Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Vasava Pankajbhai Hasmukhbhai, would like to respectfully inform you that I have taken admission
in the PhD program in the Chemical Engineering Department at SVNIT, Surat, under the supervision of
Dr. Jignasa V. Gohel.

Due to certain personal and professional considerations, I am unable to continue the PhD program at
this stage. After careful thought, I have decided that withdrawing from the program at this point would
be the most appropriate decision.

Therefore, I humbly request you to kindly grant permission for the cancellation of my PhD admission
and allow me to withdraw from the program. I request you to please do the needful.
