I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have over 8 years of hands-on
experience in PP woven sack manufacturing, including PP extrusion and tape plants, circular
looms, lamination lines, flexographic/rotogravure printing, and convertex. My background
includes managing end-to-end factory operations, optimizing machine utilization, reducing
downtime, and consistently meeting demanding production targets.
In my current and previous roles, I have successfully:
 Planned and managed daily production operations to meet volume, quality, and delivery
targets
 Implemented efficient manpower allocation and production scheduling
 Driven quality assurance through strict process control, in-process inspections, and CAPA
implementation
 Coordinated preventive and breakdown maintenance to enhance equipment reliability and
plant uptime
 Led and motivated multidisciplinary teams while promoting a disciplined, safety-
conscious work environment
 Controlled raw material usage, minimized scrap and wastage, and implemented cost-
reduction initiatives
 Enforced compliance with HSE standards, 5S, lean manufacturing principles, and ISO
requirements
