Part One
The Hidden Wiring of Your Mind-Body System
In this training, I will discuss the hidden wiring of your mind-body system. It is essential to understand
your system’s components. As you go through this training with me, you will also learn about the other
parts of yourself. You are more than just the mind component.
At the beginning of each Part, we will do a little bit of centering. This should not take long. Take a
moment and clear out your distractions. Turn off cell phones and other distractors. Now, take a couple of
deep breaths. If you feel comfortable doing so, close your eyes or, at least, mostly close and lower them.
Ideally, they should be closed. Imagine your eyeballs coming down into the body, coming back through
the throat, down through the chest, and bringing your awareness all the way down through the core of
the body into the pelvic bowl, the pelvis.
And, as you take a couple of breaths, start scanning your body on the inside. Really pay attention and
notice if there are any tight spots. As you see areas of tension, breathe in as if the breath can come in
through the skin; so as you breathe in, any areas of tension can be noticed. As you exhale, any tension
flows right out.
Take a couple of breaths of being more grounded in the pelvis of being aware of any tension. Putting
your awareness there will help to loosen it. Now, really make an inner intention. This can be thinking a
thought at least at the heart level but, ideally, at the level of the pelvis. Make your thought like an intense
laser beam request.
Think, “What I really want to receive from this training is,” and then fill in the blank. Set your intention
on what you want to receive, what you need on all levels. We are getting into the mode of where we are
with our whole being, not just the thinking mind. There will be a lot for the thinking mind to focus on
and learn in our time together. Now, we are coming back. I want you to make a little transition. You can
rub your hands together, build a little cheer, a little warmth, and kind of give your face a little rub down
kind of patting. Your brain is waking up, the neck, body, chest, back, legs. You are coming back to this
time and place.
Now that we are centered, we are going to really dive into the three aspects of the body.
I am going to talk about the components of the mind-body system. And then, I will go over what is
within those components and their connections. After that, you will learn how they are accessed and not
accessed. As you read this training, you will have many aha moments, especially if you have been
doing the work for a while. You are probably not new to the world of therapy or self-help, so for you,
this is a deeper-level training. What is important to know first is that the mind-body-spirit, the
subtle-body, a human being, has different layers.
We could look at this from different angles. We could get very specific down to meridians or noughties,
depending on which ancient system you are using. However, this is a practical overview of the most key
components. Ultimately, to really affect change, to get ourselves out of suffering, to get ourselves into
the life we are called to, we need the practical. So, I am always going to be bringing it back to the most
practical information that can be implemented in your life.
When we suffer, we can feel something is off. It is not just our minds. It must also be in our bodies. So,
when we have a problem that comes up, it is coming across and affecting all parts of ourselves. The
problem is that we have multiple parts in our system. We have to identify and think about those parts.
The following are the parts I want you to be in contact with and to be aware of.
The first is what we call the mind. We could call this the thinking mind. It is the thoughts we hear in our
heads. Then, we have what we would call the body. It is also called the mind-body or the mind-body
complex. It has many names. This is a combination of our physical body, but also the energetics and the
subtleties of our physical body.
There is the mind-body system, and then there is the level of the heart. This does not mean just the
physical heart because, obviously, the physical heart is part of the physical body, but it could also be
considered the soul. We could call it heart, soul, inner self, higher self. All of these are names for this
particular level. This is the non-physical part of ourselves that all of the spiritual traditions talk about.
Depending on your tradition, you will have a different understanding of it.
When I use the term subtle-body, I am referring to a combination of the subtle-body, not just one part. It
is the total of these things, particularly the spaces in between. My expertise is in how all of these fit
together and, specifically, how they interact with each other. Most people now accept that there is a
mind-body connection. Mainstream medical researchers and even old school doctors who are most
likely not into alternative medicine and most of Western medicine are saying, yes, there is a mind-body
connection. Research has found that people who go through emotional upheavals or who have traumatic
upbringings are at a higher risk for things like inflammation and auto-immune disease. And, we can all
attest that when we have a heartbreak emotionally, it has an effect on our physical body. No one denies
that there is a mind-body connection. The problem is having a practical understanding of how that
works, how to hack that system.
That is what I am talking about when I am talking about my subtle-body work. When we experience
emotional or life suffering or trauma, we are pushed toward a level of therapy. Therapy is quite good,
but it is geared toward a tradition of understanding the thinking mind. That is important, but it is not a
deep understanding of the mind-body system. That kind of understanding comes from ancient medicine,
such as Chinese medicine. I have been an acupuncturist for over ten years. Part of why acupuncturists go
to school for three to four years full-time clinically is to really understand the wiring of the mind-body
system.
But, even here, we have the problem that many people do not want to delve too deeply into ancient
medicine. This could be because, in Eastern culture, there was not much interpersonal decision. A lot of
relationships or who you married was dictated by the culture. There really was not as much in-depth
mind or interpersonal work. You did what society said.
Western medicine and, I would say Western therapy, really developed as a response to our more
individualized Western culture. So, we need to work more on our mind levels to have a better
interpersonal guide with ourselves. Whereas Eastern traditions had this depth of understanding of the
mind-body system and knew that it affected the mind, it did not really delve into how to deal with the
mind. These two areas did not really talk to each other.
Acupuncturists do not want to deal with emotions. They should not talk with their patients. That is like
playing therapist, and they want to keep it separate. Traditionally, in Western medicine, if you go to a
medical doctor and say, “I'm depressed,” they are either going to give you an antidepressant, or they are
going to refer you to a therapist. But those in therapy also do not feel comfortable dealing with it. They
feel it is a religious or spiritual thing. So, culturally, there is not much overlap at all between these two,
especially when you get into the heart or the soul.
But there is a technical side to how these relate. My background is being a trained acupuncturist with
clinical experience, being a lifetime meditator, and having gone deep into the Eastern healing arts. I took
my first yoga class when I was in high school. I took my training as a yoga teacher in India. I had
direct-lineage guidance from a Vedic spiritual Swami. He had an unbroken 300-year-old lineage of
understanding the secrets that, traditionally, you had to find a teacher and meditating caves for years
before you could find someone to teach you. Bringing all these things together, as well as the therapy
world, I have personally done my fair share of therapy, and I have done deep mentorship with a somatic
therapist. I know what the benefits of that system are and what the limits are.
I am bringing all of these things together. This is how we get faster, cheaper results for people. I even
train people who have master's degrees in somatic therapy, and they are amazed that this is similar to
what they learned in school but faster and deeper.
Let us delve into the components of each of these and get a little bit deeper.
The problem is it only affects this mind level and thoughts. Generally, there is always a little bit of
interconnection between these areas. Your thoughts can have an effect on your body in a certain way
because these are all connected, but it is a small influence. You might be reading this because you are a
therapist. You may be saying, “I know I help people organize their thoughts, but it doesn't help them
change their behavior.” Or, you are someone who has done all the therapy, who knows positive
affirmations, who has been working on those things, and you have noticed it has not stopped the pattern
from coming up. You know the thing in your mind, but you are not actually able to do it in your life.
This is a sign of a subtle-body block or a subtle-body dysfunction. There is something going on in the
system, especially in between these wiring spaces. They are relating to each other, but something is off
and not working. You will not be able to up-level, to actually get your soul things out into the world
because this wiring is not working correctly. That is what we need to fix.
This is not the only thing you need to do. If the body-mind thing was so strong, you could just go to an
acupuncturist and totally heal your understanding. That would be great. But that is not the case. Over the
years, I have seen people who do deep mind-body work have an easier time training their thoughts. So,
there is a stronger influence going in this direction from the mind-body into the mind because their mind
is in the body. The mind-body towards the thinking-mind level is a stronger influence than the mind
level going towards the body. They are still connected. They are still a two-way circuit, but this
mind-body level is so much broader than just the thinking mind. Making changes here will have a
greater influence on the mind than vice versa.
If you have ever done something like Ayurvedic treatment or acupuncture, or you have done Tai Chi or
yoga or chi gong, these things are all very heavily trained at altering your mind-body system. You will
notice that they will help your physical body feel better. Obviously, the physical body is partly in here.
So, the component of this part of the system is your physical body, and your cheeky body, the makeup of
your physicality, and your energy field, your aura, all of those things are existing in this mind-body
level. It is really broad. If you have ever done a modality or gone deep into yoga or Tai Chi, you notice
that not only does it transform your physical body and your health (which in Western society is why
most people start), you start to notice that it actually has benefits on your mind as well.
There are many clues in many different traditions about the heart being special, working by a different
means. We can actually have contact with that in a practical way. This heart or soul level is the level of
ourselves that can be reached if you go into deeper meditative practices or in deep aspects of prayer. You
get to this aspect where there is a spaciousness, an awareness, a knowing there is an aspect of ourselves
that is deeper than even all three of these, which I would call awareness or the self with a capital “S.”
We are not going to go quite as deep into that in this training. But the heart-soul aspect is sort of as
close. We get to that deep mystery. That is still within our subtle-body, mind-body system.
At the heart level is our inner knowing. It is the abiding part of ourselves, the part that is closest to the
deeper reality. This is the part of ourselves to which nothing has ever happened. We get closest to
ourselves when we are listening to the voice of the heart.
What we need to know is who is in charge and influenced by the heart-soul. This part of the system is
the aspect of ourselves where we are constantly connected and influenced by love with a capital “L.” We
can call that connection. We can call that oneness, unity, God, the great mystery. Whatever you call it,
the great love with a capital “L” is its territory in the human system. This is its realm. This is where it is
meant to be an influence and where we can come inside of ourselves to connect with that larger aspect in
a similar way.
Have you ever seen the Disney movie “Inside Out” where all of the little characters are inside people's
heads? You see the person acting tremendously differently depending on who is pulling the levers. Is it
the little scaredy-cat guy? Is it the anger guy? It is very similar to how it really works.
Overall, what we are doing in the big picture is not just getting out your traumas and the things you have
been through in the past. The real point is for you to be as you are, your true soul gifts, your true inner
purpose. This aspect that shines through you at this inner-heart, soul level can actually get out into the
world and be the way you live. That is really why I am offering this training.
Let us flesh this out a little more. Let us go back. I want you to see the components of what the thinking
mind is. The thinking mind, which is often influenced by fear, is the realm of thoughts. Our mind is the
place where we put meaning on things. Meaning does not exist outside of the mind. It is a construct of
the mind. This is also the realm of archetypes. People get excited about archetypes. I am a big Jungian
fan. I think Jung was very ahead of his time, and he also came from a head-very-down tradition, like
most of therapy.
I think archetypes start to get us in touch with the energy of how things work, but they are still very
much in the level of the mind and the conceptual mind. They are more positive than negative thoughts.
But, they are still in the mind realm. This is also the realm of symbols. And this is also the level of
shadow work.
Shadow work sort of starts to tip over. It is sort of leaning toward the connection of other parts because
you are going beyond. You are starting to think about archetypes and symbols, and it is the deeper parts
of the mind where we are really starting to turn toward fear and see the dark places in ourselves.
Sometimes when I am describing subtle-body work, or I have done a post, people on the internet who
have never met me and are not educated about this work will be like, “Oh, this sounds like shadow
work, and I've done shadow work already.”
Shadow work is good, but it is still in the level of the mind because if you have done shadow work, you
know it is a lot about symbols and archetypes. You see that you are judging someone else because that is
a deep part of yourself. So, we are still functioning at this mind level. It is effective. It is good. It helps to
organize the thoughts, and it helps to upgrade the thinking so that the mind thinking can be clear, but it
does not generally touch on this mind-body aspect. As I said, it is leaning a little to the left side because
sometimes it will start to get on the elements when you are dealing with deeper things like fear or death.
Or, archetypes are mental constructs that are deeply informed by the energetic nature and makeup of
reality. That is what an archetype is.
Archetype is the hard-to-track elements of reality that are distilled down into either a humanized form or
a concept that our human brains can understand more deeply. The elements of nature sort of exist here in
the mind-body functioning, and we are distilling them down into archetypes. These things are starting to
lean in that direction, but they do not know how to cross the barrier and actually affect the mind-body
system by playing by the mind-body system rules.
Sometimes people will ask if this is like inner child work. Actually, I would say it is a little in between.
It is not totally in the mind because it exists within the inner self. The unconscious is part of the
body-mind system; that is important. What we have in our unconscious mind is communication from our
body-mind. At this level of getting toward the mind-body system, it is not in the thinking. Our conscious
mind is in the body-mind; the problem is that you even heard from it. People say, “Oh, I might be doing
that,” or “I might feel that way, but it's unconscious.” That is because it is trapped in the mind-body. So
the unconscious, with maybe a capital “U,” would live here, and the inner child is somewhat an aspect
of our mind-body system.
