deliver project responsibilities within deadline
 Communicate with project head on roadblocks
 Document progress, setbacks, and new process
