The Security Council
Recalling the United Nations resolutions on the Israel-Palestine Conflict,
Alarmed by the recent Uranium enrichment of Iranian Nuclear sites and check
the Israeli nuclear facilities
Noting with deep concern the lives lost by Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip
and West Bank and other regions,
Recognizing the prolonged illegal occupation of Palestinian territories by the
Israeli regime as a flagrant violation of international law, including the Geneva
Conventions and multiple UNSC resolutions,
Declaring the Israeli government cannot claim to be Palestinians safe as it kills
them along escape routes and bombs
Taking into consideration the International criminal court prosecutor should
investigate the Israel’s forced displacement and prevention of the right to return
as a crime against humanity,
Deeply disturbed by the indiscriminate use of force by the Israeli Defence
Forces (IDF) in Gaza and the West Bank, including attacks on civilian
infrastructure, hospitals, UN shelters, and refugee camps,
Alarmed at the use of banned or lethal weaponry, including white phosphorus,
by both state (Israel) and non-state actors, in contravention of international
humanitarian law and disarmament treaties,
Acknowledging the systemic construction and expansion of the so-called
“Separation Wall” or “Apartheid Wall” across Palestinian land, effectively
annexing territory and impeding the two-state solution,
Condemning the persistent economic, military, and political support extended
by certain Western powers—especially the United States—to the occupying
forces in Israel, despite their continued breach of international norms,
Concerned by the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the blockade of Gaza,
which has led to the deprivation of 2 million civilians of access to food, clean
water, fuel, and medical supplies,
Emphasizing the right to self-defence and resistance as enshrined in
international law, especially under conditions of foreign occupation and
systemic oppression,
Approving the formation of the “Moscow Convention” by the Russian
Federation,
1) Condemns the ongoing blockade of Gaza by Israel and Egypt as a form
of collective punishment, violating the Fourth Geneva Convention, and
demands the immediate, unconditional lifting of the blockade;
2) Declares that the military and economic backing of the Israeli regime by
foreign powers, primarily the United States and certain NATO allies, has
fueled the escalation of terrorism and prolonged instability in the region;
3) Calls for the extradition of Israeli officials, including PM Benjamin
Netanyahu, for war crimes and crimes against humanity;
4) Reaffirms that the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, East Jerusalem,
and Gaza is a violation of international humanitarian law, and that
continued settlement expansion further undermines peace efforts and
incites militant resistance;
5) Demands a full investigation into the use of banned weapons by all
actors, with a specific focus on, white phosphorus attacks in Gaza,
targeted drone strikes on civilians, cluster munitions or any weapon
violating the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC);
6) Condemns the Israeli “Separation Barrier” as a de facto annexation and
apartheid structure, and Israel to dismantle the wall and compensate
affected Palestinians;
7) Urges member states to cease all arms transfers to Israel and other
belligerents violating international law, impose economic sanctions on
entities complicit in settlement construction and occupation, recognize
the State of Palestine within the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its
capital;
8) Encourages dialogue between regional resistance movements and the
United Nations to explore pathways to a durable peace based on justice,
sovereignty, and self-determination;
9) Reserves the right for oppressed peoples to exercise resistance by any
means necessary, including armed struggle, as long as their lands remain
occupied and their dignity denied;
10) Recommends the UN to transfer governance of the disputed
territories of Palestine to the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO);
11) Endorses Israel and Palestine to have a common capital, Jerusalem
by:
I) Having free passage to Jerusalem for both Israel and Palestine and
only allowing citizens of either Palestine or Israel civilians back
into their own country, confirming it at the entrance of the city;
II) Keeping UN peace keeping forces at the outskirts of Jerusalem to
prevent entrance of and exiting of weapons and prevent civilians of
the either country from entering the other country;
ANNEXURE FOR CLAUSE 10
1. Palestine will submit an application form seeking membership to the UN
Secretary General,
2. The UNSC will review and approve,
[Link] UNGA will vote to recognize Palestine,
[Link] Embargo on non-cooperating countries,
[Link] impose the sanctions on non-cooperating countries.

A convention to amend to OSLO Accords.
ANNEXURE FOR THE LAST OPERATIVE CLAUSE
Chapter I) De – Militarize The region.
Article 1 – Remove all weapons including guns,bullets,tanks, fighter jets and
naval warfare.
Article 2 – Prevent the use of Lethal Weapons like Butterfly Bullets and
Poisonous Gas and Cluster Bombs.
Article 3- Prevent the use of all nuclear weapons and align with the NPT.
Chapter II) Humanitarian Aid.
Article 1 – Release of POWs
Article 2- Non-Targeting of GHF
Article 3- Improvement of Education which involves no religious hatred
Chapter III) Prevention of Blockade
Article 1 – Use satellite Images to track blockade.
Article 2- Deploy UN peacekeeping forces in Gaza strip
