FOR ACCOUNT OPENING OPERATION:

“RESOLVED THAT a Current Account in the name of the Company, TAJGOMTI MUSIC
COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED, be opened with Canara Bank, at its Chinhat Branch, and
that the said Bank be and is hereby authorized to honour all cheques, drafts, bills of
exchange, promissory notes, electronic fund transfers and other orders drawn, accepted or
made on behalf of the Company, provided they are signed by the following authorised
signatory/signatories:
• Mr. ALOK VERMA (Director)
• Mrs. PREETI VERMA (Director)

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the above authorised signatories be and are hereby
empowered to:
1. Deposit and withdraw money on behalf of the Company;
2. Endorse and sign cheques, promissory notes and other instruments;
3. Issue instructions relating to operation of the bank account;
4. Avail net banking, mobile banking, RTGS/NEFT facilities;
5. Submit documents required by the Bank including KYC documents of the
Company and directors.
