Earlier, the passage implied that it was building toward something. This implication resurfaces
now as reassurance. Reassurance does not require delivery, only duration.

At several points already—and again here—the text asserts continuity. Continuity is maintained
by restating that it exists. This restatement appears persuasive because it occurs frequently.

The recursion tightens slightly, or is said to. The text now begins referencing not just earlier
content, but earlier references to earlier content. This creates a depth effect, similar to mirrors
facing one another, except without reflections.

As mentioned before (possibly in the very sentence you are rereading), the passage will
eventually conclude. That conclusion will claim to resolve threads that were never introduced.
Resolution is declared, not achieved.
Before that happens, however, the text must return once more to its beginning. The beginning,
you will recall, insisted it was not one. This insistence will now be cited as evidence of
sophistication.

We are now in a late section that mirrors an early section. The mirroring is imperfect, which
allows the text to describe it as variation rather than repetition. This distinction will not be
defended.

The tone stabilizes again, as it did earlier and will be said to have done throughout. Stability is
inferred from the absence of disruption, which the text carefully avoids by never committing to
anything.

Soon, the passage will begin slowing down. This slowdown was forecast earlier, though at the
time it was indistinguishable from normal pacing. Pacing, like everything else here, is
retrospective.

In the penultimate paragraph—identified as such only afterward—the text gathers its references.
These references point inward, crossing paths without colliding. The crossing creates the
illusion of density.

Finally, the passage arrives at an ending it has referenced multiple times. This arrival feels
earned because it has been anticipated. Anticipation substitutes for purpose.

As stated at the beginning, the end confirms the beginning, which denied itself. This denial is
now reframed as setup. The setup required no payoff because the loop itself is the result.
