ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Namrata Sogani brings 17 years of teaching experience to her
new endeavor. She spent 9 years at Jayshree Periwal High
School, where she developed deep bonds with her students
and took on the responsibility of overseeing co-curricular
activities. This experience has equipped her with the skills
and confidence to establish a club dedicated to the holistic
development of children. After taking a break from teaching,
she is looking forward to adding another feather to her hat.
Bhoomi Sogani, a dynamic 21-year-old recent graduate, is now assisting her
mother with this project. As the creative head of the club, she will be actively
involved in a variety of innovative and unconventional activities during the
meetings. Her vibrant energy brings a sense of fun wherever she goes, and
her versatile skill set proves to be a significant asset to the team.

To ensure that each participant receives age-appropriate
experiences, we’ve divided the club into two batches:

WHY TWO BATCHES?
Each age group has its unique needs and challenges.

OUR VISION
Inspiring Kids Rise, Reflect,
and Grow into
Compassionate Purpose-
Driven Individuals Ready to
Make a Difference.
Why We Started?
We saw the need for a space where kids
could decompress, reflect, and grow
beyond the classroom. This club is our
response to that emotional gap, offering
kids a chance to reconnect with
themselves in a way that school alone
can’t.
How Are We
Unique?
Glimpses
from the
First Month
Opening Ceremony
On 29th September, we launched the Reflect & Rise
Club with an inspiring opening ceremony that brought
together students, parents, and community members—
the day featured interactive booths like Ties of Trust,
Spreading Smiles, Wall of Reflection and engaging
activities such as the Balloon Challenge. Participants
shared personal goals in the Time Capsule of Goals,
which will be opened after one year.
Self Defence Workshop
Confidence & Empowerment
On 5th October, we had an empowering self-defense
workshop conducted by Dr. Pallavi Singhvi, a prominent
expert in the field. While it wasn’t physically intensive,
the session focused on mental preparedness and
situational awareness. Dr. Singhvi shared valuable
insights on assertiveness, boundary-setting, and
confidence-building to ensure participants felt safe and
secure in their daily lives. Participants left the workshop
feeling more prepared and mentally empowered to
navigate challenging situations.
Group Discussion
Empathy & Understanding
On 13th October, we explored the topic of “The Real
Faces of Bullying” through a dynamic Socratic Seminar
and Affinity Diagramming. Students engaged in
thought-provoking discussions on the different forms
of bullying, its causes, and how empathy can be a tool to
combat it. The discussion fostered empathy,
understanding, and practical solutions, leaving
students with tools to recognize and address bullying in
their lives.
Resin Art Workshop
Creativity & Self-Expression
On 19th October, students immersed themselves in creativity
during the Resin Art Workshop. Participants explored self-
expression by making coasters, keychains, and other
decorative items. This hands-on experience allowed them to
experiment with colors, textures, and designs, reflecting
their personalities through art. The session was more than
just art—it became a therapeutic space for participants to
unwind and express their emotions.
Board Games, and Feedback
Relax and Reflect
On 27th October, participants engaged in board
games that encouraged strategic thinking and
teamwork, fostering both fun and learning. We also
took valuable feedback from the members to
understand their experiences and how we can
improve future sessions. Additionally, the group
explored some engaging discussion topics, sparking
meaningful conversations and building connections
within the community.
