The thick grass grazed across my ankle as I wandered through the forest. The aroma of fresh flowers
and bittersweet air filled my nostrils. The wildlife talked to each other, as if warning that an intruder
had entered their private habitat. The birds sitting above in the canopy sung like a coordinated choir.
Nearby was a raging river that sounded like a thunderstorm. I could already taste what I would be
having for lunch. Fruit from the banana tree that towered way above my head. Luckily, I had
prepared the right tools for this exact moment.
