Subject: Re: Regarding Fire Alarm Control Panel Trouble of NRG Knit Composite (Unit-1). SImplex (Model-4100ES)
Dear Mr. Chisty VAi
Hope you are fine.
The panel was installed approximately 8 to 10 years ago. At present it is not passing voltage from the
SPS (System Power Supply) card, and there are issues with the display as well. As a result, the panel
is not functioning properly. We had informed (RTEL) a long time ago to keep some spare parts under
the project for backup support. During the last visit several months ago, I had listed the names of
some products that are critically required for the factory and requested to proceed with LC.
However, there has been no update on this matter so far.
2
If One SPS card and One Display card were available within the project, the issue could be resolved
immediately by simply replacing these components, and the panel would run smoothly.
Unfortunately, there is currently no stock of any related products available at the such a
giant factory (NR Group)
Asper RTE's suggestion, since this panel has been dedicated to RSC, the most effective long-term
solution would be to install a new panel like (Rahimaaziz). However , the immediate and initial
support, One SPS card and One display card are urgently required to resolve the issue and restore
operation.
Your kind support and necessary action in this matter would be highly appreciated.

URGENT!!!
Dear Biplob Vai,
Good day to you.
According to the RSC’s guideline, we are working on loop wire separation in NRG knit composite
(Unit-1), ground floor and mezzanine floor.
Yesterday at afternoon, when we were checking the loop voltage, the panel suddenly hung,
and the display turned white (Picture-1).
3
As per our telephonic conversation, we have discussed the situation and reset the panel. After
the reset, the display turned faded (Picture-2), and the panel acted abnormally, such as
voltage drop, signal missing, & delay signal.
We need your urgent support for troubleshooting the above-mentioned problem.
The areas this panel covers are listed below.
SI. no Unit Name Loop Device
1 NRG Knit Composite unit-01 01 175
2 NRG Knit Composite unit-01 02 127
3 NRG Knit Composite unit-01 03 127
