Note:
1. Know how many children you have no more then 15 kids in your classroom
if majority of the children our 3 years old if majority of the children our 4

Arrival and breakfast 8 to 8 30
Mark the paper when the child is here during each meal
plate by the cd player write in ✏️due this for breakfast lunch
and snack
1. Grab the children from the other classes line Student’s up
and take them to the preschool class 1st have students
put coat up
2. And the wash their hand next sit for breakfast you can put
the lunchtime cd on for kid to sing and listen to the song to
prevent wait time it is by the cd player in a cd page called
lunchtime
3. Or have a discussion with children by ask them questions
while you serve food .
When children our done eating
1. Have children put dirt silverware / cups in blue bucket
pour cup into the sink and the put in blue bucket
2. Have children throw their trash away and the go wash
their hands
After breakfast 5 to 10 min
1. Have the students can a book or magnetiles or dino
untill their friends our done with breakfast and it will
keep them busy while you wipe the table and sweet
floor and push the breakfast card out of the room
at8:30
2. Once you’re done cleaning then tell the the child
they have about 2 min until they have to clean up for
journal
3. Then when 2 min pass put the clean up song on 1st
Track on the Transition cd
Journal time 8:35/8:45 to 8:55
1. Have student sit at the round table and yellow table
first then you can use the blue and red if need
2. Journals paper is in the blue folder In the closest
next to the paper rack
3. Tell the students they our going to try their best
4. Tell the prompt from the lesson plan or create your
own
Rules of journal:
5. Children can used marker or pencil make sure
students cap the lid when their done
6. Put child name and date on every paper
7. You will also have to ask the students what they are
drawing and write on their paper for them
If children get done early before 8:55
1. They can hand you their journals paper or put In
their journals themselves
2. Cap their writing tools
3. Wash hand if needed
4. Go get a book or color on a blank paper from the art
center while they wait for either their friends to get
done or it to be circle time
It’s time for circle time 9 – 9:15 /3:45-4:00

More Center idea


Letter/Number Basketball: never done in my class yet
Write letters or numerals on several pieces of paper.
Make enough papers for each child, plus one or two
extra. Make a line with masking tape on the floor and
place the trash can about 4 feet away. As each child has a
turn, tell them which letter to find. They pick up the
letter, crumble the paper into a ball, and stand on the
tape to toss it into the trash can. If they miss, they get as
many chances as needed to get the “ball” in the basket
and can move closer if needed.

Small Group:
Counting:
Materials: Set of numeral objects like sensory turtles
under the cake in the shelf in the closest(located in Math
center second in closest) set of math counters (located in
Math Center)
Procedure Give each child a numeral card. Ask them to
identify the numeral and count out the correct amount
of math counters to place on the cards
Painted Letters:
Materials: paint, paper, paintbrushes u

Procedure: Write a letter on a sheet of paper in pencil.
Have the children trace over the letter with paint.

give her a couple of markers and a piece of paper towel
or coffee filter. The absorbency of the towel will make
the colors blur as she makes marks on it.

can give the child space or ask if the child would like
to play with different if the child is get frustrated or
acting out
2. There is a calm down white box for 1 person for 5
min if they r upset next to the cd player
3. Set timer tell students once timer go off to go do the
activity if they look like they our actually calm down
