Human health is influenced by several factors such as genetics, lifestyle, environment, nutrition,
personal hygiene, and access to healthcare services.
3. Nutrition and Balanced Diet
A balanced diet provides all essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and
minerals in the right proportions. Proper nutrition helps in growth, immunity, and disease prevention.
4. Personal Hygiene
Personal hygiene includes habits such as regular bathing, clean clothing, hand washing, and oral care.
Good hygiene prevents infections and promotes overall health.
5. Communicable Diseases
Communicable diseases are caused by pathogens and spread from one person to another through air,
water, food, or contact. Examples include tuberculosis, malaria, dengue, and COVID-19.
6. Non-Communicable Diseases