But unless you are interacting with the inner child in a way that is subtle-body appropriate, that is in line
with how the subtle-body and the mind-body wiring works, your inner child work is going to be limited.
Just acknowledging that there is energy, an inner child, is a thinking-mind thing. Communicating,
talking with the inner child, seeing yourself hug and hold your inner child and come into a relationship,
is starting to cross over a little bit. That is why I am putting it in the center. But to really change and
have your inner child up, up, up a level, its programming usually takes a subtle-body connection. That is
here in the mind-body and is heavily crisscrossing between the mind and the body.
Now, you might say, what about somatic therapy? And maybe some of you are somatic therapists.
Somatic therapy is my favorite type of therapy. I have done a lot of Hakomi work. My main mentor in
somatic therapy as a Hakomi trainer was a professor at Naropa University, which has one of the biggest
dramatic programs in the country. I would say that Somatic therapy and so regular CBT cognitive
behavioral therapy and most aspects of therapy are heavily and solely focused on the mind area. So, the
best that they can do, which is important work, is to upgrade the mind and really understand and
organize the thoughts to be more positive, organized, functional versions of thoughts.
Somatic therapy does start to look toward and engage the mind-body system. It engages the physical
body. It also comes from a mind-based tradition toward the body. The mind-based tradition started
saying, “Hey, we should probably incorporate the body.” That would be more effective, but I want you
to see how that is very different from starting from a deep, ancient understanding of how the mind-body
works. This is a huge flip, and it is why so many somatic therapists I have trained are like, “Oh, I get it.
You know, I kind of knew a little bit about the body and the sensations, but I didn't really know how the
wiring worked.” And so, sometimes, the most somatic therapy can do is help people be aware of the
body, to incorporate the body a little bit more, which is helpful. But it is not really hacking the
subtle-body approach because you have to actually know what is happening in order to hack something.
It has been missing the deeper understanding because it does not have that tradition.
Somatic therapy tends to incorporate and have an influence on the physical body, which is a part of the
mind-body complex and will often be helpful in some ways. It just has a limit because it does not deeply
understand the mind-body system in a functional way. Somatic therapists can talk about how this
activates a part of the brain. This is research and your attachment system, but that is not exactly a
practical approach for when the client feels something like this in their body. They want to know what
exactly they need to do. What does it mean if it shows up here in the solar plexus versus showing up on
the left side of the heart? What does it mean if they have a tightness at the back of the heart? What do
they do to change the sensations in the moment and have them released from the body without just being
with it and practicing being with it? It is good to practice being with stuff, but there is a lot you can do.
You do not actually have to be with things when you understand how it works. You can actually release
it from the body because you know the actual rules of how everything works.
Bringing It Home
So far, I have covered understanding your hidden mind-body wiring system. The last thing I want to do
in this part is to bring it all home. We talked about mind-body, body-mind, and heart and what they
really represent at the deeper level, what the components of them are, and how to bridge these gaps.
Obviously, there is more connection. There are ways the heart connects with the mind-body,
ways it connects with the mind, all of those things. But this is where we start getting practical. I talked
about how different modalities might interact in a certain sphere but without necessarily understanding
this wiring of how things are working together because subtle-body work is happening across these three
levels so you can get results, not just in your mind but where the root is. We are going to talk about that
later in the training and actually bring all these things together to really release it from your system.
I want you to imagine that these different levels are like a puzzle. Imagine three shapes. And each of the
shapes has a little notch in the front. If you have something down here that you need to get out, it has to
go through these three levels. What you need to do is align each of those shapes so the openings, the
notches, are lined up correctly. This provides a pathway for the inner stuck things to actually get up and
out. That is what we are doing in subtle-body work. First, we are understanding these levels. And then,
we are adjusting all three of these components of the subtle-body system to communicate, so there is a
true open gateway to release things and get them out for good.
The last thing I will show you is to see how that makes a difference. We have taken it from the
theoretical into our practical experience. This is what normally happens when we are generally having a
hard time in life. We have some dysfunction, something that triggers us. My mother-in-law says
something, my neighbor comes across yelling, something happens, and it triggers me because of what is
going on in my inner self. And I start to feel upset or activated, or I feel uncomfortable. Maybe I also
have some mind stuff going on. So, I am not sure why I feel wrong. I probably tend to blame whoever
the trigger is. And I just know that I am unhappy. So when we take that to the therapy level, we feel
physically activated, but now we are a little smarter because we have organized our thoughts. So we are
like, “I see that I'm getting triggered. And, yes, they're a jerk, but this is in me. I've read some self-help
books. I've worked with a therapist, and the therapist has given me strategies. So, even though I'm still
physically activated, I can actually understand why this is happening. I'm not acting out as much. I’m
still having the same experience on the inside, but I'm not punching my neighbor in the face anymore
because I know they're just lonely and angry and taking it out on me. The good part is that I feel a little
better. I'm able to deal with my neighbor a little bit more proactively. It's not as terrible, but I still don't
want to deal with them. And I still get a little feeling on the inside.”
And the real problem is that just knowing those things does not stop the trigger from happening and does
not stop you from feeling activated in the first place. When you understand these things differently, it
breaks the cycle because when you understand how everything fits together, when something triggers
you, you still feel upset and physically activated, but you now have the exact knowledge of the wiring.
When it comes up, here is how you use these subtle-body-appropriate techniques to actually get down to
where the trigger is in you, the Velcro. And you actually release that. Now, the same thing that used to
trigger you no longer gives you the physical activation. It is really this access that breaks to actually get
into a new place.
I am an east coast kid. I grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. And, although I have done some quite
esoteric things, things people do not even think are possible, in my inner experience, I am still a very
practical person. And what we always have to ask at the end of the day, if you take nothing else away
from this training, is that ultimately we need to judge by results. Whatever kind of therapy you do in
business, in your relationship, if you do a certain technique and notice it helps for a while, but it
ultimately comes back, it is only logical to see that the intervention you applied was not getting down to
the source. It was a management technique versus an actual getting to the root solution technique.
So, we must, in any area, whether in our personal growth, our work with clients, or in our spiritual lives,
we have to ultimately see the thing we are doing is producing lasting and unchanging results. It is
possible. That is what we are talking about. I want you to be able to see that when you apply these
things, you should feel different in the moment, but, ultimately, you are starting to see a fundamental
change. I have had people say, “Leslie, I've made more changes in the first four weeks of your training
than I did in ten years of therapy.” And a therapist said, “I was attached to that healing, wounded healer
archetype. I don't even remember what it's like to be like that anymore.” That is what I want for you. I
know there are no mistakes in my world. So, if you are reading this, we have some learning to do
together. And I want you to absorb this training and start to understand and start to put your aha’s
together so you can be of benefit to yourself and others.
Part Two
The Protector System
In this Part, I will talk about decoding your protector system. It is a very important part of your system
and is often overlooked. Not understanding it is one of the reasons I see many people struggle over and
over.
Before we start, take a couple of deep breaths. Reach your hands up, and, as you exhale, drop them
down and shake them out. And, just for a moment, start to bring your awareness inside. If you are
comfortable doing so, close your eyes. We are stepping over the threshold into the inner world. Here we
are not learning with just our minds, but connecting through all our different layers. It is almost like your
eyeballs are little submarines going down through the throat, heart, abdomen, all the way down.
Your awareness is rooted in the pelvis and the pelvic bowl. You might even imagine you can walk
around like there is a beautiful Tibetan singing bowl between your hips. Take a moment and breathe
directly into that area, inhaling and exhaling. When the air comes in, imagine that it goes into the
abdomen, into the pelvic bowl. And, as you exhale, any tension in the whole system can flow right out.
We are setting an inner intention for a pelvis to heart, heart to pelvis connection through a central
channel of the body. Once you can feel, or even imagine that you do, from the pelvic bowl through the
central channel to the heart, notice there is also a connection from the heart to the center of the head,
from the center of the head straight down through the heart to the pelvis.
Becoming aware of our inner world at the same time as receiving this information is setting an intention.
You are staying connected with your body. It is like a laser beam thought. I choose to receive and allow
everything I need to understand in this moment. I choose to receive and allow everything that is
beneficial to me in this moment.
I sense gratitude for yourself that you are here in this moment. May this training be of great benefit to
your deepest selves. Keeping an eye on that inner world, build a little cheek, give him face, a little wash,
tap your brain, get your brain on board, back of the neck, shoulders, chest, arms; all parts are awake and
ready. Let us dive into together.
The Body
In the last Part, we were talking about the layers of the body. We have the mind, which is the thinking
mind. There are other layers, obviously, and those are the realm of thoughts and meanings and many
other things. The biggest part is understanding this mind-body system, which has many different
components. This is what we are going to go deep into here. We also have the deeper part, which we call
our heart, not the physical heart, but more of the energetic, the soul aspect level of ourselves. Whatever
your spiritual traditions are — whether it is the great mystery, the divine spark, the higher self — that is
that level of the body. In this Part, we are going to focus on this aspect of the mind-body system. It is
very key. Remember, the subtle body is the total of all of these layers and how they connect to each
other.
I often use the term the body with a capital “B.” When I say the body, I am referring to this mind-body
complex. I am speaking to it as a whole system, not the physical body. I mean the mind, body, soul,
spirit, Meridian system, organism. All of that is quite a mouthful; so, whenever you hear me say the
body, I am talking about this level.
The protector system is a very important guiding aspect of the body. It is part of the body, but it has its
own function. Understanding how the protector system works is a practical way to get results. It is sort
of the leader in this realm of the body in terms of what we interact with to affect change quickly.
Whereas thoughts are sort of the realm in which we interface with the mind, we interface with the body
mostly in the protector system and the physical body. There is a lot of physical-body interaction. When
we are working more with our inner “it,” we are dealing with the heart.
Let us first talk about the body. What is the body? Specifically, what are the body's priorities? How is
the protector system an agent of the body, and how does it work in a functional way?
When we talk about the body, the most important thing to know is the body is the storage ground of
trauma. Yes, the mind is affected by trauma. And, when I talk about trauma, I mean anything from
trauma with a big “T” — I had an injury, I was abused, I was raped, I was assaulted — to little “t”
traumas. Little “t” traumas include any time we were separated from a sense of safety or a sense of
ourselves. This can happen anytime, especially in our family of origin. If we heard our parents say
something or there was some meaning or some comment about our worthiness and our okayness at a
deep level, it creates a little “t” trauma.
It is important to know that trauma with a big “T” and a little “t” both kink into the subtle body and
disrupt the wiring of the system in very similar ways. And so, for the most part, we deal with them in the
same ways. The body is the storage ground of our trauma. And, when I say the body, I mean the
mind-body Meridian, subtle-system tissues, as well as the physical body and nonphysical body. If you
are empathic or an energy healer or other things, you understand this is how psychic works. It is in your
field. Often, bodyworkers, who have developed their therapeutic touch, can touch a body and see there
has been injury or tightness there.
Trauma leaves clues, and they are stored in this body-mind system in the deepest way. It is a part of
ourselves and Sanskrit. We call this the total of all the impressions we have ever had, whether you
believe it is from just this lifetime or past lifetimes. If past lives do not fit in with your spiritual
worldview, you can understand it as genetics. We now know that even the mitochondria, these
powerhouses of ourselves, have their own DNA. Our mitochondrial DNA is only inherited from the
female family line. Even in the realm of epigenetics, we see what our ancestors had to deal with
biologically. Their environment and the trauma they went through created a change.
This is what epigenetics teaches us. You can have a certain genetic pattern, but what you experience in
life can also be what you think in your mind and the patterns you create and can turn on or activate those
particular genes. So, whether you look at it from the scientific genetic sort of past aspect or you look at
from the past life aspect, we know we are carrying trends from other times and places.
Later, I will talk about how generational trauma works and getting rid of the energy that is not yours.
But, right now, I want you to have the larger context of the total of trauma getting trapped in the body.
When we get this mental understanding that the body is the storage ground of trauma, we naturally
transition to understanding that it is logical to fix the trauma at the level where it is stored.
This is why sometimes people will spontaneously activate trauma from doing things like bodywork or
going to a sound healing where the sound, gong, bass, and sound healing are affecting the mind-body
system. They are interacting with the elements. Sometimes, people will go to a massage. I remember
having bodywork in my twenties. It was the first time I ever saw a role for a structural integration
person. He got into this place in my armpit, which I now know is the beginning of the heart Meridian.
And I just started bawling. I was having these visions of this past relationship breakup.
