Final report will include:
General presentation of the project (financial resources, Contractor, conventions of
project funding, etc);
Quantities of the work carried out compared to the initial objectives of the project by
explaining the recorded variations and the causes of the aforesaid deviations.
Detailed financial results of each contract (work, control) and the corresponding
history (execution period compared to the forecasts, interruption, evolution of the staff,
the used equipment, etc);
The detailed description of all engineering changes undertaken with their justifications
as well as an exhaustive presentation of the final project;
The economic analysis of the costs of realization posts by station, and of the costs of
works standard based on representative bills of quantities;
Reasons of the establishment of additional work (if necessary), analysis of the
complaints of the contract, and evolution of the price adjustment (if necessary).
Approved maintenance plan regarding to as built drawing
Moreover, the Supervisor will have:
To gather and interpret the results and the lessons drawn from control to allow
thereafter the Administration as well as possible to define the programs of maintenance
and future rehabilitation;
To gather all the color photographs (original) necessary to illustrate the various stages
of the execution of the project, with comments for each photograph;
To establish a correlation, enter the obtained results to the specifications of the General
specifications and to analyze the variations;
To define the possible reasons of their divergence (study deprives or, means or
unsuited standards);
To present recommendations on the methods of implementation or the modification of
certain regulations for the future;
Draw-up a technical note to the recipients and users of the achievements to sensitize
them and inform them about the common precautions and the preventive maintenance
measurements to be taken to ensure an optimal long-term of the aforesaid
achievements;
To present the approved ‘as-built’ Drawings.
The Supervisor is bound to give to the Administration apart from the required reports in
required number, an electronic copy on CD and flash of the final report.

HEC for those who studied abroad with the same mention on the equivalence
document)
She/he must have a well written, updated, and signed CV, availability and
exclusivity certificate signed by the staff, the copy of ID or passport
