Review of Literature
REVIEW METHODS
The medical experts were used as an example, and the feasibility of working
together on specific components was calculated. English was the language utilised. A
"critical review of literature" is the procedure by which an investigator evaluates
pertinent scholarly material.

People are the foundation of organisations, and cultivating good inter-personal
connections in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and trust has been linked to
enhanced organisational productivity and individual success. The purpose of this
essay is to demonstrate how cooperative skills are missing in Jordanian hospitals,
according to TM. The study's purpose is to identify training gaps for nurses in order to
improve TW-related soft skills and raise staff satisfaction and care quality. A self-
administered questionnaire was developed to assess teamwork and leadership issues
identified by TM in Jordanian hospitals.27
Those polled included physicians, nurses, and anaesthesiologists working in
emergency rooms, surgical operating rooms, and critical care units at various
hospitals. Findings revealed low levels of satisfaction (40.7-48 percent opposing), a
lack of awareness about the impact of TW on quality of care (15.6-22.1 percent
opposing), a lack of top management involvement (27.1-57.3 percent opposing), a
lack of training (52.5-69.8 percent opposing), a lack of leadership skills (29.8-60
percent opposing), a lack of communication (22.3-62.1 percent opposing), and a lack
of employee involvement (37.6 percent opposing). Among the several results is the
need to strengthen the diverse talents of team leaders, promote cooperation, and
engage TM in decision-making.28
Several studies have been conducted in a range of countries to investigate the
relationship between collaboration abilities and care quality. To the best of the
researcher's knowledge, no Indian study has looked at the impact of staff nurses' lack
of TW skills on care quality. The findings pave the way for hospital administrators
and academic departments to tailor training courses to help nurses improve their
collaboration abilities. This study's data came from samples of people who work in

the health care industry. Because the conclusions are based on real data, it is likely
that applying the recommendations will improve practises by boosting patient
satisfaction.29
A systematic review and meta-analysis of controlled interventional studies on
the impact of cooperation training on TW behaviours and team performance were
carried out. The purpose of this research was to do a thorough review and meta-
analysis of cooperation therapies that used controlled experimental designs to improve
TW and team performance. A literature search yielded a flood of one-of-a-kind
pieces. Collaboration interventions were proven to have favourable and significant
medium-sized effects on TW and team performance. Furthermore, moderator analyses
were performed, which revealed positive and significant effects for a number of
sample, intervention, and measurement characteristics.30
A literature review related to the Johari window model
According to a study conducted at the Department of Medicine, Brigham and
Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA, self-assessment and
reflection are crucial for effective feedback. The purpose of this study was to
determine whether the well-known JW paradigm of self-awareness may assist
professors and residents in having better feedback dialogues and improving the
institutional feedback culture. The purpose of this research was to develop individual
and institutional feedback approaches for each quadrant of the window by analysing
data on self-assessment, introspection, feedback seeking, and acceptance.
The findings for each quadrant revealed the following themes: (2) unknown to
oneself but known by others-Validating the known; (3) unknown to oneself but
known by others-Accepting the blind; and (4) unknown to oneself but known by
others-Accepting the unknown-Investigating the unknown. Normalizing self-
awareness by fostering self-disclosure of constraints, encouraging feedback seeking,
training in nonjudgmental feedback, and providing opportunities for longitudinal
relationships may all contribute to increased self-awareness and hence the "open"
quadrant of the JW. The Johari window, a model of self-awareness in interpersonal
interactions, may provide a strong framework for people to enhance their feedback