Many years later, I now understand that the heart channel is where those things are stored, but the good
news is that you can affect things that way. But the problem I find is that people will get their body
release from trauma being activated, but it is very spontaneous. It is not controlled. Sometimes that is
very overwhelming. If you are a healer and do one of these mortalities, I hope you do not feel too
offended by how I talk about them. Know that I am very much in favor of and a fan of many different
things. I love a good gong bath. As a clinician, technically, we also have to be careful how we encourage
people to go through their trauma. If you get trauma triggered by doing some modality, like a
breathwork modality or something where you are doing heavy-duty pranayama or some sort of intensive
bodywork, sometimes it can release some things, but because you are not as in tune and working with
how all the wiring works together, you are not able to control and support the person, it just comes out
as a big volcano. That can be very overwhelming to experience. And it can, in some ways, create more
trauma and activate the protector system in a way that becomes intuitive Contra, a productive counter to
ultimately having a sustainable healing process.
Our body is trying to protect us on all levels. Sometimes, it is helpful. Often, it was useful at the time,
but the body works in a very straightforward way. When a protector-system switch (I will talk about that
in a minute) gets turned on, it will stay active until it is approached and all of those subtle-body
cylinders are aligned to actually get down there and turn the switch off. What that means in a practical
way is even though you had this little “t” trauma when you were five years old when the teacher shamed
you in front of the class, your protector system said, “That was not safe. We do not want that ever to
happen again. So we are never going to speak up in front of the class ever.”
That was good in the moment because you needed to be protected from something that was happening.
The problem is that switch was activated, and even though it is 20, 30 years later, and we need to give a
presentation in front of our colleagues, it is still active because the protector system has its own way of
working. It will not be able to turn off until you get down there, see where the source is, and actually
turn the switch off. This happens when we start to do subtle-body work, and you have the step-by-step
process of doing it. You will notice that although you were always getting triggered in those convening
years whenever you had to speak in front of someone, you had an external thing that triggered your
internal system, and you naturally feel that activation in your system. But when you turn that switch off,
you can then go and stand in front of your colleagues and not feel activated. That is what I am talking
about when I say judge by results.
So, number one, the body’s first main job is to keep you safe. And, sometimes, the body's definition of
safe is very outdated. This is where we run into trouble. Number two, the body's second priority is to
manifest your unconscious needs. Now, I am a practical practitioner. I am going to give you these mind
shifts, and then we will talk about the practicality. Manifesting your unconscious needs means a
particular spiritual working hypothesis. You do not have to take this as truth or as the ultimate thing; it is
a working hypothesis. I offer to you that part of being human and living a human life is getting rid of all
of the blocks that are in the way, so this inner soul aspect can truly shine. It will allow you to live out a
human learning experience in a way that transcends the mind and suffering in order to be more whole
with everything that is.
There are many ways to say we are in earth school. Everything happens for a reason. Everything is
arising for my benefit. All of those things are possible. But when we think about it as being the agenda
of the heart-soul, to really live our soul life, it uses the body. The body knows that you need to
ultimately be free of whatever is in the way of your soul. Your body's job is partly to bring those things
to your attention. Pain in your body might be your body trying to manifest an unconscious need to heal
in a certain way. The practical aspect to these mind shifts is that whenever you feel something come up
in the body, whether it is a scary sensation or pain or anything that happens in your physical body level,
I want you to start to turn toward that understanding. The body is bringing that up for your benefit.
Turn toward the body and whatever comes up in the body and say, “Wow, thank you.” This is just a very
beginning technique. If your knee starts to hurt, instead of saying, “Stupid knee, just stop. I'm going to
take some for this.” Instead of doing that, if you understand that your body is trying to keep you safe and
trying to give you messages and help you in some way, you can turn toward that pain and be like, “Wow,
pain. Okay, cool. Something is going on there. It's painful, but let me thank you for bringing that to my
attention. What do you need?” That phrase, “Body, what do you need?” can be a helpful window to start
making practical mind shifts.
Okay, let us bring it all together by understanding the protector system more deeply. Remember that the
protector system is like an agent of the body-mind system. It exists in this area, and it is really in charge
of doing some of the protection of the mind-body system. The protector system is the agent of the body
that takes these understandings about old definitions, about what is safe and what is not safe, creates
body sensations, and helps act them out. It helps make sure your actions and habits are in alignment with
those old rules. This is helpful when we have a healthy protector system. This also integrates with what
we call in Chinese medicine the energy of the heart protector or the pericardium. The aspect is that we
want to have a healthy protector system. This is very intelligent; it is always sensing, keeping an eye on
this flow of outer stimulus to the inner world, outer relationships, and inner relationships.
When we have a healthy protector system and a healthy heart protector, we can have discernment about
who is a good person to let into our lives and to have close relationships with, who is maybe not a good
person and to keep at a distance, who is helpful to us, who is someone who maybe has bad intentions, or
who has behaviors likely to be harmful. It is the same with substances. Is this food going to be helpful
and nourish me? Or is this something that maybe my body has an allergy or intolerance that I need to
keep away from? As a biological organism, knowing what is safe to let in and what is going to be
nourishing and what is not safe and keeping them that out, we have that on an energetic-body level with
a protector system.
You will start to notice that some of the reactions come up in your body and even in your mind.
Remember, the body is in the mind-body system and affects the mind in a strong way. The protector
system will send signals to the mind and cause the mind to think certain things or make up certain
meanings. I want you to be able to recognize some of the ways the protector system shows up. A big one
is resistance. So if you feel like you should do it, but you do not want to do it, your protector system is
often trying to fog out things, such as self-sabotage. I often hear people say they want to do healing
work in the world, but they are just not doing it. Or they dream of helping people in this way, or this is
their career goal, or that this relationship is not right for them, but they are too scared.
All of these things show me that there is a protector system activation. It has some old rules that are still
clicked on and that we need to fix. The good news is that when the protector system wiring is restored to
a healthy way, you will notice it becomes easier to do the things you have always known you wanted to
do. I have seen this over and over in terms of people actually moving toward their ideal life. People who
have gone through my certification Body Wisdom Academy level training say they did not even see this
coming, that they up-leveled their relationship. They attracted a person they did not even think could
exist. They just bought their dream home and made a move to a place that was aligned with them. So,
when you start to get the protector system’s overprotecting out of the way, you start to see the things that
have already been in you at that soul level getting to the outside world.
Some other things that you might not recognize are the protector system’s mind spinning and repetitive
thoughts. This is definitely a way the protector system grabs hold of the mind and keeps it spinning, so
you cannot focus on deeper things. I will sometimes call it foggy mind, like the fog machines. People
will start to do this work and feel like there is nothing there. They just sort of go blank, or it disappeared.
That is a sneaky protector system move, getting distracted by busyness, feeling like you have other
things to go and do. If you always feel like you have to keep yourself busy, that is an overactive
protector system. Sometimes it can be needing to blame other people for feelings of despair or
hopelessness. This is also a protector system ninja move to keep you essentially safe in the same place.
Even when that same place is really crappy, that is the thing to know about the protector system; it is not
logical. Even though it would technically be better for you to get out of that crappy relationship or
change jobs to something you love, even though technically your objective mind can know that it is
good, if it violates something the protector system experienced in another time and place, it will perceive
that as a huge threat. It will not let you move forward until you reestablish safety and connection with
the protector system’s pain.
I want to make it clear that this is a varied thing. I have been a body-level integrated health clinician for
many years, so I know there are many different aspects of pain. There can be biological issues. You can
have structural issues, but a certain percentage of most pain has some aspect intertwined with the
protector system. And also, one thing people often do not recognize is this feeling of needing more
knowledge before they are ready. This constant sort of self-help drive of, “I need to know more, and
then I'll be ready.” It is a sneaky way of the protector system trying to keep you in the same place.
When we start to understand the body's priorities and the protector system, we start to understand what
is happening. Then we can apply the right technique to the right part of the body instead of messing
around with the mind, which, as they say, is like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
In the next Part, I will go deep into tracing things to the source. I was recently working with someone in
the certification program. She has been a therapist. She is a very smart woman, very sensitive, an
empath all her life. She has trained as a counselor. And she was saying, “You know, this stuff with food
— I always try to get on a diet. And then I fall off, and I've been putting on some weight. And I beat
myself up. What do I need to do, Leslie, health-wise?” She was looking for strategies, but we started to
do the work. By the end of our time working together, her takeaway was, “I really see that this actually
isn't even about the thing on the surface. This was actually just my protector system freaking out about
certain things. And now I have a totally different perspective about how to make a change to finally get
out of that cycle.”
Remember that when we have something in the mind or something that is coming up, it is coming from
something that is stored in the ground of the body. And we need to deal with it at the level of the
protector system and the body because dealing with it there will get closer to the root and dissolve it.
That is what we are going to be going deep into next — tracing things to the source.
Part Three
Getting Down to the Basement
In this Part, I will talk about getting down to the source. I will talk about what is above and what is
below and how everything fits together. But first, let us begin this Part by coming into the body and
aligning our layers so everything you are reading can get in at all the different levels, not just at the mind
level. Take a couple of deep breaths, and as you inhale, you might even want to raise your shoulders.
And, as you exhale, you can make a “ha” sound and let all of the tension just flow right out.
With our minds starting to come into one with our awareness, start looking on the inside. For a few
moments, imagine that your eyes can go down through the throat, down through the abdomen, all the
way down into the pelvic bowl. Do a bit of a body scan: notice the pelvis, notice the legs, notice the feet
on the floor, notice the area of the back, anything sneakily holding tension. Notice if there is anything
that can be softened in the back around the shoulder blades or if the shoulders are coming forward. Is
there any holding in the belly? Using your awareness and your breath, come back to your center, come
back to being grounded in the pelvis through the central channel. The pelvis connects with the heart.
Bring your eyes, by that, I mean your awareness and your focus, down into the center of the heart. The
heart center is in the center of the body, a little bit to the right of the physical heart, which sits a little bit
off to the left.
As your awareness is there in the center of the chest, think, “What I want to receive from this training
is,” and fill in the blank. Staying grounded in the body, not getting pulled up into the mind, come back,
keeping your awareness of that heart space. And then make an intention. It could be something like, “I
choose to receive whatever my body-mind most deeply needs in this moment.”
Keeping an eye of awareness in the body itself, gently open the eyes and come back. If you like, you can
make a little cheat with your hands. Rub your head, your hands, your hair if you do not have your hair
wrapped in a scarf. Pat down the body.
Let us dive in. In the last Part, I talked about the body and its different parts. I talked about the mind
shifts we need to make about how the protector system and the mind-body work. Now I am going to talk
about locating the real source of the issue because the source is often buried. If the source was not
buried, you would not be here, and I would not have offered this training…because it would have been
solved already.
The source is hidden quite deep in the body-mind system. What I am going to talk about in this Part will
lead toward what I call the trigger cycle. We are going to walk through what happens when you feel like
you are self-sabotaging or feeling low self-esteem or feeling anxiety come up in your body. Your
protector system is activated from a perspective of your inner and outer life experience. It can be
triggered by a physical, outer trigger. You could be involved in an event or someone says something to
you. A trigger can also be a thought that comes up. So, a fear happens or a trigger or an event happens,
either outside the body or inside the mind as a thought. Right now, I am working in the category of the
mind; so when the event trigger happens in the mind level, there will automatically be things like
thoughts with feelings and emotions connected to those thoughts.
Psychologists in modern times have done studies showing that human babies and also gorilla babies are
naturally helpful. I remember in psychology training hearing about a study where they put toddlers close
to where their mothers were putting clothes on the clothesline. And if the mother dropped a piece of
clothing close to the infant, it being pre-verbal — not having developed social behavioral senses — it
would try to help the mommy pick it up. So, there are many indications that these emotions of wanting
to be helpful, of fear, fright, love and connection, laughter, and play are things we see not just in humans
but also in the animal kingdom in different ways. We can see that those things are not arising from the
complicated trappings of the human mind. Those are what we call feelings.
In the body-mind mechanism, at the same time the event happens often, there will also be an emotion.
Emotions left to their own devices will come up, pass through, and leave. Emotions can affect our
thoughts and feelings back and forth. There is always an interconnection. In the mind, the event
happens, and there is a thought about it. There are thoughts that can also trigger feelings about it, which
are similar to emotions, but they have a little more meaning toward them.
Let us take an example. I am at a cafe, and I am waiting in line. Maybe some man comes in and does not
see that I am waiting in line, and he ends up standing in line in front of me. Maybe he did not think I was
standing in line. My thought right away could be, “What the hell? This guy is jumping in front of me.
He definitely saw me, and he is doing this on purpose.” That is a thought that arises in my mind before I
can even do anything about it. And that is based on some of my storehouse of impressions. Then I start
to have feelings about that. I start to feel indignant. I start to feel angry. I start to get triggered from
every other time I thought someone has come in and stepped in front of me, or things like that.
