Access & Logistics:
1) Will the calendar be blocked for Live Instructor Led Sessions?
You will receive the Zoom invitation closer to the start date of the live
sessions.
2) How do we access the IIT -KGP Moodle LMS?
You will receive an email from moodle_support@[Link] which will have
login credentials to access the LMS.
3) Can we download bridge course material?
The bridge course material is not available for download.
4) Will I be able to access the recordings after the course is over?
Recordings will be accessible for one year from the course start date.
5) Who m should I contact for access /connectivity related issues?

6) Whom should I contact if I have not received my login credentials for the LMS?
Kindly drop an email to [Link]@[Link] .
7) Do we need VPN to access the LMS or the live course?
VPN is “not” required to access LMS or the live course.

Scheduling & Timings:
8) What is the timing for Live Instructor Led Sessions?

The sessions are scheduled every Friday and Saturday starting from Jan 9
th
till February 28 .
➢ Friday sessions will be conducted from 6 pm to 8 pm .
➢ Saturday sessions will be conducted from 10 am to 12 pm.
9) How are we going to address the queries related to the course ?
All questions will be addressed by IIT faculty members during the ILT
session. Additionally, discussion forums are available on each session in the
LMS for posting queries, which will also be answered by the teaching
assistants.
10) C an we complete the bridge course any time before Jan 6th?
The expectation is that the bridge course, including the assessment, should
be completed by January 6th or earlier.
11) Can we change the session timings ?
The schedule is set according to IIT -KGP Professors’ teaching times and
cannot be changed .
Curriculum & Content:
12) Given the rapid changes in AI, is it possible to adjust the curriculum as needed
over the next six months?
The curriculum was recently framed and finalized through collaboration
between the fellows and IIT -KGP. Any additional updates or new elements
will be addressed during the session.

Certification:
13) Will I receive a certificate from IIT KGP upon completion of this program?
➢ Certificate of Participation (CoP): Awarded to all registered candidates .
➢ Certificate of Completion (CoC): Awarded to participants securing
at least 35% marks.
➢ Certificate of Achievement (CoA): Awarded to participants securing
at least 70% marks.
➢ Certificate of Merit (CoM): Awarded to participants securing
at least 90% marks .
Capstone Project:
Further information regarding the capstone project will be communicated in
January 2026.
Tools & Infrastructure:
Google Colab is currently used for this program. Kindly, access it with your
personal Gmail account.
➢ It is permissible to use a personal Gmail account.
Communication & Channels:
14) Are there channels for program updates or contacting the organizers?
We've set up a team channel and added all 2000 associates. You'll receive a
message soon to begin discussions.
15) Is the discussion forum designed for one -on -one conversations, or can
multiple participants join and discuss the topic openly?
Discussion forums will allow multiple participants and have their queries
addressed.

16) Is the 2 -hour ILT session interactive, given the large batch size?
Due to the batch size and the duration for each session, verbal participation
will not be possible. However, you are encouraged to submit your questions
via chat, and the Training Administrative team will address them
accordingly.

17) Is there an understanding from the leadership to help participants allocate
around 10 -20% of their bandwidth towards this program?
You have been nominated by HR People Partners, Chief of Staffs in
consultation with pillar leads and they are aware and in alignment with your
participation
18) Is there any fee payable if a participant is unable to complete the course or
leaves Walmart during the course tenure?
There are no fees required from participants for this learning program.
However, we expect all participants to complete the course and attend the
live sessions, as full participation is essential for the program’s
effectiveness for both you and us. We are also making a significant
investment in this program, and your commitment is greatly appreciated.
19) In case of travel, is it acceptable to review the pre -recorded materials using a
personal laptop?
Yes, the course can be accessed through a personal device.
20) How is this degree classified? Is it recognized as a master's, a diploma, or does
it fall under another category?
This is a certificate program.