All of this is happening very quickly. And so what happens in the mind-state on a technical level is that
these things sort of cascade down. They start to put on meaning very quickly. This guy saw me, and he
did not respect me. This is not right. Something needs to be done. These are all mind meanings, which
can also create mind stories. People are always doing this. He is a jerk. I cannot do anything about it.
People are always punishing. If I speak out, then I am going to have a confrontation. I do not want to
have a confrontation. You have probably had this or similar or even more complicated situations. This is
a simple example. If it is your family or a bigger thing that comes up, those are always going to be more
charged and are going to have even more thoughts and more feelings and more meanings.
So, what generally tends to happen, especially if this is an area we have not really explored in ourselves,
we are going to get stuck in all these things coming down from outer to inner. We are going to get stuck
with these mind meanings and mind stories. We might even get stuck in what I call a mind spiral. This is
where we are stuck in this situation, and we cannot get out of it.
Now, here is the kicker. At the same time the event happens, before we even know it, the body-mind
system will trigger whatever we have a deeper Velcro for. There is a source down in our body-mind
system. We call this our unconscious to a certain extent, but it is more physical than that. It is where we
have this storehouse of our impressions and these deeper, unspoken meanings. If we have the Velcro
from it in our inner system coming upward from this deeper storehouse of impressions, it starts to create
what I call a body meaning. Because we already have something within us, it will create a meaning,
which is still very unconscious. Then that body meaning that is connected more deeply is going to create
a physical sensation in the body because the body does not think in thoughts. The body speaks and
thinks in sensations. Let me say that again because it is an important part. The body communicates.
Remember, in the previous Part, I said the body has two priorities: to keep you safe and to manifest
your unconscious needs.
Part of knowing which unconscious needs we need to get clear is to see what is already in there, what is
the Velcro, what is sticky within us. We are just waiting for an outside trigger to come and pull it up to
the surface. Something happens; it gets triggered; it creates a body meaning, and this creates a sensation
in the body. You have all seen this.
Let us run through that example again. The guy steps in front of me at the cafe, and that triggers
something within me that has some sort of Velcro about it. It could be something about wounding
around men. It could be having worries about taking my ability away or my freedom away, or just being
generally disrespected and not honored in some way. We know this is true because we know that two
people can experience the same outer event but have very different inner experiences.
Maybe someone is standing next to me, and this gentleman does the same thing, and their immediate
thought is, “Oh, he just didn't see me here. Let me just let him know kindly.” And they do not go
through any of those thoughts or feelings. The important part we need to notice is the real difference of
why I am suffering. This is because of something deep in my mind-body system that had Velcro for
what happens in the outer world. This is a big mind shift that I want you to take from this training. I
want to challenge you to make the mind shift that the real problem, the real source of the issue that
needs looking at, is not the outer world but the inner world. This is the difference.
You may have watched some of my videos on YouTube about the difference between a challenge and
suffering. We are always going to have challenges in life. There are always going to be things that
happen, but the real suffering and difficulties in life have to do with this inner wiring of ourselves.
Technically, when the sensations arise, they are also going to interact back and forth. With the mind
meeting, I start to feel anxious. Anybody who has ever felt anxious knows that when we feel anxious, it
starts affecting our minds. When we have a certain meaning or thought or feeling come up, it is also
going to make our sensations worse. Therapy, talk therapy, and even Somatic therapy are very helpful
here. They help us catch our thoughts, so the feelings are not quite as strong; so the mind meanings are
slightly better or less intense.
The work we do in the mind can help us have a smaller or shorter mind spiral. Generally, there is still a
little bit of spiraling because usually, the traditional therapeutic approach of cognitive behavioral therapy
is working in this area. And, if you add in some Somatic work, it will help you get at least a little bit into
this area where you are working on helping reduce some of the sensations or make them a little better. It
is not going as deep here. That is what I am going to talk about now because that is really the source of
all of these things.
The basement is the word I use to describe this place. It is the source of why we are suffering from our
sensations, and it is the seed of why we are suffering from the mind. Yes, our mind needs to be trained
up. We need to upgrade our lousy thoughts to better thoughts, but, ultimately, that is only a management
surface part. Not only do we have to deal with sensations that arise in the body, but we also have to find
out the source of where they are coming from and dissolve them. Then, when the triggers happen, the
actual sensations never arise because we have altered and released what the source is. Everything that
happens, every meaning, every body meaning, and every mind meaning can be traced down to the
basement.
Here is the tricky thing. Your mind meaning is going to make sense to you. That guy stepped in front of
me. That guy is a jerk. It is not nice. It is not right. He should not do that. I should say something. All of
these things are logical mind meanings. You could tell that to someone else, and they would be like,
“Yeah, that is true. That is definitely a thing. You are right.” And it might be true. However, another key
point from this training is that mind meaning and body meaning are different. This is simple but very
profound. The meaning that your mind puts on something generally makes logical sense. You can trace
it to the outer world. The meaning your body connects with things is generally not logical. It generally
cannot be understood and approved by the mind in the same way.
This is big because often, when people start going into deeper and deeper levels of unwinding these
things very quickly, they start seeing and hearing their actual body in new ways. They realize their body
is saying this, but it does not make any sense. You have to know that the mind meaning and the body
meaning are almost always going to be different. The body meaning is much closer to the basement, and
that is the one we have to deal with, even when it does not seem logical. That is an important point.
The first is some version of a body meaning that says I am unlovable. It could be I am unworthy;
something is wrong with me. I am broken; people are going to find out I am not good; God in the
universe made everybody else, and I am the one mistake that is unworthy of love. All of those things are
the same essence of unlovable. That is one of the things all mind stories trace down to.
The other is a feeling of being alone and abandoned. That can be something like the loss of love. It does
not have to be like; I will be banished. But the body has a belief that everyone is going to leave. They
will not be around. I will end up alone. I will end up alone under a bridge with five cats in a box. It does
not matter. All of those things are abandonment.
The third thing that will occasionally come up is rare, and I do not want you to focus on this too much. If
you find yourself coming to this one, often it means you are probably still stuck on the last step down to
the basement, and you are not getting down to the basement itself. So you want to keep looking. Number
three is that sometimes certain people will feel this sense of what I call existential death. It is this feeling
like your human existence is negated. Life has no deep purpose, that your embodiment in this lifetime
will have been nullified. Sometimes that will come up for certain people. That is the third one in the
basement, but most likely, it is going to be one of the other two. In my many years of working with
many people, I have yet to see anything in the basement that was not one of these three.
It is possible you are the one person in the universe who could have something different, but I do not
think so. So, if you cannot trace it down to one of these things, you are not yet at the source. The reason
that happens is the protector system, which we know lives in this area. Sometimes when we are starting
to do this, the protector system will throw up smoke screens and try to get in the way. It will create a
little bit of spinning making it hard to get down to the basement. But, ultimately, everything can be
traced down to one of these three things: I am unlovable, I am going to end up alone, or, occasionally,
existential death. These things will not be worth it.
You can see now that what it is about — is not what it is about. It never is. You will sometimes hear me
say, this is one of our guideposts: It is never about what it is about. That means that what I think I am
upset about on the surface is usually just here in the mind. What it is all really about is deep within the
basement aspect.
That is the part I need the subtle-body tools to get down to, to systematically trace what it actually is,
and apply and line up the mind, body, and spirit in a technical way to release that. Because if it were
really about what was in the mind, then I could just change my mind or my thoughts, and I would not
have any of the sensations or other things. Anybody who has ever had a panic attack knows that just
thinking the thought, “Stop having a panic attack,” does not stop the sensations of the panic attack.
However, many years ago, I was in a group of people recovering from substance abuse. And I was
working with this woman who was doing group acupuncture. She had something very difficult come up
that day. She had to talk with her father, from whom she was estranged, and she started having a panic
attack. At that moment, even before I had totally formulated this system, we started applying some of
these subtle-body techniques to get down to the basement and help her mind-body system to loosen
them. Within eight minutes, she really felt the difference.
I think it was two weeks later, she came back, and my supervisor said, “You did some sort of body thing
with her, and it helped her feel better. So, if you could go do that again, that'd be great.” Even in the
moment, starting to get equipped with these tools, you can use a subtle-body approach to change your
sensation in the moment, stop the spiral, not just of the mind like in therapy, but also stop the spiral of
the sensation. The clouds will clear, and you have the time and space to trace it down to the basement, to
see which of these things it actually is. And start to release them.
The next time somebody steps in front of you at the cafe, you can either feel totally fine on the inside
and decide it does not really matter; maybe he really needs to go first. Or you could politely say, “Hey,
you know, I was actually waiting in line,” and feel totally free and clear on the inside because you have
dealt with what is in the basement and used the techniques to get it out.
This is important. The mind shift we are making is that it is not about what it is about. A man stepping in
front of me in line for something at a cafe has nothing to do logically with me being unlovable or me
ending up alone. But I promise you that it will be in the body meaning realm. And this is the area that
makes a difference.
What I will go into next is how we interact. We have been going deep within our own world. But what is
important, especially for those who are empath healers and sensitive people? It is to learn about what I
call the energetic communication cycle because this is the one way we can sabotage our progress.
Because even if you hack the inner world, if you are making a few of these mistakes in the outer world,
you are likely retraumatizing yourself and creating more deeper mind groups that will sabotage your
process. I am going to go deep in the next Part. I will talk about the difficulty of generational trauma
and taking on energy that is not in the mind-body realm.
Part Four
The Fifty-Percent Line
In this Part, I start focusing on integration. Up until now, we have been working on the layers of the
inner body, the mind, the body-mind, the deeper self, and how they connect. At some point, we have to
go from working on our inner self to also bringing that out into the world.
Before we start this Part, as always, let us do a little centering because our goal is not just to take this in
intellectually, but to be connected heart to pelvis, pelvis to heart, and get the depth of it. Take a deep
breath. You might even want to raise your shoulders as you take that breath. As you exhale, let it all flow
right out. Bring the mind down through your awareness, coming through the throat, down into the pelvic
bowl. And as you do this, notice that you are aware of any areas of tension in the body. Use your
awareness and your imagination to breathe right into those. As you breathe in, you can notice them, and
as you exhale, they can flow right out.
In today's centering, I want you to notice the area of the pelvis and feel grounded with your feet on the
floor. Once you notice the pelvis connecting through the central channel to the heart, heart to pelvis,
pelvis to heart, then, for a moment, I want you to imagine you have a bubble of space extending out just
past where your hands would be if you were to extend your hands out to the sides. Notice you are in this
sphere. Have some gratitude for this amount of space. This is your space. Bring your awareness to the
edge of that bubble out in front, to the side, above your head, to the left side, even behind you. Ask this
phrase out loud so your brain, your protector system, and all parts of yourself can hear, “What would it
feel like to really take up my space?” Notice what happens inside your body when it hears you say that.
Do not take it as good or bad, just be aware.
Now, setting an intention like a strong thought laser beam from the heart, think, “I want to receive
everything I need from this time. Please help me in a way I can understand.” It is always a good
clarifying laser beam request. I have so much gratitude for you, that you are here in this moment. Thank
you for this learning together.
As you stay aware of that inner world, come back, gently open your eyes, rub your hands together. If
you like, give yourself a little cheat, tap down the front, sides, arms, legs, tops of the feet, and the back
while coming into this time and place.
Integration
Let us talk about integration. It is one of the tricky things about healing. Sometimes when we go deep
into one of these areas, our protector system makes it so that as a coping mechanism, we over-focus on
one thing to neglect the other in sort of spiritually new age-like circles. You will often hear this called
spiritual bypassing. Spiritual bypassing is a protector system move, and it is a very sneaky one. I have
been guilty of this myself. As you know, I was an acupuncturist in my late twenties and early thirties.
And I was insecure and afraid that people were going to find out about the protector system things down
in my basement. I felt I did not know enough about all of these things that protector systems do.
One of the main areas where people get tripped up is when they have done a little inner work, but they
do not know the energetics of bringing it from their field out into the world and what happens when
other people's fields come at them. This is the place where we kind of retraumatize ourselves and keep
ourselves stuck and drained. I am going to talk about how to deal with the energy of other people, how
we take on or mesh our bubbles with other people in ways that tend to go wrong, especially for people
who are sensitive, empathic HSPs. The truth is, other people wound us. We are wounded in a
relationship. A deep-wiring understanding of the knowledge of how energetic fields work in a
relationship on a mind-body, subtle-body level, not just energy work, is very important for integration. If
you can get this, it tells me you are on the path of self-mastery. I have met so many people in
acupuncture, yoga, Xi, gong, self-help healing, and teaching guru who say one thing, but cannot show
up to do it and be it.
I have met holy people and jerks from every tradition, so this integration is the key to how we take what
we know and live it now. And when I talk about other people's energy, I am not just talking about the
energy-work realm of shielding people. Often, I will say, I need to put up my protection, and I am in a
bubble of blue light. All of these things are good, and they have an effect in the energy realm, but we are
actually getting even deeper into how the wiring works, not just for your energy and what you do.
Remember, your energetic field is generated from that body-mind level. And there is a lot of stuff on
that level. You have the protector system and your body meanings of things.
Energy work is powerful and good, but I will often hear people say they have tried to do shielding and
other stuff, but it did not seem to work. Here is a bold statement: Any time you are overwhelmed by
feeling other people's feelings or cannot help feeling what others are feeling, that is not just a natural
characteristic of being an empath. It is a sign of some subtle-body dysfunction. Said another way, it is
possible to use your empath-ninja superpowers and also not be overwhelmed and not take on other
people's energy. If you have been telling yourself that mind story, it may be time to let that one go
because it is natural that we feel that way. But I want you to hear that I have seen it over and over again
in myself and in many other people that I work with as clients. It is possible to keep the sensitive part
but not take on other people's energy. That is a sign that there is something wrong with your body-mind
wiring that needs updating and changed, which is very possible. So, let us dive right in.
Energetic Communication
In previous Parts, I talked about the levels of the mind-body, mind, and heart. Now we are going to talk
about energetic communication and the fifty-percent line. So essentially, we have our individual mind
system, body-mind system, and heart-deep soul system. They do not exist as three separate pillars. They
are all intertwined and interconnected. And we have another person's mind system, body-mind system,
and heart system. Anytime you have two people working together, there will be an exchange or meeting
of these energies between two people. Some people will wonder, what about the heart and the soul? As I
have said before, those operate by different rules. It is at all places at all times. So, we are going to focus
in terms of communication in this integration on the body-mind and the mind.
Any time things are happening between you and another person, there is going to be an exchange. The
problem is that often we have some wiring things that are crossed in the mind-body area and the mind.
That can sometimes look like imbalances that start to come up. For example, sometimes we are too far
into somebody else's space, which is going to end up with us feeling too much of their feelings, taking
on too much of their seeing things in the system, or giving away too much of our inherent vital energy,
because we are in some sort of pattern.
Alternatively, sometimes we are not taking up enough of our space, and we sort of invite in other
people's energy too much. This creates very similar problems. You do not always feel like this when
these happen, but it is a general rule. Remember that the mind-body level and the mind level are
interconnected; they are working back and forth and connect with each other. Sometimes you can be too
far over your line or too far back on your line, and that will cause issues not just in the mind level but
also in the mind-body level. These guys are sort of like a team. so that whatever is happening in one
level is going to be affecting the other. I showed you each of those individually, but it tends to have a
similar type of pattern because what we do in our mind system, what we do in our body-mind system, is
going to heavily affect those other two. This is also why it is so important to focus on how we are
interfacing because it does have such a broad effect.
Most people need to shore up their subtle-body aspects, so their body is both of these. They need to
manage their energy and what happens when a narcissistic sort of vampire is trying to get in their field.
They need also to make different patterns with the mind and with speech communication. There are
techniques out there, such as nonviolent communication, which I like and have studied. But those things
focus mostly on what you do in the mind level: Here is what you say, and here are the words. Those
things are good, and I encourage people to do things like conflict communication.
But if we only change the words on the surface, and we do not deal with the body-mind underneath, you
are going to have problems. You have probably been guilty of this yourself. We have a natural human
sense of knowing when we are not in alignment. And we feel it from other people, whether or not we
know that is happening. The other thing you might not want to hear, so brace yourselves, is that often
when we are working out our subtle-body things, we have this mind lie that says, “People don't know
what's going on with me. I hide it from them.”
People can feel, even when they are not aware of it, what is going on at this body-mind level, even if
they do not have words for it. This is why it is important because it is your ability to lead yourself and
lead others and have a deep healing presence for yourself, a deep connection. If you are working with
clients, deep love, and relationships with intimate people in your life, it is contingent on both of these
things going together. What I want you to dive deep in with me is one of the most important tools for
this area, which we call the fifty-percent line.
The number one sign that we have something going on, something a little off with the fifty-percent line,
is feeling a sense of resentment. There are other things. There can be many things that show us the
fifty-percent line is off. It could be feeling drained. I talked about taking on other people's energy
anytime we go over the line, or we are too far back with other people coming over the line. These are
fifty-percent issues. You will be able to identify a feeling in yourself of resentment. Any time there is
resentment, it is usually a big red flag that there has been some shifting of the fifty-percent line that
needs to be adjusted.
We are aware of this idea of physical space. I have lived and studied in many different cultures and
different languages, and you start to notice that people's comfort level of physical space is a little
different in Europe than it is in Japan. We understand how we can be in other people's spaces. What you
might not have thought of is how you are doing on your fifty-percent line energetically. For sensitive
people, it is usually not taking up enough space. That is why at the beginning of this exercise and
grounding in what it would be like to take up your space your protector system may have been a little
triggered. Was there a good feeling? Was there sort of a scary feeling? Were you able to see if your
mind-body system and protector system were comfortable with taking up the space that is yours? There
can often be things in the basement attached to that. You could be trying to be small or invisible
energetically.
I am guilty of this one. I am a tall lady. I am six foot two, and I have been the tallest kid in school since I
was in fifth grade. Possibly from that, I think I developed a tendency, probably from my sensitivity and
some issues with my subtle body of feeling other people's energy quite strongly when I was younger, to
pretend I was a little smaller energetically. I had a tall mom, so I was not someone who slouched a lot,
but I got called out on this once in an energy-medicine seminar. There were probably a hundred people
in the room, and we all had our eyes closed. At the end of the exercise, the teacher said, “You in the pink
scarf. (I was wearing a scarf.) Why are you wearing a cloaking device?” He made me come up to the
front of the room. And he said, “Okay, now I want you to actually let your FA field get as big as it is.” It
was a very interesting experience. And I could see for myself that without noticing it, I was trying to be
very small. So, if you have done energy work or other things, you might be doing things with your chief
field because you are compensating for some subtle-body wiring that needs fixing.
We need to get down to the technical side of what is there so you can really fill up the channels. I want
to give you a counterbalance for the thing that sometimes comes up in our mind that says, I have to put
up a strong boundary, or I have to make a bubble, or I have to have an energetic barrier type of thing.
But the deeper ones, the wiring of how the chia and Prawna level works, is the real, sustainable solution
to having well-connected wiring. Mind-body, body-mind, system G, and meridians are so filled up, that
they naturally have a pushing out, taking up space effect. You can even feel in your body how it feels
when it hears me say: The channels are so full that there is actually no space for anybody else's crap to
come over your fifty-percent line.
That is what we are really talking about. I want you to get the energetic signature of that because that is
what we are heading for. If you feel like you are constantly having to get rid of energy that is not yours,
it is generally because we need to fix how all of the mind patterns are fitting in with the body-mind
patterns. That way there is no question of anything coming in. This is a solution. If you feel like you are
constantly attracting narcissists or takers, it is generally because you are not on some level consciously
or unconsciously taking up enough space.
One of the things you also might notice is the phenomenon of trauma bonding. You are just drawn to
someone, or there is this certain charge that your system, because of the protector system and the
patterns in the basement, is being drawn to people where it creates this charge. But it is really a
mismatch of the fifty-percent line I already talked about. If you feel overwhelmed by other people's
energy, if you are unable to self-regulate around other people, if you feel like you are okay by yourself,
or you find yourself isolating from others because it seems too hard or too exhausting to be yourself
around other people, that is something that is very fixable on the subtle-body level. Obviously, if you are
a sensitive person, you are not going to feel comfortable going to loud bars with tons of people in them.
But if it is overwhelming to be around other people and still regulate yourself and, to a certain extent, if
you cannot tolerate conflict, this is also something in the body-mind and the mind level that needs to be
shored up. I want you to be able to recognize these signals because this can be a tricky thing, and we
want to have real laser beam clarity of what level we are working on.
We need to rectify our fifty percent. The biggest, trickiest part I want you to have awareness about the
fifty-percent line is what happens on the mental-emotional level. Because if you are aware of energy,
you sometimes can tell whether you are leaning over your line a little too much or if other people are
coming over it. However, sneaky fifty-percent line stuff will often show up in the emotional-mental
realm. Remember, emotions are the part that have meaning in our mind level. We have put some
meaning onto what is happening in the mind level.
This is a big one I want you to come away with. The first thing is taking mental responsibility for others.
This is a tricky one because sometimes we are not even aware that we are doing it, but any time you feel
guilty, or you are trying to prevent someone on some level from feeling a certain way, or you feel bad
that somebody else feels bad, these are fifty-percent line issues that must be caught and dealt with. It is
sneaky because culturally, and especially with women, we get programmed that it is our job to worry for
other people. It is our job to make sure nobody has any bad feelings, even if it is on their fifty percent,
and they actually should feel bad at this moment because they really screwed up.
So, this takes some laser beam integration to catch yourself. Am I feeling responsible for how someone
else is feeling? Am I feeling responsible for the natural consequences someone else has experienced
because of their own actions, thoughts, and deeds? This is a big question to answer. Anytime you are
feeling guilty or you are feeling bad because someone feels a certain way, and it really has nothing to do
with you, you are taking on that responsibility, at least in your mind, or, potentially, down in the
basement. You have to be able to see where it starts in the mind. Any form of co-dependence generally
has to do with the mind and also body-mind. Both levels are contributing to that. Anytime we are doing
people-pleasing, anytime we say yes, when we really mean, “Hell, no, I do not want to help out. I'm so
tired, and I can't even help myself,” this is a big, red flag for fifty-percent line issues.
Our motto in the Body Wisdom Academy is: A yes to someone else is a no to me. This means
everybody loses. We need to bust up these lies that are messing with our subtle-body function. The
inability to say no, not communicating your needs, these are big ones, and they are a big part of why we
get resentful. Sometimes we have a mind lie or a mind storm that says, if I just keep over-giving to
others, at some point, I'm going to be recognized. But we are leaving out the point of the subtle-body
dysfunction that says, I need to clearly communicate my needs in an energetic way. I am going to talk
about this a little in the next Part and kind of plant the seed for how this works in relationships. The
union communication cycle of intimate partner communication is where you can actually start to inspire
others to step up and meet your needs in ways that are pretty glorious.
Another thing I want to bring your attention to here is this inability to be vulnerable. This was a big one
for me. And this shows up in the feeling-mental realm as well as sometimes a little in the energetic
realm. I used to think it is not that I am withholding how I am actually feeling or what I am struggling
with. I am choosing not to share. What it really was was an inability to be vulnerable because of
subtle-body things tracing down to the basement.
So, it is really important to catch ourselves. You can ask yourself questions like 一 can I feel
comfortable admitting when I do not have the answer? Do I feel comfortable? Do I default to being the
expert, or know a way to stay safe is my protector system using my knowledge or being okay or having
it all together as a protector system coping mechanism? So, the fifty-percent line between other people
and us is one of the ways we drain out and sabotage our subtle-body success because you can do all the
inner work all day, but we do not live in a vacuum, and we are wounded in groups. So, we must learn
how to be who we actually are. We must be ourselves and take up space in our field, not just
energetically, but also in the feeling and the mental state. We must catch ourselves running old mind-lie
definitions that are not only affecting our mind level but are tracing down and making subtle-body
patterns worse as a whole because they are landed and sourced in the basement as well.
I want you to identify one place that you did not know about that you need to adjust. It could be where
you do not take up enough space and other people are coming over your fifty-percent line or a place
where you are not coming up to your own fifty-percent line enough. Both of these have everything to do
with your fifty-percent line and learning how to identify it. That is key for the integration of really
maintaining your bubble, not draining out your chia, and becoming the energetic ninja powerhouse that
you are.
Part Five
Energy That is Not Ours
This Part will go deep into the two most significant places we take on energy that is not ours. We will
be clearing out our personal space of other people's non-physical energy.
As we have at the beginning of each Part, let us take some deep breaths and step over the threshold into
a space where we focus on the inner world. One of our guiding principles in the Body Wisdom Academy
is that life is coming from me, not at me. As we start to tune into the source of our outer world, which is
our inner world, let us bring our eyes down into the body, all the way down into the pelvis. We are
smiling towards our inner self, our protector self, our inner child, all these other inner parts of ourselves,
of the body-mind system.
As we connect with this pelvic bowl energy, just like a beautiful Tibetan singing bowl, take a couple of
breaths and walk around the bowl. As you inhale, notice any areas of tension, and imagine it as gray
smoke, fog, or dust. As you exhale, it can flow right out. Set the intention that you can receive as much
energy as you need.
In this moment, come back to the center to receive, be in line with the flow, and connect with your inner
purpose. If that is something you are still struggling with, do the best you can in this moment. Within
this moment, take your awareness from the pelvis up into the heart, noticing the front of the heart to the
back of the heart. Really notice this flow ー pelvis to heart, heart to pelvis, heart to the center of the
head. You might even notice a torus-shaped flow of energy coming up the central channel at the top of
the head and then, like a waterfall, sort of coming down the sides of the body. It then comes up again
through the center of the body. You can even let your hand go in a certain wave pattern, whatever feels
good like you are receiving below, expanding above for cycling.
This is also part of how our T connects with the outer T. I am sort of scooping up and then dragging up
the hands up the center and cascading down, receiving the earth energy in connecting with the upper
energy. Feel this flow, whatever flow is happening inside of you, connected with the pelvis to the heart,
heart to the center of the head, front of the heart, to the back of the heart. This wider fountain of
geometry is called the torus. It comes up the center, spirals out, and recycles down. This is part of the
movement of the cosmos, the big cosmos, and the smaller cosmos of our body.
Have a feeling of gratitude for yourself, that you are here in this moment, that you have said yes to
getting the information you need and the practices to take you deeper and deeper in your awareness.
Then, gently come back to this moment and set an intention. Say, “May I receive everything I need just
the way I need it.” Give your face a little rub. Move your hands through your hair. Tap on the head, back
of the neck, chest, arms, back of the legs, feet. Feel energized and ready.
Let us dive in by talking about generational trauma and energy that is not ours. These are two big things
in the way we take on energy that is not ours and that we do not have to carry. We will mostly be talking
about things in the body-mind and the mind and how they interact. That is generally where things show
up, whether it be genetically in the physical body, in the biology, coming into our mind and patterns,
epigenetics, or past lives if that is part of your spiritual worldview. We are heavily into the body-mind
aspect of this subtle-body complex in the way that it is influencing the mind.
Generational Trauma
I am going to talk about a couple of things. The first is generational trauma. If you had a traumatic
upbringing, if your parents were struggling with things to the point they could not provide basic
attachment and safety for you, that leaves a big kink in the subtle body and needs to be unwound.
Sometimes even when we have great parents and great attachment, we will still be carrying things in a
genetic way in our family patterns. With more modern research, such as epigenetics, we now know you
do not have to be a slave to your biology. Just because you have a gene does not mean it will be
expressed in the same way because it was in your family. The fact that it has been passed down does not
mean you cannot be free from it.
One of the things to know is that trauma is contagious. Whether it is trauma with a big “T” or a little “t,”
it heavily influences the body-mind. The mind and the outward behaviors of a person cannot escape
from what is happening in the body-mind. I speak with women all the time who say, “I know that was
what happened to me, and I'm committed. I'm doing way better than my parents did. But, I still see that
even though I am doing my best with my concentrated attention and commitment to my children, they
are taking on the patterns I took on.” I want you to know it is not your fault. This does not make you a
bad parent. If you notice these things are happening, be the person that stops the pattern and heals it for
the lineage.
One of my clients, actually a mother-daughter pair, came to me. The mother came first. She resonated
with the work and started doing these deeper things. She has a very close relationship with her teenage
daughter. And as the mom got more comfortable being vulnerable with examining her family patterns,
she shared part of her journey with her daughter. Her daughter revealed that she had some of those same
things. It was a wonderful thing to see. The daughter sent me this excellent quote that said, “This used to
run in my family until it ran into me.”
If that lands with you, know it is very possible, and it could be that you are being called not just for
yourself but for the people who are behind and in front of you to do this work. You are capable; you
have what it takes. You have done all the preliminary work to be here in this moment.
Family Geometry
We know that in the family, there is a geometry, and the geometry should be energetical. The
grandparents stand behind the next generation, and everyone is facing forward. This is the flow of
energy. We should be feeling our ancestors at our back as support. Their time has come and gone. And
the energy that flowed through them comes through us. We pass that forward. Now what sometimes
happens is that when a parent has something going on, whether it is addiction or their own trauma, they
are not able to do what we call good-enough parenting. Good-enough parenting provides stability while
maintaining the parent’s own self to the extent they can give from their overflow to their children.
Sometimes, unfortunately, that does not happen. Although, in the geometry of families, it ideally should.
That is the way it works for a healthy flow of the system for a variety of reasons. But the geometry
sometimes gets a little mixed up, and the child ends up in a geometry facing their parents. It could be
they are either parenting their parent, or they are dear friends. The fifty-percent line becomes a
mishmash where the children are fifty percent with their parents.
Look at your family system and notice if it is a little out of balance. There are many ways to work this
deeply in the body, but one of them is to update the protector system to get everyone in right harmonious
alignment. And then we can give back the things we have taken on from others and call back some of
the things that are ours.
Start with feeling and asking, “Where am I? How is my family geometry?” And you can think about
each member of your family or a particularly challenging member of your family. You can notice
yourself in your mind's eye and how you are in relation to them. Are you always turned towards them, or
are they behind you? Are they way off to the corner, not even looking in your direction? Learning the
geometry will start giving you some insight from this deeper place of the body-mind to know how that
relationship is going. Then you can start to look for basement issues and other things.
What about kids? How does that work? It is a special agreement in this life with your children
energetically, and I am not a biological mom in this life. So, I have a big heart for moms working
through mom stuff. If your child is under the age of five, there is not much of a fifty-percent line. The
mother, the parents, are in charge energetically, physically, and otherwise for pretty much all parts of
that little being's life. Moms of children over the age of five are obviously still in charge of their safety.
You are still holding the home container. You are still making certain rules for the benefit of their
nervous system that is not developed. But the fifty-percent line does start to come into play.
This is a challenging area of healing. If you are a parent, and you notice some things come up for you
around the fifty-percent line and kids, you want to start feeling in position behind your children and
having your children facing forward. That is a good geometry to play around with, and this is where the
fifty-percent line begins to come into play for kids. People will often ask if we can do this work for kids.
And, the answer is yes, absolutely to the extent that the energy that is within you is affecting your child.
There is a certain amount of subtle-body work when it comes to families and children that is most
beneficial when done by the parents on themselves. Most of the time that is what the kids are reacting to.
When the parent clears up their field, the child will magically be able to adjust and be free in their own
bubble because the parent has adjusted the fifty-percent line that was a little out of whack.
Here are some tricky patterns I want you to keep in mind when it comes to some geometry that is a little
off in your family. I will give you one of the biggest things that gets out of whack with families on an
energetic level, just like we have those things that trace down into the basement on the energetic level.
Often with families, there is not one spoken way that energy works. Because of the basement, we would
rather belong to a family, even when it means having the same dysfunction. So our inner self, our
protector system, often has a sneaky thing where we can say, “My family does that, and I don't want
that. My mom has that health issue. My mom has this coping mechanism. My dad has this anger thing.
My dad has this health issue.” But, on some deep level, the protector system needs to belong so much
that it will stay connected through the dysfunction. So the energetic phrase that we use when we are
working with that kind of pattern is that I can love my family and choose to do it differently. I know it
sounds simple, but this is a very powerful, not just mental, but energetic statement.
I can love my family, and I can choose to do this differently. You can fill in the blanks. I can love my
family, and I can choose to have great health even when my mom has a chronic disease. I can love my
family, and I can choose to be vulnerable even though my dad does not have access to those emotions. I
can love my family. I can choose to do it differently. This is a big, big, big energetic phrase I want you to
start using as you look at the geometry and the patterns in your family.
The last thing I want you to examine when we start to get into the mind area is that there are always
rules in the family. I want you to see these rules from this new, subtle-body perspective you are
developing. There are always two types of rules. There are the spoken rules, and there are the unspoken
rules. You might have a sense of them, but I want you to see them more deeply. You can see there might
be a way your mind has a certain rule that is triggering the protector system down in the basement. You
will be able to get to a deeper level of what is going on there.
In my household growing up, the spoken rule was we do not talk about politics. And the unspoken rules
were: we do not take responsibility for our anger; we do not talk about emotions; we do not apologize a
lot. I still remember the first time I ever heard my father say, “I'm sorry.” He has experienced a lot of
growth. He was a great dad. I really dragged him along. I think he signed up for a special mission in this
life, having two daughters, one of whom is a spiritual guide.
What are your spoken and unspoken rules? Start to notice what happens with your protector system in
your body-mind when you start bringing those to the surface. That is your challenge for this part.
First, I want you to know that most astral energy, disembodied energy, or whatever you want to call it, is
opportunistic, not malicious. It is not something you have to fear, generally. It is just like nosy neighbors
who kind of get up in your business; it is not something terrible or evil, in my experience. It is usually
just opportunistic. Nothing happens on this level of reality without some sort of permission on some
level. It might be conscious permission, or as we saw with the fifty-percent line, maybe your field and
your subtle body are just not taking up all of your space, so opportunistic energy can come in.
Sometimes we make agreements on some level because our protector system does not feel safe, so we
have an agreement with energy to help protect us or create a certain artificial seeming barrier in our
field. All of these things are very practical. That energy has a way that it functions. And when you learn
how it functions, you can take control of the situation and clear out your field in any way you need to.
Number two is that energy is not yours. You are an embodied being, so on the level of power and
embodiment and taking up space, for the most part, all that is needed is to firmly send away energy that
is not yours.
Number three is in this first phase of stopping the spiral and starting to step into the subtle-body
territory. One of the biggest things you can start to ask while you are in touch with your pelvis and your
heart is, is this my energy? Is this not my energy? Starting to have that awareness is powerful because it
begins to stop the spiral of being thrown off by something. Coming from your observer mind territory,
you can see what is what and deal with it appropriately.
Let us end with a practice of clearing out your field. If you work with people, even if you work with
them at a distance, it is a very energetic job. It is important that when you are finished with a client,
whether in person or at a distance, to use water. You might need to wash your hands. In general, when
you are doing medical things, you need to wash your hands. But even if you do not do it for sanitary
reasons, at least put water on your hands and up your arms. Put a little water behind your neck. I will put
my hand under the sink, get it wet, and rub it over my belly and back. Sometimes it is a little cold, and I
make a little sound. But you will notice, for reasons connected with the solar plexus and that part of our
energy system, a change in terms of letting go of energy that is not yours.
While you are doing that, say phrases out loud, including, “I give back energy I have taken on that is not
mine” and “I call back any of my energy that I have given away.” That affects the body-mind's energetic
level. It is also a very conscious intention to get things in the right order. These things are similar in
terms of your personal space, your home space.
There can be ways we pick up energy that is not ours, and you will see where that all fits in the system
together. The most important part is understanding what is yours and what is not yours, and then in the
wider circle of your family, where is your fifty-percent line? How is the family geometry?
Part 6
How it All Fits Together
This is part six and we have completed the five parts of training. And always there are people
who ask like, okay, well tell me how it works and show me the big picture and show me the stages. So
what we're going to do in this video together is I'm going to show you sort of how it all fits together.
And especially how the stages of subtle body healing actually works. We can see how those fit
together. And if you're someone who's really gotten the sparkle of this work, and you want to know how
to go deeper, I'm going to tell you how that works and how I work with people. If that's something that
you're interested in, stay tuned for that. So as we always do, let us step over the threshold into this space
where we're really turning towards our inner world!
Now, I'm going to give you a technique phrase. I want you to start learning and using, because
this is the entry. As you'll see it show up in phase one of really starting to help the mind body system,
uh, really start to settle. And it's really aimed at the protector system. So often, when I'm teaching, I've
developed a lot of phrases that are energetic, subtle body phrases. And so they don't have to make sense
to your mind. But I would ask you to use them just as is because they have a lot of alignment with how
things are beyond the logical mind.
So just taking a deep breath and breathing your shoulders up, and as you exhale, exhaling them
down. And now as we start to really bring our mind into the body, we're now much more cognizant of all
the different layers and the protector system.
I want you to imagine that you are speaking to the body directly as if the body was its own
friend, like a friend, that's always with you and I want you to use the phrases out loud. This is important
because your brain processes things differently when you're saying them out loud and hearing them
versus when you are just thinking them in your mind. And I want you to use what I call the safety
phrase.
This is a very simple phrase. I want you to use it as is. And I want you to say it out loud,
imagining that you're speaking to your body directly
Good. And just notice what happens when your body hears you say that. So this is a big, subtle
body tool that I want you to keep using. It seems simple, but anytime that you feel a little bit off, or you
start to notice your body getting triggered, or you start to feel the protector system coming up, which
now you're much better at recognizing, use the safety phrase.
And then just set your intention from your heart, heart to pelvis, pelvis, to heart, back of the
heart, to the front of the heart, really setting your intention. Then, add something like may I receive, I
want to receive everything that I need. Please show me in a way that I can understand.
Once you feel settled, just notice on the inside, how you feel, as you are coming back.
Great. So in this part, what we want to do here is as we start to look at how does it work and how
does it all fit together?
So often when I do these trainings, sometimes people say, okay, well, tell me the how and tell me
all the steps. And this is normal. It’s a normal thing that the mind and the protector system do. I need to
know it all now and exactly, and do it all in this moment. But the truth is that there are really four key
components when it really comes to self-mastery and change.
And you know, the first that we start with what we really want is mastery level results. So I want
you to really hear this with all parts of yourself, because the first part is knowledge and knowledge is
good, but it's also a mind trap because when we get only stuck in knowledge, we sometimes the mind
tells us that the knowledge is the whole thing. All I need is more knowledge.
A lot of people have said to me, wow, I didn't realize that always going for more knowledge is
actually a protector system mechanism. So we want to be careful. Yes, we need knowledge, but we don't
want to get stuck in the mind trap because we don't want to be stuck where we know it, but we can't
actually do it because knowledge is actually a very comfy protector system hide out.
So we want to get some knowledge and that's important as a foundation, but we don't want to
stay there. The next component that's important is technique. Now here, when you get techniques and
many of you are already in this category of having that middle column of body mind sort of techniques,
you've done acupuncture, you've done yoga. You've done mindfulness. You've done affirmations. And
that will cause some subtle body changes. But as we start to get down into subtle body techniques,
techniques that really change how the mind and the body protection, what you'll also start to get is often
a protector system activation. Because of this, we need support as we actually begin to implement the
tools.
I'm going to show you how this works very strategically, including the three phases of how
Subtle Body works is that as you actually start to do things that will make a change. If you're just doing
knowledge, you can do knowledge till the cows come home. And your protector system will never lift a
finger because it's in its comfortable mode. But I will tell you the second that you start to do this stuff
that actually works, it actually starts to change the system. You will see your protector system start to
freak out. And some people may have already noticed that…when you start to feel into how it could be
different, when you've started asking some of the questions that I've asked you– to ask your body–you
notice that right away, you get a huge response, a feeling of fear, a feeling of anger.
Sometimes people even lash out or want to lash out at those they love or even me when they start
doing this work. We cause their protector system to flip on and BOOM. I don't think they know that
that's what they're doing, but their protector system comes up so strongly that they're acting out before
they even know what's going on. So what's really important in subtle body work is to have personalized
expert guidance.
This is really what's needed to really get through this bumpy stage at the beginning where the
protector system gets flared up. You need to be able to quickly take that and with the right knowledge
and application for you and your sneaky protector system, to really expose those patterns and get them
rehabilitated for your protector system. So this is where we move beyond the blind spots. And this is
why a lot of you're here because you've done a lot of stuff. And maybe you got a little bit of
advancement in certain ways, but the protector system is sneaky in different ways.
Even if you start to get towards that subtle body level, your protector system will come up
strongly and you often really don't have the tools for it because you don't yet understand the subtle body
wiring and getting down to the basement and the depth of unwinding that it won't be successful because
the protector system will always drag you back to your default, even when your default is crappy. So
personalized expert guidance is super important.
We also need to follow things through, you'll notice that knowledge and technique or even a
mentor aren’t everything, because sometimes people get the knowledge, they get the technique, they get
a guide and a mentor, but you also need to have what I call implementation cycles. So you need to have
a few times where you are getting the feedback and then implementing it successfully.
That's what really closes the circle. This is where you get to the place where you really have
grounded, undeniable successful experience. This is where you become unshakeable. And this is what I
want for you. This is what I'm about. You know, if that's not really what you want, if you're just wanting
to stay on the knowledge track, that's okay. Maybe I'm not for you. That's totally fine. But what I know
in my heart from having done this work in myself, undeniably that I am here to help people who are
really ready for unshakable results, unshakable, inner peace, and a foundation for your life purpose for
your spiritual destiny, and to really live and manifest that heart level out into the world.
So I want you to see what happens in this cycle when we start to bring in the protector system.
So here at the knowledge level, the protector system might be on normal overdrive because it's doing
fear and the mind thinks that it does, but it's also very comfortable.
It's comfortable with the crappy feelings because the crappy feelings are the status quo. So like
I've described when you start to do Subtle Body Techniques, what will happen is your protector system
will naturally get stirred up. And if it stays in that stirred up moment without expert guidance to help
detonate the alarms that are going off, it will aggressively start to attack, become threatening, become
angry. Maybe you act out, like I said, this happens all the time.
Ultimately when we get through those integration cycles with mentorship and techniques like we
learn in The Body Wisdom Academy, what you start to see is that the protector system is made to
become your helpful partner. It's meant to be the watchdog who doesn't bite everybody that walks by,
but is gently by your side, knows what's actually a real threat and what's not so important.
This is the depth, the next step level of training for the protector system, because remember, we
have to actually deal with the whole subtle body all at once.
With this systematic approach, you start to deal with the system and actually change things at
once, the protector system says, whoa, hold on, protect. Our system would love it if we just give up and
quit at that point.
You might even think thoughts like that in your mind as you're reading this, your mind might
say…this was interesting, but I don't know.
Or maybe I'll just get this book or Ooh, that like squirrel shiny object kind of thing.
And that's, you know, that's okay, but I want you to be laser beam clear that that's your sneaky
protector system coming in, because as you start to move towards things that will actually make a
difference, it's going to really up its game and get even more ninja on you.
So you've got to watch out for that– things like resistance, sabotage, foggy, mind things, things
that seemed really clear before. Those are sure signs of the protector system and that’s what we dive
deeper into working together on in Subtle Body work in the Body Wisdom Academy.
So as we go deeper in these techniques, if you feel like you are really getting the message and
you want to do this work deeply, part of why I do this training is I'm getting this education out there.
And if you know if this is the right thing for you to go deeper then we have options for that-you can talk
with my team and we can find a best fit for you.
Whenever I do this training, afterwards, I work with people closely in a training program that is
deeply personal, because I know that we really need these four things discussed above. And the way that
I do that is I train people very deeply more than I can do in a five day training or ebook.
So if this is what you've been searching for, I open up a number of spots periodically. I keep all
of my trainings quite small, because I really work with people personally–so reach out to
support@[Link] if you are interested in that, my team will let you know if we
have openings.
So what we're really headed towards is this picture where you've cleared out the major boulders of your
body, mind and mind, you know, self, self realization and the process of being a human and becoming
closer to the great mystery as a human body. Healing and living is a long process, but what we're doing
in Subtle Body work is to really get the boulders out of the way to no longer feel blocked, to know
what to do at every moment, to actually get freer and clearer and have real mastery of yourself
versus being, you know, sort of the victim of your emotions and the winds and the patterns and the
trauma that's there.
So we're really looking for this inner knowing to have free flow to permeate throughout your life.
And what you'll notice is that creates a calmer, peaceful mind on the inside.
This is where we're headed. So we're essentially taking a disorganized system and really
organizing it in a way that really flows and allows that deep mystery. That is the heart soul level to really
clearly manifest…in the new age circles talk a lot about manifesting, which is a thing. But what people
don't say is that the missing key is your subtle body.
Your heart is the manifestor because it is the part that is most connected to the creator of the
great mystery.. But if you have a lot of crap in your body-mind, and your mind, those will naturally
block your manifesting. So this is all linked together to the half-truths that you've heard.
Phase I
So Phase One of subtle body work, good news you've already started on phase one. The first part
is you really have to get the behind the scenes knowledge of what's really happening because you can't
work a machine that you don't have the manual to. You can't integrate into a system if you don't know
how it works. So you've already started on this path by doing this training, you've been focusing on, you
know, understanding the components. For instance, What is the protector system? These are steps that
can not be skipped.
There's still some more here–We’ve got to cover a little bit of the :
How does it work and especially decoding the subtle body components, even more so, what's the
heart protector and what's his job? How does the mind function? What are some of its triggers? What's
the heart’s function? What does the back of the heart do? And how does that integrate with the front of
the heart and the heart protector? What about the pelvis and its other connections and what hangs out
there? Especially the solar plexus.
So there's a lot of different major components of the body system that we simply don't have time
to cram into an intro. And so that's where we start to go deeper in phase one in BWA, but you're already
on the path. And so what happens then in the practical phase? Remember, we have knowledge, that's
important. Then we need to bring in the practices. And the practices that we do here are all about how to
get out of the head and into your body every single time. I teach you how to really uncover the mind lies
and how to really start reducing those protector system reactions. I've already given you the first
technique that we started at the very beginning, which is the safety phrase. Body. This is a safe place to
be. And I choose this.
Now it might sound simple, but this is very profound. I've given free talks all over and I was in
Denver giving a talk when I happened to run into someone. I think it was like two years later at a
women's networking thing. I didn't even recognize the woman. She was very kind. And she said, you
know, I came to that one talk that you did. And I still use that phrase and it really does work. So she
wasn't a person that was interested in going deeper, but she was really using that phrase.
So what personalized guidance does at this phase one is it really keeps your protector system
from blocking the progress. And some people may, you might've seen this, even as you start to think
about these things you start like right behind that thought is the protector system coming up. So you
really need support at this phase to really make sure that the protector system stays in line and doesn't
totally block and sabotage everything. You're also looking for help with these sneaky mind errors that
come up because they will seem very rational. You might even be having them now as it's like, well, this
isn't good work, or this is good, but then it's going back. How is this any different? I've tried so many
things.
Those are all sneaky mind, things that will come up at this phase one. And the pitfalls of doing it
alone at this particular stage are intense protector system reactions and getting like a flare up of those
alarms. This can really put you at risk to sort of deepen yourself, sabotage because once again, your
protector system has come up and really shut down the whole thing. And it deepens that old groove that
says the mind lie of this is never going to work. You know?
So this is why it's really key to have expert guidance at this phase. And the result that we're
looking for in Phase One is really that you'll be able to consistently stop the mind spiral. So often
you will notice that when you get a trigger just goes for days and you can't stop it. So that's what
goes away first. So I want you to understand what results you can expect at what stages, because there is
a progression to it. And what I'm describing is the way that I work with people in a 12 week program (If
you want to learn more about the program, reach my team at support@[Link]).
So I'm sort of pacing out for you. This is how it works at each stage. So weeks one to three are
Phase One. So within three weeks of working together, you and really going deep and concerted, subtle
body work, you'll see that you're consistently stopping the mind spiral that you're coming back quicker
to actually being centered and recovering.
And you'll see in the diagrams, I'll show you some mapping people's results that we really track
this. So when people come in, we ask them like, how long does it take you to recover from a major
trigger? Most people when they're coming in can usually say days to weeks is people's average. And so
we see that go down very quickly and definitely by the end of the 12 weeks. So you'll also start in Phase
One to start catching and rerouting these old patterns.
So if you're a therapist, this level of knowledge that you start to get in phase one starts to give
you tools beyond talking. So how to really teach your clients how to change their sensations beyond just
being with them. Even if you're a somatic therapist, you're used to, you know, finding the sensation,
directing in the body and then just being with it and breathing with it, we start to go beyond that, to
actually know how to change it.
So you don't just have to be with it. You can actually release it and feel clear.
If you've done any somatic work or you are a somatic therapist yourself, there's a certain level of
knowledge because the way that those levels connect, the mind does have an effect on the body and you
know that. So even just focusing on area, we'll lighten and open stuff. But, that's not the same as getting
to the body-mind technical wiring, understanding it and then dealing with it at that level. Phase 1 for you
might include shifting some of your therapy thinking to be more all-inclusive of these systems.
Then, you leave sort of phase one. The sign is that you're noticing that your protector system has
become more cooperative it's not quite yet a partner, but it's open to it, and it's not throwing up these
huge alarms that are shutting down the system in general also because you are starting to loosen things
in the subtle body, you'll feel physically lighter and calmer.
This is something that people report across the board, even within the first couple of weeks. So
that's what we're looking for in stage one and how, you know, you're there. For example, Heidi was a
TEDx organizer and a wonderful filmmaker. She said, after doing this training, when triggers come up,
I'm actually able to easily work through them and let them go. Instead of it being the thing that I do for
three days.
So she really commented on this. And actually after she did the body wisdom academy training,
she got a pretty serious cancer diagnosis. I remember her saying to me I'm, I'm really glad, I'm thankful
that I did this training beforehand, because I don't know what going through this would have been like
without these skills.
You're noticing that you're calm or overall you're feeling lighter in the body. There's less mind
stories and you're coming back as you're applying the tools over and over again. So in phase two, the
knowledge that we need to go deeper is really which issues show up where in the body.
Which issues show up where means, basically there's a code two way that things show up. So if it
shows up in the solar plexus, what do you do if it shows up in the pelvis, if it shows up over the heart,
what does that do? If it's in the back of the heart, if it's over the left of the heart, because depending on
how your body shows you the language of its sensations, there's a different approach that you need to
take.
So that's a big learning that we start to dive into in phase two. Also, we start to really go deeper
in mind lies and what the heart voice versus the mind voices. This is really important to start to clarify.
And I'm going to show you in the next practical, the tools that you need to actually really trace it to the
source and dissolve it.
So you've already started with this with understanding the basement, but now what we need in
terms of practical is we really need to know what we call it. The practice of tracing it down to the
basement. You've already started to get to know who's in the basement, but in getting from the surface
down to the basement, there's a few ways that the mind and the protector system will always try to get
in. And if you're not aware of how to do it properly, you'll end up getting to sort of like a false basement.
We'll talk about that next. So tracing it down to the basement without the mind protector system
interference and really learning how to release it from the source. And then we test, if it's actually
released, this is really important because this is how we're really starting to break the cycles in phase
two.
So this is also where we really go deep and learn the procedure for like, knowing what's your
energy or not your energy. And when it's not your energy, how does that show up in your body? So you
know what to do about it.
If you're a therapist in this phase two, you're really getting faster, easier results for your clients.
So you're going beyond the symptom-management and you're starting to get big shifts where people are
like, wow, that, that actually was really different. I didn't even get triggered. So as we start to get down
to that level, this is where we're starting to get the big shifts.
You really want the personal expert guidance in Phase II as well, because this is where the
protector system gets even more sneaky. So already we're past the part where you're getting like overt
alarms, where you can really tell where you're getting strong sensations and you're getting like yelling
from the inside. That generally goes down by phase one and it's easy to recognize. In phase two, the
protector system two goes like, goes to like stealth, Devcon level five kind of thing, where it makes it
seem like it's not interfering when it really is interfering at a, at a deeper ninja level.
So sometimes this will look like—oh, wow, when I try to think about this deeper thing, I just
can't feel anything at all, or I get distracted. So it's really a next level ninja move.
It’s helpful to have guidance at this particular part. We also start to uncover like the mind
cloaking devices and really see the next level of how mine shenanigans are showing up pitfalls to watch
out here for in phase two.
If you're trying to do it alone, the problem is that you will start to you'll, you're getting close to
the basement, but it's actually a false basement trial. And what that does is that you think you're getting
to the bottom of it. And you're like, yeah, I really got it. I saw that it's in the basement, but it's not
actually getting out.
So you don't actually get the benefit of breaking the pattern. This is also the place where you're
getting some smoke screens from the protector system. So you maybe feel better for a little bit, but we're
not getting to the root or you're not recognizing that it's the protector system.
You just think it's some logical mind thought that you want to go to. So that does sabotage the
progress at this. At this point, if you don't have guidance, you won’t get the results like what we're really
landing in phase two together–really starting to remove and dissolve the boulders from your subtle body.
This is where we're getting actual trauma releases. You're building that tolerance in your nervous system,
and you're starting to be able to do things in your empath ninja training that you're not triggered by
things that you've always been triggered by. So this is a big lessening of symptoms, and you're also
starting to see some of your triggers actually dissolve.
This is where you'll be surprised. Like, oh, wow. My, you know, dad called the other day. And I,
I usually like, feel really crappy for two days after he called and I didn't even realize it, but he called
yesterday and yeah, I felt a little annoyed for like 30 minutes, then I actually had a great day and that's
never happened before.
We're looking for this as the markers for phase two–starting to see those dissolve. And generally
this process is happening around weeks three to seven.
Different triggers are wired in different ways into our subtle body. So it's not necessarily true that
little triggers will go first and then big triggers will go later. Sometimes big triggers go first and little
triggers go later. Your body has a certain way that it likes to unwind those, and that's what we follow in
stage two.
When you start removing these blocks from the subtle body, it's pretty magical. The things that
start to manifest in your outer life because of the way that you're getting the stuff out of the way. So in
the first stage we were really dealing with the triggers and the mind spirals. And in phase two, we're
starting to take that even deeper. And we're getting down to this access where we're getting down to the
basement, we're dealing with the sensations in the body-meaning in a different way, and that will help
dissolve the minds meanings and the mind stories and the triggers.
Phase III
You're becoming a lot more centered. You're noticing that your triggers are going away. So that
speeds up the process even more. And now we're really filling in any little gaps and phase three tends to
be quite customized for people depending on where you are wanting and needing to work the most.
So for empaths and especially healers in the world, this is really the place where we really start
to build up your empath ninja skills. How do I actually use my sensitivity skills without the overwhelm?
And that takes a little bit of rewiring in the subtle body, because we're used to leaning on the empathic
parts of our wiring, but we're doing it in a dysfunctional way that drains us out.
I remember talking with a massage therapist once and she's like, oh yeah. I mean, I'm, I'm really
in touch with people's energy, but I have to go home at the end of a Workday and just lay in Epsom salt
baths for two hours or else I can't get out of bed the next morning.
Her clients might've been happy, but she was draining out her qi so much that it’s literally not a
sustainable way to be. So this is where we're really toning up those skills and rewiring in your
learning and patterning what is actually what I need and what is a dysfunction that needs rewired.
So we also really learn and go into energetic communication, which you've got a taste of, like
how to communicate with normal people that maybe aren't into mindfulness or, you know, haven't done
therapy, or aren't used to communicating in appropriate ways. It's still very possible to communicate
with those people well, and to feel strong and grounded in the midst of conflict when you start to get
these skills.
So that's really part of what we're doing in phase three, because phases one and two we've really
revamped the inner world. And so now we need to learn how to bridge the inner world with the outer
world. So we're also working on clarity of purpose and your soul aligned path here, how to really up
level family relationships, even when your family are still the same people with the same dysfunction,
how to have more love and connection, how to communicate with them in a way where you're not
hearing them say, oh, you're just too sensitive.
This is also where we really talk about in communication, divine, feminine, divine, masculine,
and how to magnetize ideal healthy relationships. This is where we're also dealing with generational
trauma and space clearing, such as, How do I really not just send away energy that's not mine? But how
do I deal with my house space and how do I deal with my personal field and how do the vibes thing
really work in a way that I can understand and make sure that my outer world is supporting my inner
world.
So the practical parts here are really practicing how to be in your yin energy. If you're a young
woman, how to be in your yang energy and what the difference of those two is and how to actually do
embodied heart living, how to get out of your head and how to really get down to what is my soul
purpose, not just in a woo woo. I feel it way, but really in a practical, I actually am dealing with this and
not just manifesting, how to track results kind of way.
This is really also the practice of what are the energetic words that I need to use to get my needs
met. And especially in union communication, what do I need to really inspire men or partners in my life
to really step up without nagging and trying to control?
This is a freaking magic stage.
And we've had a lot of ahas and celebrations from people in our course, really making their
relationships better and establishing relationships even better than they thought possible.
So if you're a therapist at this stage, you're really learning how to advise clients on any life area
or subtle body level. You've learned enough of the inner stuff to then understand how the energy works
with different life situations, whether it's people in their family or work situations, applying the energy
subtle body understanding level that will get people better results. And then you're also getting tools to
help people remove energy that's not theirs. This is so important.
A key anxiety reduction tool I've shared is one of the big ones people don't realize is that they
can be picking up on stuff that is not theirs. It’s something that people are so relieved when their
therapist can tell them about because they will feel the difference.
So at this stage, having personalized expert guidance really assures that you don't get stuck in life
situations that will re-harm your subtle body. That's the danger at this phase three, especially if you're
trying to do it alone. There will be blind spots and not knowing how to energetically get your family and
your spouse onboard, which is often a big blind spot for us.
We all can be really great on the inside. Really great with our, you know, our partners in crime
and yoga classes and personal development. But when it comes to our loved ones, often we really have
super, super big blind spots. So that's the big pitfall here. Really not knowing how to shift your outer
environment in a way that really supports your inner environment.
What that does is even though you might've done good work and created new grooves on the
inside in phase one and phase two, if you don't have the guidance in this phase three, you're sort of,
reinjuring your subtle body because you don't know how to bridge outwards and have that effect go out
into other people and into your environment space positively. The result here when you're really hitting
the dots for phase three is that this is really truly setting you out on the path to self-mastery.
This is, you know, feeling that deeper sense of inner peace that you knew was kind of there.
Maybe you got glimpse of every once in a while, if you meditated for a long time or were on a 10 day
retreat away from your family, we bring that into the everyday. So you've also cleared the foundation for
those deeper spiritual practices, whatever those are for you and your spiritual connection. This really is a
true upleveling, whether you want to do that in business or relationship or your career.
We're in a time in, in the world where there's a lot happening and there's a lot of things that are
coming to light that need to be changed about the outer world. And my working hypothesis is that we
are only as effective in the world as we are in our inner world.
So it is this work of where we land after phase three, that clears the way for us to be heartfelt
actors in the world. This is where we're landing, what we're working on. And in these weeks, six to 12 of
the Body Wisdom Academy. For some people, it starts a little earlier, but really people are landing there
by week 12. I've tested this for a long time, many years in many, many people.
We're really firming up and clearing out, not just the boulders that are blocking, but the smaller
little pebbles and other things as well. You're solidifying the practice in yourself so that you can do
it–whatever in life comes up, you are in that unshakable place.
By the end, you really understand how the subtle body process fits together. You've gone through
several of those implementing cycles. So it is really in your system and you know it on a cellular level.
What that does in the clearing out is creates this free flow so that your inner knowing, heart-soul level is
not impeded.
There's nothing in the way of YOU actually going out into the world.
If you're really feeling the call to this work deeper, the combination of all of these things come
together in the Body Wisdom Academy, the way that we do it is with targeted learning through all of
these phases are a series of modules and teaching.
I got to give you a little bit of brain knowledge, just like we've been doing, but way deeper. This
has been the tip of the iceberg.
So the deeper program also includes one-on-one attention. The way that I work with people is
always individual. And the way that that works is in the 12 week program, I have many healing calls per
week to choose from. And I work with master coaches who are therapeutically trained women, who I've
also trained.
You reserve your coaching spot on our calls, hop on and say– Leslie, here's what I want to work
on. You get on the call. There's other people there who are holding the space and waiting for their turn.
And when it's your turn, it's just you and me working on whatever is up for you. What have you been
applying in the tools? Where are you getting stuck? And we're actually shifting it in that moment so that
you can feel the difference. And this is the place where not only are you doing this deep work in
yourself, but you're also borrowing the benefit of hearing what other people who are in similar situations
are going through. That really creates a sacred container. So you also get the benefit in this program of
being in a sacred space community of other empaths healers, highly sensitive people.
For some people, this is really like the first time in life, especially for empaths in our families
where I've been told, like you're too much, you're too sensitive. You just need to get over it, you know,
grow up. Why can't you just get it together? All of those things are really going by the wayside, it is
powerful to really be seen by other people who can hold that heart to pelvis space.
When you work with me, this program is guaranteed because here's the thing. If you're here, you
have likely at least done one or two things that was really expensive and didn't work. And, you know if
you see a good therapist once a week for a year, that's $5-7,000 easily. And most people have done over
$30-50,000 of training or more or therapy over the years, and it hasn't gotten them results.
So it is really important for me in my heart that I offer the best that I can. And I know that I will
get people results. If you are qualified. (to find out if you are, reach out to me and my team at
support@[Link] or book a Discovery Chat.
If I invite you into the program, I know that if you show up and you do your assessment and you
come to the in-person (you know, you have to do the work, you have to get calls me and/or the coaches).
You have to do the few assignments that I really set out. You have to come to the in-person), but if you
do all those things and you don't get a change in your results, I will literally refund your money.
I have a written guarantee. So there is no one in the personal growth healing space that will offer
you a guarantee because they just can't do it because they are not getting down to the deep, Subtle Body
level. So this is part of my commitment to myself and my own healing path. And to you that this is a
guaranteed program. So there's nothing that you have to lose with that.
I'm pretty obsessed with results, which is how I know that I can actually get them for you if you
are a qualified person for this program (reach out to support@[Link] for more
info and to see if we have current spaces(.
I want you to know that it's a really special thing to do this work on yourself because that is the ripple
that goes outward and makes a difference in the world. So thank you for your work on yourself. I bow to
your inner self and I'm rooting for ya’. Holding you in my heart.
